The room was very clean as I read. Will recomend to my friends.

Parking is very hard in that area.

The apartment was very clean and new, it has everything you need, the bed was really comfortable and big. Caroline (hostess) left us a book with recommendations for restaurants, attractions etc. If you stay here you MUST go to Terazza Taoro for their Taoro bocadillo, it is the best sandwich I have ever eaten (it’s a 5 min walk from the apartment).

The flat was very nice and clean with everything you need to comfortably spend your time there ☺️ perfect for couple. Very nice view from the balcony.

It was very clean and tidy! There is everything you need for a week or longer. Pretty nice location with good view over the city. Nice balcony to have a meal.

Nothing to complain on!

The building is very well located, additionally, there was always some free parking slot in the close area. The apartment itself is not spacious but this is clearly communicated in the description. However, there is pretty much everything that you need even for longer stay (2 weeks): big bed with two separate mattresses (very comfortable, hard as we like), two little night cabinets, one storage cabinet next to the kitchenette with iron and ironing board, some additional kitchen cabinets with a set of pots from Ikea (small, medium, big + pan), big fridge + freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster (sandwich type), plates, cutlery (including bottle opener and wine glasses), there was also a dish wash detergent and soap provided, an external clothes horse on the balcony, two chairs and a table, cleaning mop with a bucket and a broomstick, washing machine, electric hob, ventilation hood, microwave, TV, first aid kit. What we missed a bit, was a strainer. We liked the spacious balcony with a nice view of the ocean and palm trees. Carolina is very nice and helpful, she prepared a special folder for guests with all the needed info about the area and the apartment, she suggested us some places to visit as well. During our 2 weeks stay she came after one week to change our sheets. Also the COVID measures were taken, the place was disinfected before our arrival and there were additionally an alcoholic gel at the entrance and the special product in the flat. The price for these conditions was really great.

The towels were kept in a bathroom cabinet that had a rather unpleasant moldy smell due do some probable water system malfunction, and additionally the kitchen faucet was not stable therefore not very comfortable to use. But we reported these two things and Carolina promised to work on them for future guests. Additional thing is the fact that the apartment is probably a part of a former bigger flat - there was another one after entering the main entrance - so we frequently heard our "neighbors" from the other side of the wall. Also the noise from the street can be heard as the wall is practically all glass. The street construction is also not very favorable for noises - if you are doing anything with the balcony open (like cooking), I think the whole street can hear it.

We liked the exceptional attention to detail from our hostess as well as her customer focus from the very beginning until our departure. We were welcomed with a really nice Christmassy atmosphere and some traditional treats. The house was impeccable and our hostess provided us with very useful information to aid us during our stay. We highly recommend this property.
