The pool. The live music and bar
That there wasn’t a free breakfast.

First the value for such a great hotel. We booked day of so I'm hoping we will get same value the next time we stay at a Hilton hotel. And we must not forget the cookies !!
Can't really think of anything, we did stay 2 nights and expected our room to be cleaned the second day while we were out but it wasn't.

Convenient area nice grounds pool is wonderful
My one and only complaint would mainly have to do with my own personal preference but the bed could have been softer and the pillows were horrible, and I forgot my own.

High price, low services (you have to purchase most of the things, even water bottles), no airport shuttle.

Nice facility location and conveniently located off I-10 but surprisingly quiet for being so close to a major thoroughfare.
The non refundable pet fee was higher than I expected to pay.

a nice effort for Hilton, but disappointed in most everything other than the structure and design
I requested a room with hill country view. What I got was nothing but roof.
No waters in room. I was told to come down to front desk to purchase. All other hiltons either have bottled water in room, or a few places have handed waters upon arrival, but never required to purchase.
Front desk personnel could be nicer.

there was a blue light in the vent that kept waking me up in the middle of the night.

Bathroom shower was huge and they had a makeup mirror, beds perfect, bar, restaurant, and pool were great.

it’s beautiful, great food at restaurant, very friendly waitresses, breakfast buffet was outstanding and delicious. very clean

The hotel is very new and modern. We enjoyed the music at night and the beds were so comfortable.

Great location
This time when we stayed at the bevy, the room was dusty especially the bathroom there was dust along the mirror and on the walls. The grout was also moldy. Our first stay was much cleaner. On the second floor. We even had some kind of weird blood on our towel. The guys who were cleaning the rooms were polite and gave us new ones.

Modern and beautifully decorated. Nice pool area and I love the original art pieces in the lobby and throughout the hotel.

Love the location, cookies on arrival with complimentary water. live music that night and a working bar and room service. Great bedding and room design. beautiful pool area also.

Nice location for sure. Room could have been bigger. Nice bathroom and amazing water pressure!! Again the staff was just kinda snooty.
Both attendants at the counter were not pleasant. Almost put out by us. Could have been a one-off. But it was enough to make us think twice about returning.
