This was a great place in a great location. Layout was perfect with nice spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t care for was the shower in the master bathroom, it was a small standalone shower but besides that everything else was great! The host had GREAT communication!!

Great place to stay just across the road from the beach! Owners are very responsive and a pleasure to rent from. Loved the updates in the kitchen.

Loves this beach. Big wide beach. Loved this property. Newly updated. Has a lot of dishes glasses and cookware. Made cooking easier. Plenty of seating. Provided linens. Provided some soaps hand soaps and soap for laundry and dishes. Some toilet paper. Garbage bags and paper towels. The vacuum sounds like it’s a rocket ship going to take off. But we used the broom and dust pan to sweep up the floor. Quiet despite being next to four other condos. Kids loved the pool. Easy short beach access. Literally across the street. 30 second walk. 0.7 miles to surfeside pier which is brand new. Has an ice cream shop plus 5 other resturaunts all within walking distance. Garden city pier is a bit farther at 1.5 miles. Has some small places to eat and one surf shop. We were 0.5 miles from shoreline water sports. We did parasailing out of there. So much fun. Uber was about a $25 ride to Myrtle beach. We went to Myrtle and barefoot landing several times. Lots of stuff to do there. Speed boat ride, top golf, escape rooms and tons of shopping. WiFi was out when we arrived Saturday. Had to wait til Monday to have it fixed by spectrum. But trace the owner was quick to respond with issues. Also second floor toilet needed fixed. Which was taken care of Monday. Freezer isn’t real cold. All in all I loved this place. Had a great time and would highly recommend.

The place was clean, well prepped for stay with all daily linens. The only downfall was the wireless and tvs working. Would stay there again.

Property was great. It’s extremely close to the beach and within walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants there. I can’t wait to book this property again in the near future :)

We have stayed in this property several times. The most recent was July 2023 and have always been very pleased. The kitchen remodel is amazing! Trace has always been very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Very nice area . The townhouse could use some updating . The property manager really needs to find a new cleaning company ! Wasnt very clean! Overall it was not a bad place we had a good time and the location was very good !

Property is very conveniently located to beach, grocery shopping as well as fun mini golf, golf, beach shop, restaurants and so much more. Trace is excellent and very responsive if needed.

We normally stay right on the beach, but with our growing family, that was no longer an affordable option. This spot offered all of the conveniences of being near the beach without the higher cost. It’s just across the street from the oceanfront places, and is close to a crosswalk and public beach entrance. Lots of stairs, so this wouldn’t be a good option for people with mobility issues. There’s
a pool you share with just 3 other units. Everything in and around the house seemed like it was in decent shape for a well-used beach house.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and met all of our needs. Host was very responsive to help trouble an Internet issue and resolved it quickly. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Very clean, convenient access to the beach. The owners are friendly and nice and responded very quickly. Just the prefect get away place with little kids, the pool came in handy.

The location was great! House keeping needs to do a better job. I would be upset if someone let my house look dirty in some areas as the house was. Some things need to be updated in the house. There wasn’t anything that kept us from having a good time.

Great family vacation
Nine of us recently stayed for a week in mid July. There was my son, daughter-in-law and their two children and my daughter and her two teenage daughters, along with myself and my husband. The condo was very nice, just as described, with a fully stocked kitchen and more than enough room to accommodate all of us. The walk across the street was very short on a quiet street.
There were a couple of very minor issues that I had to contact the owner about and he was easy to reach and responded immediately. One was a user issue (me) and the other was a/c downstairs was cooling as well as should. A repairman came out right away and resolved within a few minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Very Enjoyable
This property is in a fantastic location and was clean and tidy upon arrival. The furniture was comfortable an in good condition. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. If there was one minor complaint from the group it was that the air conditioning units on the backside of the home were fairly noisy which took a little getting used to. Overall, a great place to stay. :)

Vacation in Surfside
Property was exactly as described in listing. At arrival we had an unexpected major issue with one of the appliances not working due to a storm the night before we arrived. Trace was quick to respond and did everything possible to resolve the issue. Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and house was very spacious. Will definitely stay again.

Superb Surfside Accommodations
This home was perfect- ample space, clean, very well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds comfortable. A quick walk across the street to the beach, close to the stores & restaurants. We will be renting again!

We arrived to a dirty fridge, closet full of musty linens, and multiple lights needing replacements (including exterior dark hallway). As a family, it was gross and unsafe. The owners “solution” was to send a cleaning crew without notice and then advise after the fact. Poor follow up from owner and zero accommodations. Nice location but would not recommend if you like a clean space (especially with small children).

The house was emaculate upon arrival! We had everything that we needed as far as household items. Nice pool, nice beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and well-kept. Plan to make arrangements for next year!!!

Great Location, Needs Updating
The location of this house is great, especially if you have kids. It is a very easy walk across the street to a beach access. The beach was never overly crowded either - plenty of room to social distance! The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and the house was clean. In general, though, this property really needs updating. The couches were very dingy and were stained and a bit gross and the chairs on the balcony were falling apart. The TVs in the bedroom are a bit of a joke - extremely small, and only cable is provided - no streaming device or DVD player. So to enjoy a movie as a family we had to go buy a Roku for our visit. Also, although the property is non smoking, we had issues with the neighbors in the next unit smoking and often making the balcony unusable. Overall it's a nice house and good location, but a few easy upgrades would make a big difference. Also, no beach gear is provided - no chairs, toys, shade or wagons. There were a few things there but they were broken and in bad repair. This seems very unusual for a beach rental - every other beach house we've rented has provided some sort of beach gear.

Great location right across the street from the beach access. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for anything you might need for cooking.

Family vacation
This house is wonderfully located across the street from the beach with easy access, outdoor shower, and shared pool. House was well kept and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. For those with small children, I will say that this is a noisy area. There are fireworks every night and there are constant loud cars and golf carts cruising up and down the street and garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at 1:30am. Noise aside, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was prompt with his responses to our communication.

Beauty at the Beech
Excellent location! If you are looking for the next best thing to bring on the beech, this is your destination. There is a crosswalk almost directly across the street to beech access. Very close to many fun activities and relaxation. Much quieter than North Myrtle and especially less chaotic than the Boardwalk at Myrtle. Close to the Ripken experience if you are looking to rent for a baseball trip as well. Very pleased!!
