Room was super hot at check in, felt like the air had been off for a week. Took 5 hours to cool room to a comfortable temperature!

We checked in a little after 3:00. The room was ready, very clean. Sheets and mattress were so comfortable. I really quiet room. The breakfast was really good. Waffle was a nice change, enjoyed it a lot. I was impressed with the woman at the desk. She told us the juices and coffee were available all day. We are seniors and our room keys wouldn’t work. I went to the desk and she came back to the room with me to make sure the keys worked. This employee is a keeper. A very nice hotel, we will definitely stay here again.

Pool was dirty the ladder to the Pool was broken. People were smoking their dope at the pool and nobody cares.

I booked a room for 6 nights. I was immediately uncomfortable because there were people loitering in the parking lot who didn’t seem like they were guests. My room had a strong musty smell. I went to close the curtains and they were covered in mildew or mold. There were also glasses left from a previous guest. It was later in the night, so I decided to stick it out for the night & check out the next morning to go elsewhere. I was at the front desk around 8 am, and the staff member told me she couldn’t help me because I had booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com tried to help, but she told them she couldn’t do anything because her manager wasn’t there. She said he’d be there at 4 and I could talk to him then. I had an all day event, so I arrived at around 4:15 only to find out from the different staff who was there, that the manager had actually LEFT at 4. She contacted him, and he said to go ahead and change my booking. I’m not sure why she could do that but not the lady who had been there in the morning! Then I was told I would still have to be charged for 2 nights since it was after 11 am checkout. I said- but I tried to checkout at 8 am to avoid that! No one cared about that so I was forced to stay another night. When I was preparing to leave my room the next morning, a bed bug crawled over the mattress! I told them at check out and the manager told her to partially refund the night. It should have been the whole night, in my opinion! Breakfast was also very disappointing

Booked this hotel when attending Tour de BOERNE bike event. Great and convenient stay.

Bathroom doors did not lock and barely closed. Doors to the rooms had huge gaps at the door frame you can see through. Our family stayed in 4 different rooms and all of them had these issues. Front desk was not rude - because they were almost never there. When they were it was more like they were being inconvenienced by us.

Black Mold in Room. Waited an hour for service and never came. No urgency to remediate. Only response was that they were sold out and had nothing to offer me to fix the situation or accommodation. It was race weekend so most hotels were sold out and premium pricing for a last minute booking everywhere else. By the time we got a new hotel most restaurants were closing, and too late to use any amenities, it was a huge cost to our family in so many ways. They didn’t care. Hotel is lipstick on a pig. Smelt musty the moment we walked in the lobby.

The staff was wonderful, the room very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was cool, although the air conditioner may need a new filter, it was a little musty (I'm not used to humidity or the "wet smell of the air), so it may be just me.

This hotel is a bit older, the first room we were given smelled like mold and after checking the room we found mold growing on the air conditioning unit and on the backside of the curtains. We requested a different room and thankfully they were able to move us to a different floor and a non smelling, mold free room. The rest of our stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered was good, they have coffee & juice all day, and it’s a very convenient location for our purposes in Boerne! The pool looked great but it was closed for the 5 days we stayed here.

Conveniently located right off the interstate

I stayed at this same property a week earlier, and everything was great. However, the room I was in for my most recent stay needs some serious attention. The curtains and lampshades were very dirty, with noticeable stains. The showerhead has significant limescale deposits and looks very dirty. And lastly, one of the walls in the room is marred by numerous marks and areas with missing paint. The staff at the hotel is fantastic. They are very kind, courteous, and pleasant to interact with.
