We stayed for 3 nights as we were taking in some spring training games. The kids loved the pool and it was great having so much room for everyone, as there were 3 adults and 4 children.

Super for the family. The kids lived in the pool and the house is very livable. Super location for Peoria Sports Complex. Plus, Badii was super to work with.

Our family's first visit to Spring Training was such a success, thanks to our stay in Badii's property. Lots of space for everyone and great backyard space with a gated pool. Lovely neighborhood. Easy access to Peoria Sports Complex (Mariners and Padres), restaurants, hiking areas, entertainment and stores. Playground and walking paths are close by.
Badii responded quickly to every text or email.

all went well, house big enough for the 10 of us-
kids were in pool for hours each day-back patio was really large

The layout and accomodations were perfect for our family reunion. Location is great. Had everything we needed. The pool was a pleasant bonus and the outdoor space was very well done to take advantage of the beautiful weather.

Loved the house
It was very spacious and able to accommodate our family of eleven. It was nicely decorated and very clean. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store. We loved the pool and waterfall, backyard had plenty of room for everyone. This was our second time staying in the house. Badii was a great host and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Baseball trip
Check in was easy. House was clean. Had a small problem adjusting the air conditioning but the owner was quick to reply and help adjust as we had 4 teenagers who spent all day at the ball field in the heat and wanted the house cooler. Everyone enjoyed the pool, temperature was perfect.

Perfect place for relaxation and family time
Perfect home for relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun. Plenty of room for our family gathering. Especially enjoyed grilling on the patio, listening to the waterfall and looking up at the stars. Home is stocked with everything a family might need. Owner is easily contacted with great response time. Our family highly recommends this home!!

Home away from home.
Several family members came to Arizona from other states for a family wedding. This home was perfect for family time together with a wonderful kitchen/family room and gorgeous outdoor backyard area. The bedrooms were spacious as well. This house is located in a nice neighborhood with many shops, restaurants and outdoor activities nearby. Our host responded immediately to any questions I had. We loved our time together in this house.

2019 National Champion at Surprise AZ
7 of us stayed at this house and we played in Surprise and won the 2019 3.5 USTA womens title. The house was large, but we had to keep asking Alexa to turn down the air. Now we played a lot of tennis, so we needed to say cool indoors. With 7 women staying at the house, it was great having 3 bathrooms (but could have used more than one blowdryer). All in all, it was a great house. The owner was extremely responsive.

Good location, safe neighborhood. Home is clean and decorated nicely. Bedrooms are a good size and accommodate our family of eleven very well. Host was easy to work with and prompt in taking care of the issue we had. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Very nice comfrotable family home
My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. The house is located in a very quite and safe neighborhood. The house was clean and it met all my needs. I stayed in the property with my family and I have very picky family members but none of them had any thing bad to say about the house. The property owner is also super responsive. If you are travelling with a big group and want a comfortable and safe place to lodge, I will say this is property will be your best bet.

Great home
We had a group of 9 stay here for 5 days and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Home was very welcoming and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful. The yard with the pool was amazing. The owner (Badii) was great to work with and responded quickly with any question or request we had. Very close to restaurants and grocery store so you can stock up for your vacation which we did. Highly recommend staying here for your vacation.

Good location - lots of space to spread out!
We really enjoyed our stay-if you're looking for a great pool/outdoor area this might just be the place for you! Great location although a bit of a drive to our games (at Surprise Stadium) - would be a Mariner fan dream house! For folks with kids (which we had) the pool area is nicely fenced off so unless an adult gave them access we didn't have to worry. On the kid front, we found the kitchen to be without any kid dishes/cups (everything was potentially breakable). Bring your own: laundry pods, shampoo, bar soap, shower gel and napkins as they aren't provided. The entire house could use some TLC (paint!) but all in all it met our needs. The owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were doing well.
