Our family had a nice time. Place was small, but cozy and comfortable. Patio, firepit and grill were great. Host was very available and responsive. There werent a hundred check out rules like some Vrbos Ive stayed in. I couldnt quite give 5 stars for a few minor things...shower curtain needs replacing, not enough pots and pans in the kitchen, and the living room furniture could use a steam clean. Otherwise very nice, and we will stay there again.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. We ate oysters by the fire pit. The house was cute, clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would to have more plates, glasses and silverware and cooking pots and pans.

Small and outdated. Very upset that the driveway was flooded from street toward the house. We had to park our car up the street and walk onto a neighbors property to get in and unload our belongings. The house heat system fluctuated. It was loud and difficult to manage. I have pics to prove it!

The place was lopsided, floors uneven. Stove was crooked and unable to use. Coffee bar was nice. Bed comfortable. I guess for the price it’s just fair. Would not consider again.

Walking distance to the beach, Mae’s Sandwich shop, St Ann’s church and Brandt Rock restaurants etc. Thoroughly enjoyed my star and loved the cottage. Clean and just as listed!

A cute, quirky home… walking distance to beautiful beach & easy driving distance to Boston. This home & location worked out nicely for my family for 2 nights. Very hospitable & attentive host which was appreciated.

My friends and I were looking for a place and we were lucky enough to find this cottage and book it only a few weeks before July. It was a short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. Despite the size it was suitable for our short getaway. The host was friendly and responsive and also gave us plenty of places in the area to eat at and check out. Overall we were all very happy with our stay.

We picked this place because it was dog friendly and had an enclosed yard. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very accommodating, offering great suggestions for places to eat, had bottled water in fridge, and some snacks for us upon arrival. Great storage - towel hooks and shelving in both bedrooms. Nice neighborhood and convenient location to beach and restaurants. Not too far a drive to Boston and Plymouth for day trips.

We had a great time. The space was everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and in a peaceful neighborhood. Thank you so much for the hospitality! I would definitely recommend.

House was ok for two people. Henry provided coffee and associated items as well as paper goods and toiletries. Back yard was very nice although we were not able to utilize the fire pit since the weather was not accommodating (it was too hot for a fire). BBQ grill was convenient and we put it to good use. Due to the length of our stay (35 days), the property did not meet our needs.
