Godetevi una bella serata tranquilla a piedi una breve distanza a grandi ristorante / bar e gelateria / popcorn / negozi di caramelle nel centro di Valparaiso. O prendere un gioco alla Università di Valparaiso ARC e tornare e rilassarsi! 3 camere da letto completamente arredato casa, con patio esterno e grill, grande cortile con pozzo del fuoco, con un ampio parcheggio. Internet WiFi, e diversi televisori rendono rilassante qui facile. Animali cantiere amichevole. Portate tutta la famiglia! Andando a South Bend IN? O Chicago? Rimani qui! Siamo a un'ora di distanza da tutto il traffico!

Very nice property. Our only complaint were the single beds. Very noisy and uncomfortable.

The house was great for our family! Loved the location next to the park and enjoyed the yard! Very clean and welcoming.

We loved the great location with the park across the street and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance! The house was very spacious with a great basement living area and lots of games! The outdoor living space and HUGE fenced in yard was a big hit for our group! We also enjoyed all the amenities for our two toddlers-strollers, high chair, toys, etc…
Host was very communicative and even left a delicious bread for us 😋

My best friend and I set up shop with our games and had a weekend of moseying around downtown and playing games like we had years ago. The house was as advertised and we were able to walk everywhere. Julie, the host, was very accommodating and kind.

This was the perfect home for us while we were in town for our son’s commencement weekend at Valparaiso University! It was about a ten minute walk to the ARC, and it was really nice to be so close to campus—he and his friends could easily stop in between events and have dinner with us. There were lots of games in the basement closet for guests, as well. Our host, Julie, was wonderful and left us a sweet treat and a note of congratulations, too. So very thoughtful. All around a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family gathering in preparation for a wedding. It had everything we needed and is walking distance to the college and downtown area. Julie is an excellent host and great communicator. The house was comfy and clean and has a large backyard. We really enjoyed our visit

Our stay was very nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor patio space which made it nice to entertain family while we were in town. Julie brought us a homemade spice bread the day we arrived, was very good. Would definitely stay there again!

Had everything we needed and then some.
The house has everything you need for a stay and is clean, well-lit and well cared for. Communication was very good and I definitely recommend this property, especially if you need to do something on campus at Valpo. The walk to campus was very convenient for us.

Great property in an awesome location! We were able to walk to Valpo City center and enjoy the amazing restaurants. Julie is so responsive, could not have been a smoother experience because of our incredible host!

This is a very well kept place. Perfect for pets although we don’t have one. There are many beds and the rooms are very clean. There is a large fenced in backyard for a dog run and a nice outdoor patio area. Make sure you bring an hdmi cable or the like if you want to use the televisions, they aren’t smart TVs. But we loved this place

My friends and I stayed here for homecoming. It was within easy walking distance of the campus. There was plenty of room upstairs and a huge basement downstairs. We enjoyed the outdoor space especially the covered patio area when it was raining. Julie was easy to work with. We would definitely rent from her again.

We stayed here for our high school reunion. Great safe location, just 2 blocks from downtown Valpo which has great restaurants and boutiques. The house was very clean and Julie is a great communicator. There is plenty of space inside and outside.

We had plenty of space and we slept so much better than if we were in a hotel. Julie was kind and very nice to work with and the house was very convenient to where we needed to be. We had a wonderful stay at Annie’s, the house was very clean and had everything we could need for our trip. We loved the water pressure and reverse osmosis water. It was so convenient to walk to downtown valpo and the kids loved the park right next door. Julie was a fantastic host and very helpful. Definitely recommend it!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Annie's Place. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Julie was a pleasure to communicate with and was quick to respond to messages.
