As with our previous stay, everything at the property was clean, in order and tidy.

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place. We couldn't get over the location and how beautiful the place was and it was perfect for the 6 of us who were staying to attend a wedding nearby. I will definitely look at booking this place again in the future!

What a great spot! This home was just perfect for our family holiday. A very short walk to the beautiful beach which was great for morning walks and afternoon sunsets, and there's a playground nearby for families with younger kids. A great plus for this property was having all bedding and towels provided. Check-in/out was easy. Easy drive to Aldinga Beach and Silver Sands as well as close to McLaren Vale winery region. We would recommend this home and would stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Cold cold stay
Sadly our accommodation was lacking in heating downstairs - even electric blankets would have helped- floor so cold - no light bulb in bedside table empty soap dispenser left in downstairs bathroom - 7 people staying in house lack of floor mats and towels

One short fall but otherwise was great
Everything was great except the floors had dog fur all over them which for a property that doesn’t allow pets was disappointing. Definitely needed a good vacuum.

Comfortable property with everything we needed, perfect location for Maslin beach access. Easy checkin and out. Owner was prompt with communication. Note no groceries/cafes nearby, but Aldinga is a quick drive.

Maslins Beach is a great holiday destination with a beautiful beach.
The property was well presented and modern and the location is perfect. Accommodates 8 adults comfortably. The property owner was accommodating and understanding. This was our 5th time and hoping for many more.

The property looked like it has seen better days. Towels weren’t provided at check in, we have to ask the owner if they had forgotten to leave out some towels for us. The washing machine started to leak when we were using it, resulting in a big mess in the laundry room and toilet. The second floor living area was much nicer however the cleaners could have done a better job, stains on the table runners, dishes left in the dishwasher and towels that need replacing. The property is walking distance to Maslin Beach and a playground which the children enjoyed.

Fantastic house in a lovely region.
We love Maslins beach and the Mclarenvale area. The house is comfortable and roomy for 6 adults and walking distance to the beach. We loved the Chooks winery tour to show us the wineries. Lots of beaches and places to visit

Perfect beachside property
4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 little ones - it was a big ask but the house was great. It had all the amenities, stayed cool on the hottest nights of an Adelaide summer and was close to the beach and wineries.

Beautiful, clean, great layout, close to the beach
Loved the set up of this house, a living area downstairs, as well as upstairs, an enclosed backyard, and bedrooms downstairs meant the kids were entertained and out of our way at times. Big kitchen and upstairs living, the ability to sit outside on the balcony or downstairs in the yard, bbq in both places is convenient. Very close to the beach, clean and tidy, and everything we needed for our stay.

Great for 2 families
2 living areas, bathrooms on both levels and set of bunk beds made this the perfect spot for our 2 families to spent the weekend. We also loved the outdoor shower, the excellent a/c and proximity to the beach. And all those fabulous extra touches like milk for a cup of tea!

Great house - perfect location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. Vicki was great to deal with & very accommodating with our requests. We traveled to Adelaide for a wedding in the McLaren Vale & loved the proximity to the beach.

Great house, beautiful location!
Our stay at Bella Vista was perfect. Even though we were predominately in Adelaide for the cricket, it was a lovely place to get away to and such a treat to take a short walk each morning to such a beautiful, pristine beach. The house is terrific, spacious and modern with great cooking and bbq facilities, comfy lounges and gorgeous spa bath. I found the owner, Vicky, lovely to deal with - she always got back to me and was so helpful in all our conversations. Highly recommend this as a great summer getaway.

My stay at Bella Vista was extremely comfortable and spacious. The facilities were all in working order and the addition of wifi was a welcome bonus. The walk to the beach was very short but there were lots of places to go for a walk which I thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved our stay at "Bella Vista", the house was really well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, the short stroll to the magnificent unspoilt beach was fantastic, as well as the short drive to the wineries in McLaren Vale, I would definitely recommend it to anyone, Dealing with Vicky was a smooth easy process.. Beautiful Property Close to Beach
We have just come back from a beautiful weekend away at the Bella Vista Beach House. We were in the area for a wedding and our group had either come from interstate or overseas. The amount of space and how well equipped the place was, were nice surprises. While the view of the ocean was minimal, it was barely a walk to the beach - so proximity was fantastic! It would be a great place to stay with kids too, as there are bunk beds. The only negative was the communication about bond and deposit, as mentioned by someone else previously in the reviews. I had assumed the words 'bond deposit' on the stayz website were one and the same, so I didn't realise I needed to pay a 50% deposit (I thought this was $300), in addition to a $300 bond. This was sorted out fine at the end and Vicky was very accomodating but I just feel that maybe the terms on the stayz page could be communicated better, so you could see it was clearly two different amounts. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay there again and recommend the house to others.

Good Location
The location suited us for a family wedding in McLaren Vale. Access to Maslin Beach was a bonus! Only a glimpse of sea views from the balcony & the old outdoors setting was too big for the space. Had to rearrange furniture to access balcony. Dirty outdoor blinds & BBQ. If you are the lucky couple to get the upstairs bedroom & bathroom you won't have any complaints. However the downstairs rooms are very basic, but the bedding was good (although had to pay extra for linen etc!) & the beds were clean & comfy. We were getting ready for a wedding but could not find a full length mirror anywhere. Communication with Vicki was difficult. Not happy at all being expected to take out the wheelie bins! Or being told I hadn't paid the full bond when I had. Wedding & reception at the Currant Shed was absolutely fabulous!

Nice place, very poorly cleaned. Great location, furnished well, love how they keep stuff from past clients their so not all supplies are required. Nice and quiet. Easy to get to from city and airport. Vicki nice to talk to, yet process of paying and bonds, a bit sloppy.

Most enjoyable break.
Property was great and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony talking and watching the world pass by. Location is excellent, close to a beautiful beach and within easy reach of the area south of Adelaide. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place
Booked this apartment for 3 nights as we had a wedding to go to 15mins away at Willunga and travelled 7 hours from Victoria to get there. We were very impressed with Bella Vista when we saw inside for real ie it was larger than we expected and had everything you could possibly need. The apartment photos are not professionally done so they are exactly true to form. It looks as lovely in real life. It has top quality appliances including washing machine and dryer and is very clean and neat. Couches are really comfortable and there is nice big dining table to seat everyone.
The apartment is a few hundred metres to the most beautiful, clean and almost deserted beach. There is a supermarket and small shopping centre only about 1km away. Communication with the owners was fantastic and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
We loved the area and would love to go back for a proper holiday just staying at the apartment and enjoying the beach/surrounds.
