This is the 4th house we've stayed in on Northside beach, and definitely a favorite. The house provided everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable which is rare in a rental. The house was also spotless which we appreciated. Truly a great experience dealing with Andre's team. We were delayed a day in Nassau and they made sure our cart was at the dock and house accessable for when we did finally arrive. Everything is as advertised and actually the photos don't do it justice. There are now 2 couches in the living room, so very comfortable inside and out. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in SW.

Andre and his team go ‘over the top’ to make yiu feel comfortable. The house is amazing. The beach is right outside your back door! Highly recommended!

Have stayed at a few different places in Spanish Wells and the access to the beach and water at the Beach House can't be beat. Staff was very helpful with ease of access to house and the renting of a golf cart. Great central location to all that Spanish Wells has to offer. Verry clean and comes with everything one would need!

Great little house, just the right size for this family of 4. The full kitchen is a must if you trying to feed the family for a week, eating out was on the expensive side but be prepared for the cost of groceries as well. If you want to relax, this is the place.

Highly recommend staying at The Beach House! Beautiful view located right on the beach. Very clean and comfortable place. Everyone was so nice and helpful on the island. My mom broke her leg trying to paddle board for the first time. I called Andre and he was able to point me in the right direction on who to contact to help get her taken care of. The rental office ladies helped with any questions we had about our flights and golf cart rental was waiting for us at the dock. They also helped set up of taxi from airport to the island. Can't thank you all enough for everything you have done. We will surely be back to stay here again!

my sis and i enjoyed our visit to spanish wells and liked staying right on the beach at the 'beach house.' the view from the patio was amazing and it was super convenient to be so close to the water (we loved hearing the ocean every day). we also appreciated the use of the kayaks, paddle board and bicycles that come with the place. the part that could have been improved were the front room/front bathroom/ kitchen area. those rooms were definitely outdated. the grey couch was dirty. the kitchen was missing a dishwasher and basic things like a cutting board, cheese grater and can opener. we cooked less than we planned due to the condition of the kitchen. still, the place was clean upon arrival and we spent most of the time outside enjoying the beach. we hope to return to spanish wells next year!

We stayed at this property last year and loved it. Luckily we had the opportunity to stay again this January. The location is right on the water. You can walk the beach for miles, spend most of your time outside (no bugs), cook your meals or go out to eat, and just relax.

Great for a small family

We stayed at The Beach House for a week in July, and it was undoubtedly the best trip of our lives. Everything we could ask for was provided at the house, and the location was absolutely beautiful. The owners and property managers were extremely helpful with all of our questions and arranging our arrival (taxi, ferry, golf cart rental, etc.). They even helped us find someone to officiate our wedding ceremony on the beach...nothing quite like having a beach ceremony just a few feet from your back porch. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everyone on the island was friendly and helpful. The highest recommendation for The Beach House and our deepest thanks for making this such a wonderful trip. We definitely hope to stay here again...preferably as soon as possible.

My wife, 6 y/o son and I stayed at andre’s Home for the last week. When we arrived we walked out into our back yard, which is the beach, and saw a massive sand bar splitting the turquoise blue water. We walked out half a mile into the water (low tide) and the water wasn’t to my knees. Incredible. We felt like we had the beach and sand bar to ourselves for the week as there are now crowds on the island. The unit itself is nice with a washer and dryer; air conditioning in each room; and a kitchen with an electric stove and fridge with your cooking gear. We pulled the grill out and cooked freshly fish and burgers. It’s a small island so you are close by everything but a golf cart makes life easier. Great trip. Beautiful throwback island.

Enjoyed our stay! Small but comfortable cottage for 4 of us. Can't beat the location. Ocean and beach were beautiful and close to grocery store, liquor store and ice cream shop. Centrally located on the beach which is perfect for beach walks. Super close to a wonderful sand bar that appears during low tide and allows you to walk far into the ocean. Rental company was easy to work with and provided info on logistics and cart rental. Highly recommend.

The beach house was perfect for our group (2 adult couples)! The beach is breathtaking and the house is very nice. Property managers were amazing and meet every need and request we had very quickly. Highly recommend The Beach House and hope to visit Spanish Wells again!

This home was wonderful and peaceful. It was our first time renting thru VRBO and going to Spanish Wells. The house was everything and more than we could have hoped for, perfect location on the island. We had 6 Adult family members in the house and the accommodations were good for everyone. The check in process was almost to easy. Renting golf carts was easy as well. The locals on Spanish Wells were very friendly and helpful. Pictures do not do this island justice. At the Beach House, you walk out the door and a few steps away your on the beach. Morning coffee will never be the same without my toes in the sand. Kitchen and Bathrooms were set up well, just add your personal supplies and groceries and your set. The home has a washer and dryer to clean clothes while you stay. Our experiences on this vacation will be cherished forever and we will be back for more.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for two couples, although we spent most of our time outdoors. The beach was steps away, perfect for swimming and bonefishing. The double kayak was perfect along with the bicycles which were in good condition. We did rent a golf cart on the second day to do some exploring on Russell Island. The grocery store was within walking distance which was very convenient. The house was well stocked with essentials, such as spices and condiments. The biggest surprise was no bugs at all. You could sit on the beach or under the cabana. Every morning we walked the beach and went swimming. Pretty much had the beaches to ourselves. Thank you Andre for sharing your beautiful beach house.
