We had a wonderful stay in Killington at this property. It was sparkling clean, and even better than advertised. Note to all, the twin bedroom is a separate bedroom not with the king. Also, I was nervous about sending a check but it was totally fine. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed in the Topridge unit and it was fabulous. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. The access to the ski trail for the sunrise triple was right out the back door. The basement area had a great setup with a ski boot dryer, bench / locker built ins for gearing up, and ski rack / drying rack right inside the door. The hot tub was great after a long ski day and the views of bear mountain were awesome. I've stayed in the condos below numerous times but this place was well worth looking outside of Killington managed properties. I'd book again with ski on ski off in a heartbeat!

Place was very comfortable and convenient ski in out location. We were 5 and enjoyed the place very much. Since this unit is so close to one of the trails - Bear Cub- we would suggest walking up the slight hill and ski down to Bear mountain directly instead of skiing down to Sunrise and having to take the extra chair lift. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Great wi fi nice kitchen and open floor plan. Xfinity TV in Family room was nice to have. Place was perfect- highly recommend!

There was a new grill on deck and new small table and 4 chair set which was charming. We loved the large dining room table which was wonderful as family were in and out all summer. I will definitely be checking in with you when we decide to stay at Killington again. We loved this unit at Topridge. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! Our unit had just about everything we needed too... plenty of TP, paper towels and tissue! We loved the view and the location and convenience of ski on ski off. The hot tub was a huge pleasure as was the downstairs game room area! The maintenance crew was very attentive and were there to shovel, plow and fill the hot tub when needed--and it was needed! Also having the door code (rather than keys) was very helpful and convenient! We could find very little wrong with the unit. The only advice I can offer is that I would organized the kitchen a little more efficiently, and left more space for us to put days worth of groceries. We moved things around and it was perfect! However I would suggest that at the very least, they move the silverware to a drawer IN the kitchen instead of the sideboard in the dining room. We did replace a lot of bulbs that were burnt out in the lamps around the house too. We needed to use the landline to call you and it hadn't been plugged in so it needed to charge for 6 hours. I was able to make an outbound call to you since reaching you by cell did not work.. The only other thing was thank god my son was able to figure out the TV remote situation. If I were alone I would have had to call maintenance to help me figure it out. Once you know which one to use it is easier but very complicated at first. These are all very minor and I only mention them to make it better!Thank you for providing my family and I a great ski vacation at Killington!

It's hard to beat this unit and the Topridge location. The condo is spacious *(3 levels) and well-maintained. In the lower level, there is an area set up for skis, boots, etc. You simply open the door and step out onto the trail. Now that's ski-on, ski-off. We had a fabulous time and would rent here again.

Absolutely an amazing ski on ski off location. There was a beautiful run from the peak that ended right at the back door of the house.The house had 4 beds rooms and slept 8 comfortably. The hot tube was a bonus. I am definitely coming back for more next year!

As a newbie to this mountain and neighborhood, it was a little difficult finding exact address in the dark, especially when GPS had no signal. Otherwise, we plan on going back again next year!

Interior pictures are accurate, but they don't capture the thoughtful layout with 4 bedrooms spread out on 3 levels and a full bathroom for each bedroom, super-clean super-hot outdoor hot tub with an amazing view, airy high ceilings, comfortable substantial furniture, impressive pot/pan selection, adjustable Nest thermostats and lighting, the wall of cubbies and ski/snowboard rack, and the awesome location.
It's truly 10 steps from the lover-level door to the top of the Sundog trail, and from there, it's a short walk to the Bear Claw trail and the rest of Killington, or ski down Sundog to the Sunrise triple lift, or walk your dog down and back on the Sundog trail with views of the woods, condos, and Bear Mountain.
The only disappointment was the dirty dishes in the cabinets. Only the most recent dishes were dirty, so I think the renter before us didn't run the dishwasher properly and the cleaning crew didn't notice. The dishwasher might be the problem because we ran the dirty dishes through the dishwasher and they still weren't clean, so we had to hand wash them and also pre-wash the dishes we used before we put them in the dishwasher.

For years we have wanted to rent a slopeside house with other couples but we could never find a place that provided everything we were looking for. THIS house fit the bill perfectly and did not disappoint. It truly is trailside and has incredible views if you choose to stay in and relax. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus which we enjoyed everyday after skiing. The owners thought of everything! Being able to store our ski equipment just steps inside the house was such a convenience. We will definitely return to this home!

House was great / lots of space and very well equipped. Loved the hot tub and pool (billiards) to hang out. The fitness center and indoor pool/hot tub were great for one of our days when it was too cold to ski.
we splurged for a larger place than we needed because we wanted the convenience of ski on ski off.
In terms of the location; we were disappointed because the local lift serving this development was closed, so it was not ski on ski off for us. We had to drive to the base lodges to access the lifts. I assume it was due to staffing shortages from the COVID surge (MLK weekend) and the management company doesn’t have control over that. It was actually a pretty easy process, but we probably would have gotten a smaller cheaper place if we had known that we wouldn’t have that benefit.
The housing development is in the far left side of the mountain if you are looking at a trail map). Even if the local lift (Sun dog) is open, you will still need to drive to the mountain to get to ski school/lessons which is on the opposite side — far right of the map. This was our first time at Killington so we didn’t realize to check on this aspect.
There are lots of books but we were surprised they didn’t have any games. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the house was very clean.

The views alone make this stay memorable but the townhouse is spacious, spotless and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There's room for everyone to spread out. we will book here again and again.

Perfect Location
This property was beautifully located on the mountain with great views of the Bear Mountain trails. Easy ski out to the lift. The property was beautiful and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed in the master suit was very uncomfortable . Other then that the place was perfect. I would highly recommend this home.

We couldn't have been happier staying here! Everything was spotless, the views were breathtaking, the furniture throughout was oversized and comfortable. Our group had plenty of room to spread out. I could live there for a month! If the weather had cooperated, we would have been able to literally ski out the downstairs back door on the trail to the lifts. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for us! However, a quick 10 minute drive had us at the base lodge. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for cooking and serving. Huge family table was great for big meals and family games. The lower level was perfect for storing our ski equipment, complete with boot dryers/warmers. The kids loved the pool table, huge couches, big flat screen and bunk room for late night fun! Bedrooms all had a dedicated bathroom which was wonderful. The view from the rear of the condo was absolutely beautiful. You could watch the skiers on Bear Mountain and see people snowshoeing or skiing by. I would 100% come back here, don't hesitate to book this townhome!

Super comfortable and convenient to the trail just few feet out the back door. Nice ski room with cubbys, boot air dryers, ski rack etc. Cooked all our meals in the condo, never moved the cars. Plenty of space for our group of 9 guys. Looking forward to a return trip.

Terrific home with the trail just by the back door.
The home was very well outfitted for our group of 9 guys for two days of skiing. We stayed in and cooked all of our meals. Very clean and comfortable. Most convenient ski in/off we've ever had. Will be sure to return next year. Thank you.

8 adults, 4 children; we all had a great time.. my only suggestion would be larger house numbers. It was hard to find after dark.
