Spazioso appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completamente arredato con splendida vista sulla sesta buca del campo da golf di Crown Isle dal soggiorno. A pochi passi dal circolo e ristorante pubblico del campo da golf Crown Isle, nonché dal North Island College e da un grande centro ricreativo con piscina.
Questa è un'ottima base per esplorare la regione della valle di Comox, che vanta campi da golf di classe mondiale, l'area sciistica di Mt Washington, i famosi percorsi per mountain bike ed escursionismo di Cumberland, il parco provinciale di Strathcona, le splendide isole di passaggio interne e altro ancora, tutte servite da un commerciale aeroporto servito da più compagnie aeree.
Bella cucina completa completa di pavimento in legno, ripiani in pietra, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, frigorifero pieno con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, bicchieri, calici e tutto il necessario per preparare e servire una cucina raffinata.
Il soggiorno ha un accogliente camino a gas, pavimento in legno, TV via cavo, DVD e PVR, impianto stereo con collegamento per iPod, telefono e un letto matrimoniale estraibile. La sala da pranzo con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, il soffitto a volta e l'illuminazione integrata creano un'atmosfera fantastica.
L'ampio patio in pietra al largo della zona giorno principale circondato da erba, alberi e il campo da golf è perfetto per rilassarsi con un drink. Il patio è arredato con tavolo e sedie e un grande barbecue a gas naturale.
Master suite è arredata con un letto king size, cabina armadio, bagno completo con riscaldamento a pavimento, grande vasca da bagno e doccia separata. Tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole è incluso (lenzuola, asciugamani ecc.)
La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli che possono essere facilmente e comodamente trasformati in un letto matrimoniale, se necessario (biancheria inclusa). Il bagno principale comprende anche una vasca da bagno e pavimenti riscaldati.
Situato a pochi minuti da ottimi ristoranti a Courtenay o Comox (gente del posto, Atlas, Blackfin Pub, Avenue Bistro) o a piedi da due ristoranti nella club house Crown Isle. Ritira la spesa a pochi minuti da Costco o Thrifty's.
Il Kingfisher Resort è a soli 20 minuti (da non perdere la Kingfisher Spa).

Comfortable, spacious condo located near local grocery stores, golfing and dining. Owners were friendly and quick to respond.

The condo was great, fantastic location with easy access. Parking was great and we liked having access to the storage room for borrowed bikes and golf clubs. Very well stocked kitchen and ample towels. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is having to mail the keys back, we had an early morning flight and a postage paid envelope wasn't provided so had to sort that out on our last day of vacation.

This ground level condo is located in a very peaceful and desirable neighborhood. Great location and clean and comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Condo
This lovely condo is very welcoming! We found it roomy, beds and furniture were very comfortable, it was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent and the owner was great to deal with. We would definitely stay there again for another golf getaway, but would ask you to please do something about the weather, haha!! Great place to stay!
The condo was in a terrific location and easily accessible for groceries, etc. Loved the ground floor entrance. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, cooking tools we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Courtney!

The unit was large, and had all the amenities. The Host had provided for all of our needs. Lovely area, and close to everything. Underground parking, which helped greatly when we experienced a rare Courtenay snow storm. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Lovely, clean, spacious and accessible. Only confusion was the price.... it ended up being more expensive for 6 nights than it was going to be for 7 nights? And we were told we could only book for the 6 nights due to issues surrounding CoVid safety.

We enjoyed our two month stay at this property in the Crowne Isle area of Courtenay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The central location allowed us to drive anywhere in Courtenay or Comox for shopping, eating or recreation in less than 15 minutes. Walking and cycling opportunities were excellent. We definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our two month stay at this property in the Crowne Isle area of Courtenay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The central location allowed us to drive anywhere in Courtenay or Comox for shopping, eating or recreation in less than 15 minutes. Walking and cycling opportunities were excellent. We definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay.

This Place is a Winner!
My adult son and I had to travel to the Comox/Courtenay area very suddenly and we were so lucky to have found this home! The owners were terrific and responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed and I cannot sing their praises highly enough! As frequent VRBO/HomeAway users and former vacation renters (we owned two homes for six years each in Cayman) I have seen some poorly described and kitted out places but this was a dream.
Everything you could want was included in this condo - a fully stocked kitchen was so welcome (including my favourite type of coffee maker - a thermal container allowing the coffee to stay warm) along with an awesome toaster and even the major appliances looked new! A washer and dryer were also in the condo and this was important as I hadn't packed enough for the entire stay.
There was plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms and a patio table and chairs were outside to allow for lovely evenings. There is also a huge gas grill and, although I didn't use it, it also looks new.
Plenty of towels and linens were also on hand and, in short, this place had everything you will need. I did enjoy the underground parking as it rained a lot and the elevator was helpful as my son has difficulty with stairs.
Thank you to the owners - I will definitely rent here again when I next visit the area!
