Good value for money, decent location 15 minutes from the airport. Place seemed secure as there was someone on reception at all times. There was a spacious rooftop terrace with views over the city which was nice to relax on in the evening. Room was basic and quite dated but clean and comfortable enough.

Staff were quite unwelcoming, the bathroom and shower area were quite cramped. Air con was very old and loud.

Our room was clean, comfy, quiet, perfect temperature and we were welcomed by all the lovely staff here. The roof top area with a beautiful view had a great sheltered seating area to relax and they went above and beyond to make our stay here perfect as they looked after our bags all day after check out as we had a night bus to catch, they let us change and use their toilet before leaving and overall was a great place we would definitely recommend. Brill location too with everything you need near by.

We like the room in the rooftop. The view at night and dawn is so nice. Even though it is rsining you cannot barely hear it.

The toilet does not have a bidet. Since we stated in the rooftop, it is a bit tiresome gping up the stairs since there is no elevator yet still doable.

Accessible to our purpose of visit. it is nice and basic. the staff are great and has accomodated our request of a lower level room. It is accessible to your basic necessities Ie: food, groceries, transport. I always choose to stay here whenever im in Makati. I definitely recommend!

No amenities, not even dental kit. Everything has a charge, blanket. If u have guest even for a while they charge 200 pesos. Toiler has no water spray, if u want to make pooh. So sad. Tv signal is not good. They dont even offer a free wifi.

There is always staff at reception which is great for security and if you need anything. They were always quick and happy to assist with our requests. The room was quite small, but enough of you are just staying a few nights.

There were some comments regarding how thin the covers were. It is literally just a sheet, so you could get cold. The air conditioner is also super loud.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great. Property was clean. A/C worked great. Must say again, the staff was friendly and excellent.

Only complaint was that there was only a sheet and no comforter and at night my girlfriend got cold.
