Signage inside would help navigate the maze of hallways.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Breakfast was the best thing Western provided.

AC was not working. I stayed there for 3 days bedsheets were not changed. Coffee or tea bag were not replenished. Room was dirty.

Location could be more central but it's absolutely fine. We rode our bikes to the hotel.

it had a very cozy lobby and plenty of things to do.

I’d selected this hotel over another because it had a gym. After we checked in I received a courtesy text message saying it was closed. I was very disappointed that I missed my morning exercise session and that the gym being closed wasn’t listed in the listing.

Breakfast was very good, nice variety menu.

the air conditioning unit is very loud and disturbs one's sleep.
