Loved this place! The house was super cute and had everything we needed. Location was awesome - we could walk to the lake, grab coffee, or hit up some shops without any hassle. Perfect spot if you want to chill by the water or get out and do stuff. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun lake getaway without any fuss. We'll be back for sure!

The property is as described. Beds are comfortable. Property is clean. Property Manger is very helpful. Check-in and Out was easy. Plenty of parking space.
The only caveat we would add is that the house is close to the main road and as such can be noisy. In addition the upstairs bedrooms are "open space" design which is nice but if you are there in winter and running the heater downstairs, the upstairs gets very warm. We figured that out after the first day and adjusted accordingly.
Overall a great place to stay.

I love love love this cottage! It felt light and airy inside but was perfectly warm. The lighting was soothing and fireplace was cozy. We brought our 2 small dogs and they loved taking walks around the quiet neighborhood. Our host, Jon, was a great communicator and we’ll be back. My son wants to come back when it’s warmer and we can really use the patio area (it was too cold/soggy during our stay).

Beautiful home with very nice furnishings for a quiet mountain getaway. We loved this home and it really was a quick walk to town. Loved the deck with fire pit-and they decorated for Christmas

Had a great stay at this property. Clean, stocked kitchen. Enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the patio (appreciated the assorted K-Cups provided for the Keurig coffee maker) and the fireplace at night. Perfect location near the village, which made getting food a breeze. Easy check-in and parking. Well-managed property.

Very comfortable and well appointed property.
Unfortunately, the property did not come with Arrowhead Lake Association access. It would have been nice to have been able to access the Lake Trail which requires a key fob to unlock the trail gates.

Staying at Snowflower Cabin was the perfect touch to our Mountain Vacation. Would be hard to find a more convenient location! Like staying in a treehouse with such a beautiful view! Outstanding Communication with the Owner Jon topped off our wonderful stay. Would definitely return to this property.

Walking distance to the village.
Kitchen was fully stocked, nice beds, easy check in/out process.
Deck opens to trees and has good privacy. There is one neighbor to the left but hardly saw them. Because you're so close to the lake, the deck has some street noise, which is expected when you're steps from the village.
Furniture was comfortable and stylish.
Very dog safe and clean.
Noise travels easily as the floor plan is open (all bedrooms have nice views)

We spent the memorial weekend there. First of all, it is very close to village (3-mins walk). House was clean but it could have been cleaner. In the kitchen, you will find most of basic needs. All 3 beds were comfy and relaxing. Xbox controllers were not in good shape. Similarly, ignition in the grill was not working and you have to do a trick to make it work. Most of the above problems are minor though. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I did not need to contact the property manager even once. Overall, it was a good experience and most likely will come again

This house is a very short walk to the village and a perfect location for a weekend in Arrowhead. The floor plan is open so everyone had to go to bed at the same time and be very quiet in the morning. But the house is very nice and comfortable and well stocked. The oven didn't work which the owner knew about and didn't disclose but we were able to work around that. They said a new oven was on order.

What a GREAT experience... we usually do hotels but this house was a game changer. It had everything we needed and more! I loved the windows... felt like I was in a tree house. Everything was super clean and so well appointed. Super easy parking and very easy to walk to town.Truly a wonderful time in this house. Would love to go again.

We loved our stay here. So convenient to the Village. We were iced/snowed in for the couple of days we were there, so having a convenient walk to the store, restaurants and coffee shop was nice.
It was equally nice to just stay indoors, play games, make hot tea in the kettle, and watch the snow fall.
Everything in the house is clearly labeled and easy to access. They’ve thought of all of the amenities.
Only inconvenience was walking the dogs. We didn’t want to drag mud and ice into the house, but like everywhere in Arrowhead, the property is on a hill so there are no flat grassy surfaces for pups to play/go to the bathroom. Having the dogs was a blessing though, so we made it work.

We had the best time last weekend at this property! The house was better than we expected… there was plenty of room for the 6 of us to hang out, the kitchen had plenty of accessories for us to prepare meals and the beds and bedrooms were super comfortable! And, Jon, was quick to help us with the ice and snow and everything else that happened to come up. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Snowflower cabin! Beautiful cabin nestled in the pines, with a cozy fireplace and great room, a roomy deck, and a very short walk to tthe village. Kitchen was well appointed and ready for cooking. We'll definitely stay here again!

Good location within walking distance to restaurants and Village (if you don’t mind traffic noise, which we didn’t). Nicely appointed. We found the cleaning fees onerous (100 per day), especially for just 2 people .Found food stuck on pans and trash behind furniture. The non stick pans were heavily scratched, no surprisingly since the cooking tools were metal. The decor is wonderful, however needs some TLC (loose doors on cabinets and graffiti scratched on the wood above the bedroom headboard, cracked window, missing tiles on the roof) Perhaps it sounds picky, but my expectations were high given the price we paid, on top of the cleaning fees. The mattresses were very comfortable and the central heat kept the place nicely warm. Overall we had a good stay. Points taken due to lack of TLC in some areas and high hidden fees.

If you love glamping over camping, then you’ll love this luxury cabin over rustic cabin. Amazing views from huge windows in the living/dining room. Full kitchen to get your chef on and luxury products throughout. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous, peaceful, relaxing dog friendly home!
We had the best time!! The house is gorgeous and Jon is so quick to respond to any of your questions or needs! So close to restaurants and the grocery store so no need to pack food to stock the house. The beds are so comfortable and the house is fully stocked! If you sleep with a fan, like my husband, there are 2 available in the house so no need to pack your own. For pet parents… there are 2 food bowls and a water bowl at the house! The back patio is completely enclosed so it was totally safe for our medium size pups to relax with us outside. We always have wipes to wipe their paws after walks, which was really useful since one of the walking areas is a dusty dirt road. So it helped to keep the house clean. The floors are wood so they were a bit slippery for our pups and my senior Boston terrier had trouble going down the stairs, so we just carried him to keep him safe. Our other dog is far less clumsy and navigated the stairs just fine. We would stay here again in a heart beat and hope to!! Thank you Jon for the wonderful vacation! I’d love to check out their other properties if they are all as nice as this one!

Discovering Lake Arrowhead
My husband, two Yorkies and I stayed in this house for 4 days.It is a very nice property, especially after looking at all available properties available. Enjoyed fireplace in the morning and the huge windows. The longer we stayed the more II enjoyed the house. It is very well stocked. We would stay there again. Be sure to follow instructions included with address. They are necessary to find the house.

Cute place, SO close to the Village. Best for immediate family or very close friends.
Such a cute little cabin in the woods! Unfortunately, due to the fact that the 2 biggest bedrooms are basically lofts open to the main living areas, it's not quiet, so it would be best for members of an immediate family, or in our case, close friends. Don't expect to sleep once the first person wakes up in the morning!
The cabin itself is walking distance to Arrowhead Village (less than a 5 min walk) and is well-appointed as far as vacation rentals go. The parking is TIGHT for 3 cars though. We had 3 small-medium-sized SUVs and the person parked in the middle had to exit her car through the back liftgate since she couldn't open her door with all of us squeezed in. Def carpool and try to bring smaller cars!
My only real complaint is the communication from the host was lacking. I had emailed with a couple questions a few days before my reservation and never received a response. Then had to send another message when I didn't receive my check-in information according to the timeline provided (and ask my questions again). Lastly I sent a note re: the icemaker being broken when we got into the rental and never heard anything back about that.

Thank you Jon for a wonderful stay! The only down side were the dog hairs and feathers in all the pillows and duvets - however, you did everything you could to help us with that so very much appreciated. You also mentioned maybe not having pets in future as that is a lot to ask of your cleaning staff. Unusual to have feathers in everything in this day and age without putting that info on the listing so maybe a note to add that so people are aware before booking. We all had allergic reactions to the feathers and dog hairs unfortunately (including the baby which lasted a week) which put a bit of a dampener on the stay but you are a lovely and kind host, the property was clean overall, it is a stunning and luxurious property and amazing location too. Anyone reading this should not be put off because I am sure Jon has tackled this issue now and is a wonderful host :)

The cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed.
At night, it had a few creaky noises, but probably the wind. No complaints from us.

A great place to stay with a very convenient location to the Village.
We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Parking is fine as long as it's 3 vehicles or less. The upstairs bedrooms share an open ceiling and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is private.
Problems in kitchen: Ice make is broken so it doesn't dispense ice; trash compactor doesn't work and is difficult to access; and the shelf for the pots & pans is in need of repair.
Everything else was as advertised.

Fabulous retreat
Everything was as described in the listing. Great location, house was FULLY furnished with everything we needed, all essentials plus more. Loved the little hill right outside the house, kids could snow sled right there without us having to leave the property. We got snowed in on our second day there but they had plowed come right away in the morning (so having that hill was a huge bonus!). Jon was always fast to respond. Only thing I wished we had were shower heads for the little kids (but not a negative in anyway). Would definitely stay here again!!
