Idea per gruppi familiari, plurifamiliari e multi-generazione, queste ville dispongono di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi (due con bagno privato), un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina e, un po 'insolitamente, un'altra stanza che può fungere da tana per i bambini, una quarta camera da letto, se necessario (una configurazione che chiamiamo la planimetria dei golfisti!) o, se davvero non puoi permetterti di essere disconnesso dal mondo, come ufficio. La Villa dispone di connettività Internet cablata e wireless ad alta velocità (porta una stampante se ne avrai bisogno.) La pianta è suddivisa su tre livelli con camere da letto matrimoniali ai piani superiore e inferiore che danno un senso di spazio anche in gruppi plurifamiliari.
La nostra Villa è un'unità finale sul retro della U con ombra eccezionale e privacy per tutto il giorno. Ritorno ai rumori della spiaggia ... Questa villa ha mantenuto il design originale in cui su entrambi i livelli di fronte all'oceano ci sono quattro porte scorrevoli su tutta la lunghezza dell'unità che si aprono su un balcone dal livello del soggiorno e un patio da terra livello. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto.
Con le solite brezze marine, in tutti i giorni tranne quelli più caldi potresti non aver bisogno di staccarti da quella sensazione di "in spiaggia" con l'aria condizionata. This unit was very hot during our stay. Two service visits by AC company did not make appreciable difference. Got over 80 consistently in unit. Could not cook in this unit due to heat. Microwave was supposed to be replaced in unit and fill in unit took up counter space. Furnishings were older and not what we would have expected. After multiple calls to Vacation Time and chats with owner only got 15 back. Very disappointing week! I don’t recommend a stay here.

This property was the perfect spot! The house was so inviting and comfortable and seeing as though I cooked for our family the whole week I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was for food preparation.
The three levels made it nice for my parents to have their own space in the lower level. The location was so quiet despite being so incredibly close to the pool. We all enjoyed the balcony for early morning coffee and tea.
The beach was so close! You didn't have to plan on making an entire day out of going down there as it was close enough to just walk back within a minute for lunch.
I couldn't have asked for a better spot on the island or for better accommodations.

Location was great and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with. That being said the place needs a deep cleaning. Looks like they maybe vacuum and change sheets, not sure it had been dusted or wiped down in months. I did more cleaning the first day than the cleaning company probably ever has. Furniture is pretty dated and not that comfortable. Sheets, towels are really cheap and thin. Place has potential just needs cleaning and updating.

To many steps and not beach front . This condo was as far as you could be in this complex . Coffee pot broke also there is a vary low ceiling going down the stairs that you have to duck if your over 6' tall.

All of the appliances are relatively new and worked. The closets could use a little WD 40 but were fine.
The property is on the ocean and has an adequate pool. The WiFi isn’t great but adequate.
We would stay there again.

We went on our first family vacation with our kids/spouses and grandbaby (7 total)! We had an amazing time - beach, pool, relaxation! Very family oriented. The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed! It is in the perfect location! It had 3 bedrooms and and the 3 baths were great to have! I really liked have the 3 levels in a condo. It gave everyone a place of their own. Very close to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, etc. The area didn't feel crowded since we were a little south of Coligny. But still close enough to get there for shops, etc. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had! The only thing that would have been good for our specific group, was a double bed and twin vs. 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms - but we made it work! So no problem really. We will be back!! Great condo!

This was our first time going to Hilton head for our annual family vacation. The location of the condo was perfect, very short walk to the beach. It was a five minute walk to Coligny Plaza. It was also about a mile from the entrance to Sea Pines. The condo was relatively clean when we arrived. Some minor sand residue in the halls and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, maybe a Keurig and some miscellaneous spices would have been nice, however, the appliances are relatively new and worked well for our group. I would definitely return. Easy access to the island bike trails made for an enjoyable ride each morning.

We traveled with 8 adults and absolutely loved this place. It was clean and spacious. The 4th bedroom/office/den was perfect for our large sized group as far as space goes. The beds were comfortable and we were able to access the beach quickly as well as walk to Coligny Plaza. We will stay here again.

Roomy condo in a great location. The beach is only a short walk out the back. Also enjoyed being close to Coligny. Nice new kitchen as well as new appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes for cooking in. Twin bedroom bath is also nicely updated. Only complaints are it could have been a little cleaner and the King bed and twin beds definitely need new mattresses…..unfortunately we had some restless nights. Also, the futon downstairs seems to be broken as it wouldn’t fold out straight, but we made do. Besides the bed issues, we enjoyed the condo and had a great family vacation.

The property was very nice, great location and quiet. We traveled by plane so were limited as to what we could bring. There were beach chairs and an umbrella on the property but they were kept outside so they were in pretty rough shape. So we purchased new chairs and an umbrella and also 3 clipon chair umbrellas and left them there for the next renters. But put them in a closet on the lower level. A few of the electrical plugs in 2 bathrooms didn't work as well as one in a bedroom. We lost power in two of the bathrooms and two bedrooms and had the management company come over because the electrical box was in a locked closet. The lights were turned back on but the outlets never worked...the reset didn't work either. Other than that it is a great place to stay abd we had a great time.

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in Hilton head this year and had a wonderful time. Our unit was in a great location, access to the beach was a quick 30 second walk and although the weather was cool during the time we were there, we were able to use the outside patio a few times which was lovely. Our hosts, John and Jill responded very quickly to any inquiry and were lovely to deal with. The management company was also helpful in dealing with a few minor issues, shuck in and check out was very convenient. We are looking forward to being able to rent again next year.

Great visit all around. Perfect for our family with space for everyone.
A couple updates would be to replace some bed pillows. Several are stained and spotted due to lots of usage. Kitchen has lots of nice dishes and glasses but could use an inventory of cook and bake ware items...just the basics.
Love the big kitchen table and chairs but could also use a good scrubbing considering it gets tons of usage.
Would definitely stay here again with convince to pool, ocean, shopping and safety of gated community.

Lovely unit. Beautiful grounds with nice private patio at the unit for grilling. Short walk to the beach.
My only recommendation is that pots and pans could be updated for those who like to "cook in" a few nights. Otherwise, perfect!

Unit was not clean. Dust bunnies around and under all furniture. Hair and food in fridge. Bathroom in the king size bedroom had black mold in shower around door and orange and pink mold on grout.

It was adequately stocked with kitchen utensils and TVs and Wi-Fi. Our biggest difficulties were adjusting to the frigid temperature of the room, although we are Very glad we aren’t paying electricity now. Also, the commode in the master bedroom ran continuously on occasion, so we had to remove the lid to the come out to stop that. Again, very glad we’re not getting the water bill. Also, the two spotlights above the bed in the master suite do not work.
Overall, a lovely week was enjoyed by all and we highly recommend this property.

The condo was a good size for three generations and 5 people, and it was in a good location, plus it was priced reasonably. We had quite a few problems with the property. It had not had a good cleaning in quite a while--lots of dust under the beds (as I found when I dropped something under the bed and had to go looking for it) and on the ceiling fans. We were welcomed with a swept up pile of sand and dust in the middle of the living area, with a broom propped on the wall right next to it. Many of the dishes in the cabinets had leftover or caked-on food, and we soon found out why: the dishwasher would run but it did not clean the dishes. They came out dirty and we had to hand wash everything. The kitchen had a good supply of items, but they were all stored in random cabinets with no rhyme or reason, so it always took us a while to find something (we left the kitchen a lot more organized than we found it). The pillows were very old (except for the pillows in the king bedroom) and had a lot of old, dark stains on them. The bed coverings were also very dingy, and the bath towels and bed linens were cheap-hotel issue (very thin). We also had a small problem with check-in: we were told that the management desk was staffed 24/7, but when we arrived around 10 pm, the office was locked up tight and no one was answering the phone number we were given. We called the emergency number and the on-call manager walked us through how to get our keys and gate code. The car gates worked, but the pedestrian gates were not functioning the entire week we there. We were doing a lot of walking and biking, so we called the management 3 times to ask when they would be fixed, but they never got to it. We also had a lot of trouble with the wi-fi, even the 5G signal would kick us off intermittently, and since my husband was trying to work while we were down there, it became a pretty big problem. The outdoor lights over the small back patio were burned out, but a maintenance guy did come and replace the outdoor light at the main entrance. I mentioned these things to the property manager (Vacation Time of Hilton Head) and they seemed indifferent. The condo needs some TLC, someone to really give it a good looking-over.
