Nice last minute house 🏠

Everything was really great. I fell in love with the house. The only issue was the stove. Other than that the place is perfect.

The house was great, rooms and bathrooms great size. Everyone loved hanging out on the patio upstairs and roof top. Plus access to a private beach. Easy access to all the fun and entertainment with about a 10-15 min drive. Beds were comfy. Futons were a little stiff but they are futons. Plus the host responded quickly during stay.

Easy beach access. Private yard away from the street. Large rooms and comfy beds.

Our overall experience was excellent

Close to be beach and in quite area.

Location is great, premisses are old, outdated, unmaintained. Things falling off the walls, chairs falling apart, lamps are as old as my grandma, beds not comfortable at all, restrooms all have issues, no smoke detectors, walls are deteriorated and peeling off. Think twice before reserving.

Awesome place and enjoyed seeing all the family environment along with the fishing right off shore definitely recommend this place

Location was good. There was an ant problem and the water was very stinky. We did not run out of water. Overall it was good. We where a short walk to the beach.

Great location. House was nice. Beach is not crowded. Guards in guard shack very helpful. Directions to house were a bit confusing and pick needs to be updated for there has been a lot of development since last pick so missed the house a couple times. Overall was an excellent stay. Plan to book agin in the future

I will not rent this house again

Beautiful home , only thing I would say or recommend is maybe putting the house number on the actual home Itself and not on the trash can , it was a bit tricky locating the house with the directions that were sent over email. Other than that Home owner was friendly and responded at a good time, didn’t take hours to respond. We did have to go out and buy new batteries for the tv remotes because none of them had working batteries. House from the outside looked a little abandoned maybe fixing the outside and making it look more welcoming but like I said other than little minor things house was great.

Microwave, coffee Maker, windows ACs too much noise.

This was Our first time renting a house. Loved it and it was not far from playa Bonita. The home was perfect for us and had a lot of space.

This is a good spot for family being that it is close to the beach (2min walk) and centrally located. It is quiet and clean. The patios were nice with comfy chairs. The tv setup was a bit tricky at first. The internet worked well. If you have more then 3 people I’d suggest extra essential items like paper towels, ice, bath towels, and toilet paper. Other than that it was well stocked. The coffee maker was not useable because it was full of little bugs even a good cleaning was not going to salvage it. We were there during a rain and there were ants everywhere, i just assumed they were out because of the rain. The patio door was a bit hard to slide. Security patrols the area. good cold A/C. No garage. We felt safe. Beaches were beautiful. The yard was nice and situated well. I would stay here again.

This was a perfect stay, the beach was beautiful, the sand was broken shells so be careful it’s not the soft sand like the other beaches. There were 3 random sewing needles that ended up poking my niece on her head in the kitchen chair, and 2 in the bed that poked my parents in the master bedroom. The TV didn’t work, There was some garbage left on the rooftop that we just cleaned up. But other than that, no problems. It was perfect for what we needed, and fit our family perfectly!

Real clean, easy to find, and much space for all family

Affordable…. But it does need a little bit of work but it still is good a new stove would be nice since only one burner. It was okay tho!!!

The view from the rooftop is beautiful. We enjoyed having coffee there every morning. The only thing I would say is that the stove & fridge need upgrade. Also the coolers are noisy in the rooms. We would rent again though. It was a 3 min. walk to the beach. Running out of water was not an issue for us. Thank you for having us!

Everything was great, having the beach walking distance and private was amazing. Only 1 thing wrong the master bedroom should have a working AC we had to leave the other 2 bedrooms open to get the 3 room fresh. Over all my family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, looking forward for another stay.

We had a great stay

For our first time doing something like this it was very easy, and we had a blast staying at your rental!

The house was clean and spacious and it had air conditioning which was really nice! Its so close to the beach! It’s just one house over from being beachside. The fire pit was put to good use lol but there were a lot of beer cans from previous guest in the pit. We had a little trouble working with the Tv but we got it work. The beds are really comfortable and the shower pressure is amazing. Me and my family loved it.

It was dissapointing to have experience no water the first day we got there. Asked to get at least some buckets of water to flush the toilet and nothing. It took 4-5 guys and Over 6hrs to fix the problem. It was very uncomfortable having 4 guys walk in and out the house with my teenagers around. Also, when i went to check on the guys who were working on the water pump, they were all just sitting around and smoking multiple times which was very frustrsting because we needed the water back asap.

Awesome view, quite spot. Nothing really bad to complain about that’s other than nitpicking. Honest descriptions and great price.
