Pinnacle Port Condo, 2 letti 2. 5 bagni 8 posti letto (contando 3 in letto king size). 1 letto king size, 1 letto queen size, divano letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Le 2 camere da letto si trovano al piano superiore con soggiorno, cucina e 1/2 bagno al piano di sotto. Bagno della sala recentemente ristrutturato. Splendida vista sul golfo da ogni balcone e finestra. Bellissimo lago Powell da un lato e il Golfo del Messico dall'altro. Sei letteralmente circondato dall'acqua. Questo è ciò che le vacanze dovrebbero essere. Puoi passeggiare per le spiagge di sabbia bianca o andare a fare i granchi al molo del lago Powell. Goditi l'alba o il tramonto sull'Oceano, dal tuo balcone o sotto il gazebo su un'altalena e goditi le acque del Lago Powell. Nuovo divano e sedia oversize nel soggiorno. Nuovi trapunte e coperte nelle camere da letto. La vista sull'oceano dal maestro è incredibile! La connessione Wifi è disponibile in tutta la struttura, anche via cavo e TV a schermo piatto. Nessun cavo nella camera degli ospiti, quella tv riproduce i dvd. Il resort dispone di 2 piscine, una interna / esterna e riscaldata stagionalmente, così potrete nuotare tutto l'anno. Pinnacle Port è la migliore posizione a Panama City Beach. Da nessun'altra parte a Panama City Beach puoi trovare un resort sulla spiaggia e un lago su 26 acri. Lontano dal traffico e dalla folla, ma vicino a negozi, ristoranti, alimentari, golf. Ad appena un pò di distanza, East è Pier Park, che comprende Back Porch Seafood, Margaritaville, Pompano Joes, Dillards, Target e altri negozi, oltre a un enorme cinema. Intrattenimento per adulti e bambini, a meno di 10 minuti. Oltre il ponte, in direzione ovest, troverai la 30A panoramica, con negozi di fascia alta e ristoranti e spiagge di classe mondiale, quindi proseguirai verso Destin con i suoi negozi e ristoranti. We booked this condo last minute and all went well. It was a good experience. Reserving was easy, condo was clean and pictures were accurate on the listing. I love the closeness to the beach . overall it was a great stay for my friend and myself. We will go back.

The stay was great, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, has the basics of what you need. The place is outdated but everything was still functional and clean. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool on the super hot days but did a good job when it cooled down, we had a box fan that we brought so that helped.
Has great views of sunrise and the beach.
Overall a good stay and I would come back.

We were so excited about booking this particular condo for the beautiful views that they had pictures of on the website. When we got to the condo our view of the living room balcony was not a view of the beach but a view of a direct parking lot which they did not have pictures of nor was it posted anywhere. I was very discouraged and upset since the views is why I chose this particular condo. I messaged the owners to let them know that the pictures that they listed does not match up to the actual view that the you get. They pretty much just said sorry and left it at that. Another thing we did not like is if it was sprinkling (not lightning)they would shut down the pool. So the days that we were not able to go to the beach due to it being to rough or double flag with light rain we weren’t able to use the pool either. The pool was also to deep for my children. The shallow end starts at 4 1/2 feet and rapidly gets deeper. If you have young children I wouldn’t recommend this place due to no entertainment being close by. Overall the trip was a bomber! On the plus side we found two great restaurants I would highly recommend. Stinkys fish camp and Boondocks! They were amazing!!!

My family’s stay at Sunnyside was amazing. We had no problem letting our teenagers walk the beach and walking around the property by themselves. The place was so well fitted that we didn’t have to go out for anything. I will definitely go back.

The condo was very clean and perfect for our family. Lovely ocean front balcony in the master bedroom. Sunny was wonderful to work with and replied to messages super fast. We would stay here again.

The property was as shown in their post. There are beach views from every window. The furniture was comfortable, and so were the mattresses. Communication with the owner was responsive. This unit was solid, quiet, and I'd stay there again.

Great location for our activities in PCB and Destin. Beautiful beach outside the door. Quiet, secure gated community. The condo was nicely furnished with linens and kitchen ware. Host is very responsive. We had a great stay!

This condo is beautiful and made us feel like we were at home. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and the couch pulls out to a bed. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful gulf front balcony which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. We saw dolphins from our balcony and enjoyed being able to relax in the adirondack chairs. The property has all the amenities we needed and we will definitely be back!

Great value to be at the beach.
All appliances worked great including the ice maker in the fridge (which is a plus). From what I could see it was very well stocked in the kitchen - which is a plus. Air conditioning, cable, and internet connection worked great for us while visiting.

Sunny was very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and had great hospitality!! Also, the condo had an amazing ocean view off the master bedrooms balcony! This little community and condos are tucked away behind a gated private entrance. A bit of a challenge to find, even with GPS. Look for Pinnacle Port. Excellent location! Drive through the cutest little neighborhood to get to the buildings where the unit is located. There are pull-through loading zones which are very convenient when it's raining! Enjoy an uncrowded beach with views to the east the PCB skyline, to the west Destin but away from the noise & congestion. Publix and Winn Dixie just a mile away. No fighting traffic for quick trips!
The property had a large indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, and a library.
The unit itself has new floors, nicely decorated bathrooms, 2 balconies both with beautiful beach ocean views. It is a townhome with stairs so the additional half bath downstairs with stackable washer/dryer was very convenient. It's very quiet! We could not hear anyone in the halls or above us.
Sunny was available for communication and easy to work with.
We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Vacation!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! We have stayed in this building before, but it was our first time in this condo. The description and pictures were accurate. The rooms had all the bare essentials. The condo was clean. We spent most of our time at the beach but were also comfortable when we were inside. We were also able to cook and eat most of our meals there. We would recommend to others and stay there again!

NOT A GOOD GETAWAY!!
This was not a good getaway; I invited a friend to join me for our birthday celebrations. I was very disappointed with the dated look condo. Broken toilet seats, walls dirty, white spots on the couch, and so many other things were wrong. This wasn't anything like the review that Vrbo gave in their app. I did recieved a portion of my money back. My friend and I got a hotel room for the rest of our stay in PCB.

Wonderful getaway
The ONLY reason I went a bit lower on the cleanliness is because I'm tall and I can see the high areas that don't get attention; the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were fine! We love staying at Sunnyside - the location, the view, the ease of the community is wonderful! Do wish there was a bit more water pressure in showers and maybe a hand-held shower head in smaller shower, but, hey, these are very minimal things and you're at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world so who really cares!?!? Lol ENJOY!!!

Lovely gulf front condo
Prompt, friendly communication with host. A well spaced 2 bed/2.5 bath that was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedroom balcony is gulf/beach front. The living room balcony faces a parking lot. The condo is located inside a gated community. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for the last minute accommodations.

The location can't be beat!
We are not big crowd people, so the location of this property was perfect. It's very close to the trendy Rosemary and Alys Beaches, but without the thick crowds. The beach is gorgeous of course, but what we liked was that it wasn't super crowded. We went into Rosemary and Seaside for shopping, but were very happy to go home to a more peaceful spot. If you like quiet, peaceful accomodations, this is perfect.

No steps to the beach!
First the positives. The beach on the west end of PCB is beautiful. No rows and rows of rental lounges! The security is excellent. View from the master bedroom is very nice. I could walk directly on the sand with my beach cart. The condo is dated but adequate. Upgrades to bathroom vanities are very nice. Tub needs a non skid surface. Beds were not really comfortable, but adequate. New luxury vinyl floors look good. Kitchen had everything I needed. If you mostly use the condo to shower and sleep, it’s good. I’m a senior and I felt very safe there.

Great beach
Proximity to beach is fantastic, not over crowded, fantastic sandbar in the ocean that makes a great play area for adults and kids of all ages. We loved walking down to the inlet & catching crabs. The TV was hard to figure out and the unlocking the door was a little tricky at first. We had a great time!

Renter Beware - Not what it appears to be!
As previously mentioned in an April 2021 review by Kathy B., there are numerous issues with this condo. Numerous roaches and bugs were in the unit. Refrigerator handles are missing and is dirty. Car air fresheners are in the vents because the place stinks. TV watching is impossible as the signal comes and goes every 30 seconds and one tv only plays dVds as it is an old tube tv. One bath tub doesn’t drain so you stand in six inches of water during a shower. Blinds in king bedroom are broken and missing slats. Thus when the sun comes up so do you. Furniture in living room is worn out and stained. Very poorly furnished for cooking. No idea how this place gets a decent review. I contacted the owner when I got back home and let her know of all of the issues. Told me there was nothing she could do since I did not notify her during my visit. Kathy B told her back in April and nothing had changed. Oh well. Live and learn.

Perfect location
The location was right on the beach and the drive through the Carillon Beach neighborhood is beautiful! Communication with Sunny was easy and she was very helpful when needed. Pinnacle Port is family friendly and we will definitely be back!

Most helpful host!
My family originally intended to stay at Sunny's property in July 2020. The week before our stay we had a case of COVID in my family. Sunny's response was first to make sure everyone was OK, she then went above and beyond in my opinion. She offered, without request, to immediately refund 100% of our costs or to let us pick another week for the vacation. We chose the latter and stayed in June of 2021. The condo was exactly as described. The location of the property is ideal for a family vacation. It is isolated from the traffic and crowds of PCB and Destin but close enough to visit those areas for shopping and dinner. We will definitely be staying at Pinnacle Port in the future and if the dates are available Sunny's condo will be our first choice!
