We had a wonderful vacation in Mike’s lovely home. The house is spacious and comfortable. Lots of towels and amenities, and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, pots, pans, etc. My kids loved the pool and zip line! The location was also perfect for our family - it’s a quiet, pretty street with easy driving access to downtown, local sights, and the mountains. We will be back!

We loved our space in all rooms: kitchen, living rooms and bedrooms. Half moon driveway affords ample parking. Family and friends can entertain themselves with the pool and the hot tub. Thank you so much for for allowing us to be your guests. Mike was exceptional for fast correspondence and assisting us for our arrival time.

The pool and neighborhood are great !! Mike is very helpful . We were so sad to hear when we left that we caused two accidental damages . We never saw anything . We have rented from Mike before and never had an issues .

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. The home and yard are enormous and comfortable. Our family of ten (2 seniors, 4 adults, 4 children ages 3-12) had ample space to ourselves and to spend time together in the living rooms. Mike was kind and easy to communicate with. We loved it!

Our group of 9 including a almost 2 year old had a wonderful week here!! So thankful for the toys left at the property. Especially the Tiger...We had plenty of room to stay together or spread out. The home is beautiful and well stocked with essentials. Within reasonable driving distance to anything and everything! Mike made everything easy during the rental process and during our stay. Wonderful vacation home with a fantastic host!!

The home was very spacious, providing plenty of room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed it very much! Our only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. The pool had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and while maintenance workers came mid-week, they did not vacuum, and simply applied some chemicals. The hot tub also had a lot of sediment in it, and was not useable by mid-week.

This was a great vacation house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, it was very spacious. It is only minutes from food and shopping.

The location of the property is easy and convenient for 1-25. I would probably have more twin beds rather than queen, but a good house layout for large groups.

Our family gathered here for a reunion, and it was fantastic. The home was just as advertised. We had plenty of room and the house was stocked well. The only items that may need some attentions are: The dishwasher did not seem to clean very well even after rinsing the dishes, and the not all the jets on the hot tub worked. But overall, we had a great time in this wonderful home. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We had the best time Mike and his crew were very responsive, helping us with lighting the pilot light, and turning on the hot tub. We would definitely be back!!

A great property for a family reunion of several family groupings and different ages. Pool is an asset; clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Owner responsive to any problems.

The pool was great, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. Then after dark the theatre room was the bomb. The sound in this room was very nice. The bedrooms were very nice and roomy.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. We loved the location. The neighborhood was beautiful and people were friendly! Definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Communications with Mike were straightforward. The large house is very well equipped and in a lovely neighborhood with essential stores like Starbucks :) close by. The yard is extensive and provided endless fascination for our pup as he hustled around sniffing evidence of rabbits, nightly visitors apparently. House rules are very reasonable. We appreciated the all the basic cooking supplies and left some items for future guests. The availability of a 2-car garage was great. It is houses like this and hosts like Mike that encourage us to use VRBO.

The location of this property was fabulous, and it was a very nice and safe neighborhood. A few things that could make this a 5 star property: I had trouble getting into the front door, I did arrive late (8pm local time), but didn't get into the property until 2 hours later. The floors were dirty upon arrival, I had to vacuum. For a property that can sleep 12 with a 7 night minimum, there were only a few extra rolls of Toilet Paper, I had to buy more on my own. There were no cleaning/disinfectant supplies for countertops or bathrooms. The bathroom rugs were either nonexistent or very stained/dirty. There weren't enough hand towels or washcloths for each bathroom. The dishwasher pods didn't dissolve when the dishwasher was run - we had to open and empty the pods into the soap dispenser in order to clean the dishes.

We live in Summit County but my mom lives in Seattle and does not handle the altitude well. So we decided to get a rental in Denver. Mike was very responsive when we needed anything - even though I called asking for the door code not realizing he has sent it that morning AND was entering the incorrect WiFi password only for his maintenance tech to come by and bring that to my attention. He was patient and kind and easily could have been irritated with me. The house was very comfortable. We had looked for over a week for the right place that would be in a nice location and accommodate the 5 of us. This was it! The yard (s) we’re beautiful and the house was especially spacious for 4 adults and our baby girl. A couple of bonus’s were the rocking chair and high chair that were in the rental, as well as the bath tub with jets in the master. We hope to return in the summer when the pool is open. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Mike!

The property was great! The house has a nice layout and comfortable seating and bedrooms for multiple adults. My grandchildren 5 & 8 visited and loved the back yard. The pool had been closed for the winter on Oct 1, so we weren't able to use it, but the hot tub was still available. You have to sign a "lease" and give name, address and phone number of every guest staying, and you will have to pay for pro rated utilities (I don't know exactly how they do it, and I am sure the owner will let me know what that bill was - but we just checked out today). Overall, I would definitely stay again. It was a great experience.

This property worked well for our family with 3 grand children and 7 Adults. The pool and hit tub was relaxing and the center of our entertainment. The layout worked well for all of us. The down stairs entertainment center with Bedrooms worked for the small ones. The kitchen has a good workable layout. Only critisum was no recycling. We had a lot of recyclables... Somewhat depressing.

The location was excellent and easy to get to. The house was laid out very nicely and ideal for our group. The pool was wonderful and was in good condition and kept clean. However, the owner needs to update much of the Kitchen utensils, especially the pots and pans which were in horrible shape.

The house has space for tons of people, has everything you need for a relaxing time, with a pool, hot tub, five bathrooms and five bedrooms. Would be a great house for a couple of families. Neighborhood is a quiet, upscale area south of Denver.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Colorado for our first trip out that way. The house was very spacious for our needs with a group of seven. I did go to the store to buy frying pans as there were not usable ones…lots of lids but no pans. The owner is great with communication. I appreciated his quick responses to concerns. The house needs some updating and a deep cleaning, but overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again. We loved having the pool to relax around after a day of hiking. Very memorable vacation for my family!

The pool, hot tub and huge yard with play structures lived up to our expectations and we really enjoyed ourselves. I also had a small gathering of friends one night to celebrate my birthday- again the perfect outdoor setting for pandemic times. The only drawbacks were that the property didn't feel like it had been cleaned well after the last tenants even though it reeked of Pinesol- the kitchen floors felt sticky and turned my feet black after walking around after the first hour there. The bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly (rings in the toilets and soap scum in the shower). After checking in on Tuesday, we realized there was no dishwashing detergent or kitchen trash bags and it took until Friday to have them dropped off. But other than that we were pretty pleased and would recommend it.

We rented this house for two months while we had a new house built. This appears to be one of the older and shabbier houses in a generally upscale neighborhood. On a positive note, the house has lots of space and it is on a large lot. Because of the sprawling ranch floor plan, we found that the master bath, because of its distance from the water heater, had virtually no hot water. After the first night, we used another bathroom closer to the water heater to shower. We reported a leak from the dishwasher to the owner, but this did not get repaired during the the two months we were there. The television in the great room was relatively new and worked well. The other two TVs in the house were ancient and for all practical purposes unusable. During our stay, we had a power outage and when we called the owner, his response was "It's been reported" after he checked online. We took it upon ourselves check with neighbors, who still had power, and then called the electric company and found the outage was limited to our house. When the technicians came out, they found a tree branch had caused a short in the line to the house. The yard is fenced, but one day we found that one of the several dogs who lived in the yard of the property behind the rental broke through the fence into our yard. One of our dogs was so frightened she escaped through a hole in the fence at the front of yard. Fortunately, the neighbor dog found its way back through the fence and our dog returned. I did my best to repair the defects in the fences. The owner sent his maintenance man, who showed up with a single screw and did nothing beyond what I had done to secure the fence. Our stay was during the fall/winter and the cover was over the pool. The pool cover was not tight, resulting in water pooling in the sagging cover. This was less than appealing visually, and I can't imagine what might have been growing in that stagnant water. In general, this property needs a deep cleaning and renovation.

Lots of room! Hot tub! Massage chair!! And all the expected amenities. Great location.

Loved the pool and yard. A few inconveniences—master bath blind was split and held together with bag clips and didn’t come down all the way—privacy issue for the bathroom. An infant onesie in the couch cushions—and seemed like a full load with baby blankets and other items in dryer (left by previous renters?). Also a partial dried up pastry on top of the fridge. Didn’t let any of that deter us. The home was perfect for the eight of us and it was a great place to stay. Had a relaxing time!

Perfect place for a large group. Something for every age group. The pool is beautiful. There is a large back yard for play time. Accessible to all of the sites in the Denver area. Property owners are very responsive and helpful. I have been renting vacation homes for a long time and this home is on the top of the list.
