Benvenuti nel nostro White Sands Condo. Questo è un bellissimo duplex 3BR / 2BA situato a South Padre Island. Questa è una splendida seconda storia di un duplex che può ospitare fino a 11 persone! Questo condominio è molto spazioso con un sacco di spazio per tutti .. Si ottiene 2 letti king size, e un divano letto. La terza camera è una camera a castello che include una cuccetta doppia, e pieno castello / doppia. Questo condominio è stato dipinto di fresco è diversi anni fa. E 'fresca e pulita!

First of all, Melissa is a fantastic hostess! She is so friendly and welcoming! Her instructions and expectations are very clear. She provides great information on what to bring with and places to see during your stay. Read everything for this booking BEFORE you book to save money (we had no issues whatsoever, just get all information).Lovely space for our 9 plus a toddler group close enough to the beach but away from the main road. Just the right amenities. We had a blast!

The house was very roomy, plenty of beds and a large kitchen. The proximity to the beach was amazing. Barely a 5 minute walk. The host was very nice and accommodating. She gave us great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was 4 nights. Easy access to beach and local sites. Clean, great for large family. Manager lives on property so was not bothered by too much noise from close neighbors being a stand alone duplex. Only drawback was parking in driveway for just 2 cars. Our third vehicle had to find parking on street but got lucky to find a spot close by. Not a new property but had everything we needed.

Very best feature is proximity to beach. Easy access! This upstairs unit was comfortable for our group of 8. The beds could us mattress toppers to increase comfort, but generally the whole place was satisfactory.

We had a fun weekend with our kids and their friends. We comfortably slept ten. I would consider it a good value for the space. While it is lacked some on site amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the Holiday Inn pool, but we’re given the option. There is not a true master bedroom with its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms worked well enough for our group. If you want to be close to some action near Clayton’s, this is a short walk and a good location. The friendly owner lives beneath the unit. There’s parking for two vehicles, but it can be a challenge depending on the weekend to place more vehicles nearby.

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach, Clayton's Beach Bar, and a gift shop next door. Home was very clean and large enough for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

We are a big family of 11. 5 kids under the age of 5 and 6 adults. The location is amazing. Very quiet section. You can see the beach from the balcony, and it only takes about 100 steps to reach it.
Fireworks from Clayton's can be sent from the front deck or even in the yard if you have kids that are energetic like ours. The owner does live below but so sweet and can help quickly if anything comes up. Inside the house had all we needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only thing I would change would be to add tvs to the other two bedrooms, so the kids can relax in bed with tv time rather than all piled up on the couch. Also my kids loved the pool. Right out the back door and a few steps you have access to a huge pool and hot tub.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was our second time renting again Was very pleased and happy with the rental location is A+ Very close to the beach (can see the beach from front balcony literally 2 minutes walking)Rental had everything needed (utensils, silverware, pots ,pans, washer and dryer)Have access to pool which is located at the Holiday inn right in back of rental only need to check in at front desk and they will provide the wrist bands which are good for the entire stay.Rental home was very clean and everything in working condition my family and I once again had a really great time and very pleased we will be coming back again!!!

Property was in a great location - easy to get to beach and pool - stayed June 18 -25, 2022
We had six adults on the trip and there was plenty of room for us. Melissa was there to greet us when we arrived. She had great suggestions of things to do, places to eat, the town to go to if you want to cross over into Mexico for a day.
We did have an issue with the AC keeping up during the day, but Melissa was very responsive and had it fixed quickly.
Would highly recommend.

Great spot on South Padre Island
This is a lovely property in a perfect location. Walking distance to nearby interesting things to do, including bird and nature sanctuary and turtle hospital, displays, and lectures. The beach is a block away and wonderful. It is located toward the north end of the developed part of the island, so quiet and beautiful.

Love the fact you don’t have to go to a different location to check in. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The condo was exactly as advertised. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook. Wonderful
This property was perfect for our stay. It was exceptionally clean, creatively decorated, and close to the beach. We loved being at the North end of the island where it is quiet and close to the beach. We walked to the beach, Sea Turtle Inc, the nature and birding center, and shopping. Melissa was delightful, informative, and available. We absolutely loved our vacation to South Padre Island!

Location to beach was great. Unit had everything we needed as the AC at night was cold! Use of Holiday Inn next door was really handy. We will definitely stay here again!

Not what I expected
I felt deceived because of the pictures online and what I actually saw it made it look bigger and more spacious than it really was I wouldn’t put more than six people in there. The outside of the place looked old and not very well-kept up and the yard wasn’t mowed and kept up nice but the location was good and the access to the pool at the holiday inn was nice but my first reaction when we pulled up to it was is this really it? The beds were hard and all of us woke up with back/neck hurting. I slept last night on the couch so I can actually get a decent nights sleep in for $2000 I should be able to lay down on the bed that I paid for and get a decent sleep, so I would suggest getting mattress toppers to soften it up a bit so people can actually sleep good.
