We really enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate. It is well designed and decorated. The host is very kind, including some snacks and creamer for coffee. The location is ideal to Main Street and the Island Queen. Thank you for offering such a great property!

Very nice! Had everything you could possibly need! Very homey feeling. Loved the place! Located centrally in the middle of town, close to the shops.

Clean and well organized house. Had golf outing with family & friends. Walk to center location was handy. Yard was clean and well kept.

The house was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, space, etc. Also, perfect location to walk downtown Falmouth. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and the kids e joyed the welcome snacks they left. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bedrooms were big enough to offer flexibility with sleeping arrangements (we easily set up both a blow up toddler mattress and pack & play for our little ones). My toddler was thrilled with the play room toy selection, and there were two high chairs. This was definitely a family friendly house and we hope to return in the future!

Roberta was great to deal with- she outlined everything we needed to know about staying at her property and was quick to respond to any questions. She notified us before we even arrived that there were some problems with the wifi so she had ordered a new router and it was there waiting for us when we arrived! She had plenty of bottled water in the fridge and a goody bag full of snacks which was very nice! The house itself is beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is a nice open floorplan which allowed the family to gather in the same area while I prepared our Thanksgiving meal. The house is in a nice area and is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

This home is very spacious & welcoming. It has everything you need & check-in was easy. Roberta was very responsive & had water, snacks, even 1/2 & 1/2 for us in the fridge! We all (4 women) slept great. The home is tastefully decorated & had plenty of gathering areas. Thank you again Roberta!

Roberta’s home is AMAZINGLY clean. We spilled water and when wiped the paper towel was clean.. my floors have never been that clean. She was very responsive & there was a cot in every room for a toddler or extra person to sleep, my toddler slept next to me on the floor happily! There was also 2 pack and play , which we used one for my infant and it worked fantastic (she slept in the master bath as a mini room off ours!). Roberta left goodies and plenty of towels and pillows/sheets for all. We weren’t needing for anything. There was even beach toys and chairs for the beach! My one want with babies and toddlers is a lock on the top of the basement door or a childproof handle option available as we were nervous my toddler would open door and fall while we were asleep, otherwise we had a blast and he LOVED the playroom with toys and toddler table! Will be back!!! Thanks Roberta!

We made a last minute trip out to see ailing extended family members and this place was perfect. 1st Floor MB worked out great for my Mother-in-Law while my wife and one of our adult kids were upstairs. Multiple rooms for visiting in between trips out while I was able to work remotely in other locations in the house. Easy walk to main street for dinner/shopping although we often drove with my Mother-in-Law. Falmouth as a whole was a great place to visit off season with little to no wait at restaurants and parking available. Not sure what the experience would be like during peak season

Beautiful house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday week. We have never been to Falmouth being from the West coast. We loved the proximity of the house to the quaint Falmouth town and the great beaches. You can walk everywhere including the marina to sail or catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Definitely would return.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home. Great communication with owner. Convenient location. Only problem was cleaners were still cleaning at check in time.

The house was beyond beautiful and perfect for a family with lots of toys and games. Found hair in multiple beds- the host was quick to communicate apologizes but made us find a new place so she could come and clean it herself. Appreciated but very stressful to find a new place with such short notice.

This was my third time renting this spectacular place. It is beautiful, immaculate, spacious, close to everything. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit with circular benches in the back yard. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything you need is provided for your stay and Roberta is a pleasure to deal with Highly recommend!!

Home had everything we needed and was completely clean and ready for us.
