Benvenuti nella scatola del sale situata nella posizione desiderata presso MP6 a Kill Devil Hills, NC. Ci siamo innamorati delle Outer Banks da bambini e in seguito ci siamo innamorati l'uno dell'altro. Ci siamo sposati sulla spiaggia proprio accanto al molo di pesca di Nags Head. Questo è il nostro posto preferito e ci sentiamo sicuri che sarete d'accordo dopo aver trascorso le vostre vacanze nel nostro cottage sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo sistemato la nostra casa con tutte le nostre cose preferite di cui abbiamo goduto nel corso degli anni passati a visitare le Outer Banks. La nostra casa è a un isolato da splendidi tramonti sul suono di Albermarle e un breve tragitto in auto per accedere alla spiaggia libera. Un approdo pubblico in barca è raggiungibile a piedi per il proprietario della barca che desidera pescare sull'acqua. Il molo di pesca Avalon è a soli 5 minuti di auto.
Dopo una bella giornata in spiaggia, vieni a goderti una doccia all'aperto e fai un pisolino sull'amaca o leggi un buon libro sul ponte. La cucina è ben fornita per cucinare i pasti a casa e c'è anche un grill a gas per il vostro uso. Stare al Salt Box ti fornirà tutto il necessario per fare una vacanza indimenticabile con la famiglia e gli amici. Il nostro cottage ha 3 BR e 2 BA, cucina con zona bar e una cucina abitabile. Il soggiorno offre una TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici con cavo, un Wii e numerosi videogiochi e film. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno annesso completo con una TV a schermo piatto, la seconda camera ha un letto pieno e la terza camera ha un letto a castello con un pieno sul fondo e doppia in cima e una TV a schermo piatto / Lettore DVD. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti, ma si consiglia di portare gli asciugamani da spiaggia. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel ripostiglio al piano di sotto. Offriamo quattro biciclette per pedalare lungo la pista ciclabile lungo il lato sano. Il cortile sul retro è perfetto per una partita di corn hole o per far giocare i bambini.
Non accettiamo animali domestici. Gli ospiti devono avere almeno 25 anni o una famiglia, questa casa non è adatta per le feste. I vicini sono residenti permanenti e noi li rispettiamo.

Exceptionally clean, affordable, and the furniture was perfect for older generation. Furniture style is first thing I look at when booking, along with reviews. If the chairs are the high bar style chairs for dining, or deep, hard to get in and out of living room furniture, or modern and uncomfortable looking, I always pass no matter the reviews. It seems that younger people that rent out to folks do not consider "comfort" with the wrong furniture. Our rental was PERFECT for comfort!!!!! You could relax in the living room and the dining set had "normal" seating. The house is in a super quiet location! The owner is awesome for contacting, super quick response!

Loved the location of this property! We spent 2.5 days in OBX and this was a great spot to hit many of the local attractions. Great backyard for playing catch or just running around with kids. The bike trail is also one block away and we loved being able to take a bike ride to get some ice cream!

This cozy, clean house was perfect for my family's stay in the Outer Banks! It's just a walk or bike away from boat dock and short drive to beach access, as well as a ton of fun things to do in area! The property manager was great about communicating details as well.

The Saltbox was one of the cleanest places (including hotels) we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location is ideal - the bay is short walk away and ocean only a 3 minute car ride the opposite direction. Cheryl was a delight to work withk - very clear communication. Even with negotiating a day of heavy rain from Idalia our stay was a delight!

This property is a real gem. It feels more like a home than a rental property. There's a very comfortable king-size bed, a kitchen with everything you need, and even a washer with an agitator. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the Wright memorial. The 5th or 2nd Street beach accesses are a 5-minute drive. The owner was responsive and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay.

A very convenient location to all things during our spring break stay! The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and there was good shower pressure. While we were there the Target had their grand opening. The outside amenities provided were nice, bikes (2 adult, 2 kids), and cornhole boards.

We had a great time at The Salt Box! The property was perfect for our small family of 4, and the coziness made it feel just like we were at home. Being on the bay side was perfect for early morning runs along the water and we were a short drive away from beach access. We would recommend this property to anybody and everybody…we absolutely loved our stay!

We had the best time in outer banks. The house was exactly as described. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. Super clean and perfect. The location was a great spot and we never had a problem getting to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and tucked back by the sound which was nice. One of the best rentals we have stayed in and we have been coming to the outer banks for years. I really liked that there was so much stuff readily available at the house. Thank you for letting us share your beach house.

Great place for our family of five
We’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. Big enough for a family of five or six and easy access to the bike trail on the sound side of the island. We prefer to drive to the beach but Avalon pier is a walkable distance if you don’t want to mess with parking. Owner is super responsive and works hard to make sure you’re satisfied.

Perfect home away from home
Check in was so quick and easy, the home was perfect for our family and so clean. It felt cozy and comfortable. Perfect location for our weekend getaway. Our kids loved our stay here as much as we did and that makes all the difference to us when we travel!

Great place to stay at the outer banks!
We were very happy with our stay. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Great location, close to the beach, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and activities. Also the neighborhood is very quiet. The only complaint we have is there were only 6 towels and 6 wash clothes. We would have loved to have extras especially wash clothes so we didn’t have to wash them every other day. Everything else was great! I have already recommended this rental to several friends.

The house is Amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Has everything you could think of needing, excellent directions for use of everything, Excellent location, close to everything. The owners are great, always in contact if we needed anything. Neighbors were great. Couldn’t Recommend this place more. We had an amazing stay, and vacation, and memories to last.

Great stay
My family and I had a great stay! The property was as described, clean and accommodated our needs. It was wonderful that we had almost anything we needed to cook, had plenty of space to hang out and beds were decently comfortable. The owners were very responsive to messages that were sent, check in/out process was very easy. Glad we found this house last minute, I would stay here again.

The Salt Box is a very clean and cute house in KDH. Very close to the sound and the bike path along Bay drive. We love the location; in a neighborhood yet easy to get to 12 and 158. House was well stocked and very clean and well maintained. We would recommend and will stay again! Great house and great stay!
