Brant Rock Beach è una breve passeggiata lungo la strada o avventurarsi verso la spiaggia rocciosa di fronte alla casa per esplorare e giocare nelle piscine di marea con la bassa marea. Divertiti a guardare l'alba dal grande portico anteriore.
Al piano di sotto contiene una grande cucina con elettrodomestici, 1 camera da letto privata con una regina, 1 bagno (con doccia), una sala da pranzo formale, grande camera familiare, salotto con HDTV e una lavanderia. Le viste dalla cucina, dal soggiorno e dal salotto sono mozzafiato. Guarda le foto!
Al piano superiore contiene 3 camere da letto private, spaziose (1 regina, 1 completo, 1 letto a castello / pieno) e 1 bagno completo (con doccia / vasca soaker). Nice house and location, plenty of room. The parking situation with 3-4 cars can be difficult and some of the lights need to be replaced other than that it was great. We had a good time staying there.

The host was very responsive and accommodated our day before reservation. It was a last minute family trip idea to visit Newport, Plymouth and Boston with family from abroad. The home fit our large group comfortably and was a great way to spend some quality time together. The water views were spectacular. We visited during early spring when not much was open but I am sure that during the summer months the area has more to offer. The caretaker of the home was especially helpful

My family was in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Lots of room plus the porch is the best place to enjoy coffee. We watched the most seals I’ve seen in one place playing on the rock outcroppings. Just a very short walk down to lots of restaurants and the market.

Overall the house is tired, but view and house space was great and as described.

-bed linen was good quality and fresh

-issues with lighting, flickering or just not working
-issues with TVs
-no hot tub (as per written description)
-backyard was not safe for young children, piles of boards with nails and building trash/supplies to get in to
Note: bring games, books, chairs for porch or beach as not supplied (3 chairs on porch) chairs with dining table way too heavy for average person to move.

We had such a great time the host was very quick to respond and the property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. You can see Seals from your porch! Quiet neighborhood at night and great Ocean Views!

We had an incredible time visiting our family in Massachusetts. We stayed in this beautiful house and had a fantastic time visiting family who all live close by in the South Shore. The views in this house are spectacular. The hosts were always available for any questions we had and we enjoyed the stay.

This is a great house for a fall weekend like we had. The views are amazing and there are some good food and drink options down the street.

Three women who get together in a different place every year found this to be the best place for walking along the shore, sunbathing (in November!) on the verandah, and playing games in front of the fireplace at night. Divine! Anne and her property manager were conscientious about doing all they could to make our stay perfect.

Large home. Super comfy beds. Gorgeous views from most every window of this home. Lots of room to move, spread out and relax. Plenty of linens and towels. The area has some great restaurants. We were especially fond of Haddad's Ocean Café, The Fairview Inn, and when we got a little tired of seafood Mamma Mia's was a nice change. There is a market in the area of Brant Rock that had all of the extras we needed, and we were surprised the prices were not as high as we expected. If we are lucky we will get to stay here again. We have no complaints, but we would have liked to have had a tv in the bedrooms. But this would not stop us from staying at this wonderful property again!! Five stars out of five for us.

The property was very very clean. The rooms are very spacious. There was plenty of storage area. Decor was absolutely perfect for the house in this area. The Fairview Inn was just four houses down from where we were. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. The view of the ocean was awe inspiring and watching the seals bobbing every morning was a delight to watch. Everything was so perfect, we had no need to contact the hosts. If you want a nice coastal stay, this is the place to stay 😻😻

This was a wonderful large, but cozy property! I loved sitting on the front porch and watching the ocean. There was ample seating provided on the porch. The beds were comfortable. I would stay at this property again!! Definitely a thumbs up!!

This property was everything I had hoped it would be!! Sitting on the front porch with the ocean right in front of me was just amazing. Watching grey seals and sunrises, along with short walks to the small downtown for groceries and ice cream was just perfect!! This house was beautiful on the inside also, and very spacious. A five star for sure!!

The living space in this house was fantastic. So many different areas to get comfortable in on the first floor. Bedrooms were well appointed. Plenty of space to cook and eat in the kitchen/dining area. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate the weekend we were here, but the view of the ocean and proximity to the house cannot be beat.
My only suggestion, the grates of the bedroom air conditioners need to be removed and cleaned to get the season started.

The view was amazing and the home was clean and homey. We loved our stay. If I had to say anything that was disappointing is that the home pictured the front porch with chairs to enjoy view, however there were none! We had to go and buy some. Other than that we had a great time.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is located within walking distance of a few shops and several good restaurants. It is a very spacious home with plenty of space for larger families/groups. Beach access is treacherous if you aren’t in good shape, but you can find easier access by driving a very short distance. We had fun climbing down the rocks to the beach, but it’s not for everyone. I’d recommend water shoes in the summer to walk on the beach.
We only have one negative: The water in the upstairs shower is very hot, and we could not figure out how to get it to be a comfortable temperature.
Overall, we always enjoy our stay at this property!

Everything was great. The kitchen could use a good cleaning and the dish/glass situation should be expanded. (Wine glasses!?!) Otherwise home was lovely. Neighbors helpful and friendly. Plenty of room for 8 adults, Close to restaurants and the view can’t be beat.

Doors to outdoors were broken. Host admits cleaning people regularly come and go thru broken door. Host admits neighbors in all houses around the listing have their own keys to house. House unable to be locked during stay. Sex tool left on dresser in bedroom. Closet doors, beauties drawers broken off. Dirty. Unsafe, broken.

The inside of the house was absolutely beautiful! We loved having a full kitchen to use, and multiple spots to sit with ocean views. Morning coffee in the upstairs sunroom overlooking the beach was so relaxing every day! The neighbors are all SO friendly, and one (Kevin) even brought us firewood to use for the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Brant rock is truly a hidden gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area. Communication with the host was excellent.
The home and especially the large windows in the living room allowed us to see the Atlantic ocean in the morning. We stayed in February and I can only imagine how beautiful the ocean views are in the summer.
The home is nicely decorated, clean, and well laid out. We had private space but the large common areas allowed us to come together as a family.
If you are looking for a family-friendly getaway with the beach and top dining close by then book this one.
