The owners are really helpfull, open to fgive suggestions. Rooms are all newly refurnished, and clean. They also have bicycles for free at the property.

Location is not the top - if you want an accommodation with some view, this is not for you.

Rooms are not soundproof and as a matter of fact the rooms have interconected doors, and there is a space (1-2cm) under those doors making any sound as snorring or converssation amplified either at night or in the morning: so all depends who gets up earlier or makes more noise at night... Also, if it is too hot, the AC will blow on you, this is how it was placed and designed...get ready for a torticolis or myositis... The free bikes are a joke: if you want to hurt yourself...go for it. Anyway " free bikes" is a missleading advertising, and this should be stoped. Mosquitos are plenty, as a small river is at 15 meters...no mosquito-net.

Unfortunately for us this property was a bad idea. We feel misled by the details and images presented on booking.com concerning this place.

What should I start with? Far from the city, you need a car to go there. The size of the room? smaller than 20m presented in the description? the noise outside or the light in the window early in the morning forcing us to get up once the sun is up. The owner asked us for money for the parking space, although we arrived late at night and left in the morning. And to conclude the icing on the cake: even if the booking confirmation said all taxes included, the owner asked 3 euros extra tax in cash.

Our host took the time to show us how get to the town and the beaches on foot without having to walk down the busy road which passes outside the front of the premises. The room itself is compact but has everything you need. There's a lovely outside seating area overlooking a small green area and the stream beyond. The cat park is right outside but only accommodates a couple of cars. Best to phone ahead to get the barrier opened.

At your arrival this super nice couple makes you feel really welcome. Clean and comfortable rooms with a tiny kitchen in case you would like to cook. Bicycles at your disposal and it is very close both to the bicycle lain as the beach.

The rooms between each other’s seems to comunicate with each other so you hear your neighbours load and clear.
