Bed mattress was not good need upgrading had hard time sleeping . Bathroom was little small and tight . Over all great and friendly workers

Great place to stay close to our destination. Wish there was a comfortable in the room for reading, otherwise the accommodations met our needs.

The front desk employee (only staff we encountered) was kind and I have 0 complaints. The property in general looks forgotten and neglected. It's quite sad because it seems to be in a good location with quite a few food options nearby and right off the highway. As a family with young kids, we prioritize pools and food nearby- not necessarily breakfast. The food options were sad and probably not necessary (packaged goods like honey buns or crunchy granola bars). The room was doing it's best, but it was sad and dingy. The pool area was probably the worst area in the hotel :( However, the pool water looked clean and smelled like chemicals so I felt okay to let my kids swim. This area was our halfway point on a road trip, so on the way back home we stayed at another hotel.

The room was clean and nice. The overstuffed chair in the room had seen better days, the arms were threadbare. There was really not much of a breakfast at all. Oatmeal packets but no milk to put on it, nothing but packaged rolls and bars. Only fruit was oranges. Don't really call that a breakfast. The regular coffee was empty and no one came to replace it while we were there.

This hotel needs some serious attention. The room was rundown, dirty, and host to lots of broken furniture and fixtures. I have an email out to Wyndham right now to put some attention into this hotel.

Staff was wonderful. An older hotel which is why it was more affordable. Breakfast options were oatmeal, yogurt, fruit juice and honeybuns. No milk.

Not a luxury hotel but clean, comfortable beds and a quiet night.

Physical location was fine. 3-4 fast food restaurants within walking distance.

A bit run down hotel, I wish that for $170 range one would get a breakfast with something warm. Anything. It was only stale cinnamon buns in plastic and coffee with cereal. Hotel itself is ok, but a bit tired.

The front desk person was very nice and knowledgable about the area.

I liked the king sized bed and enough room to fit a pack n play for my daughter.

The front office girl and i apologize for not getting name was so nice and helpful. I just felt parking area had some very sketchy people hanging out. A guy was sleeping in car then going in and out of lobby

Dingy, beds not comfortable, no elevator

Stayed in room 107 a little noisy from people walking upstairs. Toilet was super loose and super short. The shower spout needs changed because when shower turned on water still domes out the spout. The drywall patching in the room was atrocious. I would say you have some serious maintenance issues.

The front gal was super sweet. She remembered me from staying there quite a few years ago, and gave me a nice room with a hot tub.

Working a job near to this location.

1st room they sent me to smelled like a sewer. 2nd room, hvac was not working correctly. Even when set to 88 deg, room was c freezing cold. Breakfast was just yogurt and honey buns

The lady who checked us in was so very nice and helpful at checking and checkout.

Found what I thought was a bedbug in the room. I took pictures and called the front desk. The lady said that it was not a bedbug. It was just a beetle. The rest of the room looked clean. There Was no sign of bedbugs. I sent the picture to Orkin pest control on their website, and they confirm that it was indeed and an engouged (had recent fed) bedbug. The property was nice especially for the price but not worth bringing home a $2000 plus pest issue.

My wife has some handicap issues which don't always need a handicap room, so I had not requested one. The lower seat toilet and high edge of the tub were difficult for her. The front desk staff was wonderful when I spoke to them the next morning and helped us switch to a handicap room which was perfect. During any future renovation I hope you'll consider a handicap height toilet seat in any room renovated

Checkin was fast. Room was clean. Only 3 pillows on King bed. Needed a couple extra pillows, dropped off 1. Bed was a bit too hard.

Nothing really to complain about. Staff was very nice, rooms were good size and clean. Hotel isnshowing its age a little bit (plastic tubs that are somewhat slippery and wobbly, furniture in the room was peeling its veneers, etc.), but still, for the price you pay, this was definitly worth every penny.

Decent place to stay, friendly staff, good value.
