Location was great! We had 6 people in our party and there was plenty of room to spread out.

We have relatives in Narragansett and booked this cottage to be close for the holiday. It was perfect for our family! Quiet road, beautiful view from upstairs, well appointed. Teenagers appreciated having their own rooms. Highly recommend!

Dawn Everything was truly amazing. Accommodation were fantastic!!! My only "issue" and I mean only, the light switches and lamps. Never really figured out what switch turned on what and most of the bulbs in the lamps didnt work That is truly it!! Please let me know if you a small house or cottage thanks again Tina Cassidy

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The patio offered a view of a pond. Unfortunately it was slightly obstructed by the neighbor’s fence. Nonetheless there were some beautiful sunsets. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

I had an amazing week with my children and grandchildren. Made lots of awesome memories. The house is beautiful and was very clean. Location was perfect. I walked to the beach in the morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. The back deck sunsets were beautiful.

Fanastic place to stay - It was very clean & had all that you needed - easy to navigate to places of interest -- for us it was the beaches, ferry and Newport - Also - Aunt Carries is a must!

We had an amazing week sharing the place with our families. The house was clean, well stocked and the deck & view were amazing! The host was very accessible, we had a minor issue with the shower valve and she has someone there to repair it within minutes. Great location, we loved walking around the neighborhood and it was a 5 min ride to the beach. We got a beach season pass so we never had to wait in line. We hope to return next year.

Great location! Beautiful sunsets over the marsh. Only downside with little ones was there is no bathtub, but we made due!

This was a great property for this price point. The views from the deck are beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The layout and size of bedrooms worked really well for our family. The master bedroom has a great mattress. The two full size beds were not quite as comfortable but we anticipated this and had packed memory foam toppers so everyone was sleeping well. The owner has done a great job with the decorating. It feels bright and cheerful and very beachy! The couple that live in the attached apartment were very quiet and we really had no idea we were sharing the house. One downside to this property is the lack of air conditioning. We had a week where temps were in the 70’s and it was cloudy so it wasn’t to much of an issue but the few days it was sunny it got pretty warm in there quick. The owner was very responsive to text and when the dryer wasn’t working she had the handyman there within a few hours. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.

Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The sunsets are gorgeous! We spent most of the time outside on the deck enjoying the nice weather. Lovely home!

My daughter and I are from RI so this was a visit home for us. We truly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It was stocked with all the comforts of home. The sunsets were beautiful. Easy access to groceries, beaches and highways. It does not have AC, which worried us for a stay in August, but it was not and issue. The sea breeze and fans were all that we needed to stay comfortable. Loved the beachy decorations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in RI... The house was great. Perfect location, beautiful view and clean. Our host was easy to contact and answered all of our questions almost immediately.

Property was as described. Great, quiet location with short walk for kayaking access. Nice large deck with plenty of seating for outdoor meals. Multiple beaches within a few miles. Overall a great week!

Good location, and view of the bay. Beautiful sunset, The only thing I wish there was more shade on back deck made it hard to enjoy sitting on.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home for our vacation. The only bump in our stay was the overpowering smelllof the fabreeze upon entering the house. It made us feel nauseous. Otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you for your lovely home.

This place was really special. The view of sunsets were spectacular. Close to everything but away from it all at the same time. Private back yard with large deck. Loved it!!

My family had a great time. The house was equipped with necessities and conveniences. Scarborough Beach is a few minutes drive and has easy access, restrooms, showers, picnic pavilions and a snack stand. The owner of the house, Dawn, was very responsive to any questions.

We loved the house layout. Very well decorated with a beautiful view in the back. Plenty of chairs and very comfortable. Bedrooms were all a very nice size. We will be back next year. Thank you Dawn for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Dawn's vacation home was exactly as it was listed on VRBO. It had everything we could have wanted and more. The kitchen was so well stocked and she even had a cooler for the beach. The deck was super spacious and had plenty of seating for all eight of us and was a great place to kick back and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. There were beach chairs and a great little shed for the boys to store all their fishing gear in each night. The rooms were great - very clean and plenty of storage space and hangers in all the closets. The upstairs bedroom was bright and spacious - but we were up super early every morning so the extra sunshine didn't bother us a bit. Our vacation week was super hot and humid but the house had great ceiling fans and a couple big room fans to help keep us cool. We did bring some window fans along with us, which certainly helped out at night. The house is located on a very quiet street and there was hardly any traffic, which was great for the kids. It was so close to the water; we could easily grab our kayaks and walk down to the ocean (Point Judith Pond) in less than 2 minutes. Such a serene little cove that we had to ourselves every day we went down. Everything you need is so close to the house. The grocery store is just a few minutes away and you could jump in the car for a few minute drive to the beach. We spent a lot of our time at Fisherman's Memorial Beach. There is a beautiful memorial on the top of the hill and the pier was great for the kids to fish. The Point Judith Lighthouse was right there and made for a great backdrop for pictures. The beach was small, but served as a great place to get wet and there wasn't nearly as many people as there were on the public beaches. We enjoyed a dinner at Aunt Carrie's (a great local family owned restarant) and ice cream across the street. T's Restaurant by the Stop&Shop plaza was a great place for breakfast also. We definetly enjoyed our stay and would defintely book another vacation at Dawn's if we are back in the area. Dawn was wonderful to work with and so graciously mailed back our baseball hats that we realized we left behind. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We love Narragansett and have been going there for years. This time , We brought our kayaks and could easily access the water from the house. We also think Scarborough Beach is amazing - We could ride bikes to the state beaches so we did not have to pay for parking (which is pretty expensive) . It was so nice to have laundry in the house and we used the grill almost every night. The sunsets from the deck were such a nice way to end our busy beach days . We have only good things to say !

We recently spent a week with 2 of our adult children at Dawn's rental property. Property was clean with everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed just relaxing on the back deck while taking in the morning and evening views. Spectacular!!! We had our coffee there every morning. We brought our kayaks and bikes and this was a perfect location to get ample use of them. Just a few steps down the street and we could drop our kayaks in Salt Pond which we did most mornings. We rode our bikes a couple of miles to Block Island Ferry and had a wonderful day exploring the island. Great morning walks to Scarborough State Beach. Narragansett and Point Judith and have great selection of restaurants and it was also a short drive to Newport. The Rhode Island seacoast has so much to offer ... a hidden gem! We loved exploring it and this location is the ideal place to do it from!!! Carol August 2017

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room indoors and out. The deck was lovely for outdoor dining while the sun was setting. Loved that towels and linens were provided. Lots of pots and pans including large pots for corn and lobsters. Made packing so much easier! If we visit again next year we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!
