Noisy neighbors

Very clean, new apartment. Good location near the park, 30min to the sea. A lot of cafes and a supermarket near the house. Close secure area, there was a free parking. Host met us lately in the night, despite of heavy rain.

We lived there for 1 week and apartment felt too small for us. If you plan to work remotely and you have a lot of meetings and calls you can feel uncomfortable. Bad internet for 2 people (8 Mb). At check-in the host provided us with the most detailed intro we ever had how we should live in the apartment. It took at least half of hour - he explained us how we should use toilet, oven, furniture, walls, windows, table, sofa (not allowed to seat without a cover). All those rules were described even in detailed printed instruction. Also be prepared for extra calls from host in 1-2 days because he is worried about following this rules by you (he asked us about the covering a sofa, using a kitchen hood and the mail thing - he watched after our windows on 9 floor to check if they are closed in the evening. Psychologically we felt very uncomfortable and all those things made us nervous.
