We had a great week and the location of this house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children under 2. Very clean and cute decor - looks just like the pictures. We used the pool daily and being able to heat it was nice for a week in September. There's a childproof screen / fence on the deck stairs to protect the little ones which gave us peace of mind when it wasn't in use. West Cape May has nice wide quiet streets so it's easy to walk or ride your bike to Willowcreek Winery, Beach Plum Farms, or just for fun. The traffic on the other side of town can be a little crazy so you have to get to this side for a leisurely ride. It's away from the action but you're only a nice 10-15 minute walk or 3-5 minute bike/car ride to the downtown shops or the beach. There are also lots of great restaurants that are a short walk from this house as well. Richard is an excellent host and we will definitely rent from him again!

We loved the house it was perfect for us a group of 3 girls but could easily take up to 8 people. The home is very nicely kept and in a great location. We loved using the pool and sitting out on the porch. The grill was great and plenty of dining space for a small group. All in all we will be coming back!

The house was clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking or grilling. We loved having a front porch and a back deck. The yard is fenced in which is great for dogs and small children and it is a really good size. We had cornhole games each evening after getting back from the beach. You can walk or bike to the beach and to get anything you need. The location is perfect! We really loved having a pool!! Rich is very accessible and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We loved the home. The amenities are first class and I would stay there again. The downside was we had to cut our trip short at the beginning because the bad weather from the storms and coastal flooding made it impossible to enjoy the beach or walk around outside.

This home is stunning, yet incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The layout worked perfectly for us, and we loved the well equipped kitchen for cooking! Attention to detail and thought went into every choice at this house. Also, the walking distance proximity to the beach, the local markets, and even downtown Cape May make this a true gem. Thanks for making it a perfect week!

This house is beautiful inside and out! All the amenities we needed were included, and the pool provided a great venue for relaxing before and after going to the beach. We are frequent renters in Cape May and this was, by far, the best rental experience we have had to date. The owner was very attentive to details, and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was wonderful. Dog friendly, and perfect location with shopping, restaurants, and the beach within easy walking distance for us. Definitely a 5 Star+ experience!

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and our 12 month old granddaughter. My wife and I took the first floor master because we wanted to have an additional space for our granddaughter to toddle around in during the (early) mornings while we let her parents sleep in. The murphy bed was very nice with a full pillow top mattress and the master bath did not disappoint. All of the other bedrooms and baths were well appointed and there was plenty of space in the kid’s bedroom for a Pack ‘n Play. The kitchen was very nice and our family enjoyed preparing meals to enjoy outside on the deck as well as inside around the dining table. There was plenty of space to lounge around in the living room while watching that amazing 60” flat screen TV (there’s a nice selection of movies – many of which were unopened, and we got a kick out of National Lampoon’s European Vacation.) The house also provided board games and puzzles – we especially loved playing Chinese checkers (hanging on the wall of the first floor master). The Bose wireless speaker was great for listening to music. We really enjoyed the backyard and the pool. It was so relaxing to take a morning swim or just float around the pool after a day at the beach. Bring along an inflatable basketball hoop and a beach ball because there’s plenty of room for some fun! The location of this property was perfect for us and in a fairly low traffic neighborhood (sit on the front porch rocker with a cocktail and you will notice that it’s pretty quiet during the week). You can easily walk to Broadway Beach where you can purchase your beach tags (and find a decent comfort station). You can also walk or bike to the West Cape May Farmers’ Market (7-8 blocks on Broadway, Tuesdays starting at 3:30). Other places close by include, mini golf, Key West Tacos (W. Perry St – oh so good), Willow Creek Winery, Panico’s (they can make their entire menu take-out which is great when a 12 month old wears you out), and Cape Urgent Care (they do an excellent job of stitching you up if you get in a boogie board accident). The owner, Richard, was very responsive to our needs and that is why we have already booked our 2018 Cape May vacation!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay in this house and were so impressed with the house and how nice everything was and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is also fantastic - we walked to the nearby pancake and sub shops as well as to the other house we had rented (we were a large family group split between 2 houses). Great backyard and nice, small pool. Great deck area in back. Out of the busier town and beach area but still very accessible to both - perfect! Owner was super nice to work with as well.

We had an awesome time this 4th of July week! The house was great, fully equipped and lots of room for our family and friends. Back yard is a bonus! Great pool, lots of shade from the tree, and a fenced in yard so our dog was able to play too! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and lots of natural light. The sleep number bed in the master was an added touch! Big TVs in all rooms and the wifi was strong and easily usable by everyone. Kitchen has high end everything. Neighbors were nice too! Close walk to the beach, to downtown Cape May and the promenade. The owner Richard was very helpful with our check in and out, and quickly addressed any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Love this home! Great floor plan feels super open and very inviting. The backyard is wonderful so much space and the saltwater pool is great!!! Definitely best home in cape may!!!

The home was wonderful for our family which includes our tiny Chihuahuas. The little ones loved the fenced in yard that was perfectly manicured (and we keep it that way) and we fell in love with the salt water pool and fantastic deck. Father's day Filet mignon (West Cape May Deli) and Salts (Lobster House)dinner was cooked on the natural gas grill and enjoyed outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture set. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cutlery, dinnerware, coffee pot etc... All the furniture and artwork were spot on for comfort and great shore chic theme. We bring our Hang 10 cruiser bikes for the enjoyable short ride up to the beach each day and then ride up to town each night. Richard was available from the moment we arrived which was comforting. Definitely booking for next year!!

This home is beautiful inside and out. Every detail was thought of and everything is top of the line. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and there is no need to bring anything from home. The fenced in yard in the back was surprisingly large and wonderful for our dogs. Beach access was a quick easy walk down Broadway. Richard was extremely responsive and available from the very first booking process all the way through our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone for a family vacation in Cape May.
