I was concerned about staying here after booking (and then later reading reviews). I found Woodspring Suites quite excellent for the price. It was very clean and quiet and I will definitely return when I have jobs in Denver. Front desk guy a little snarky when I asked about Wi-Fi and did not hear what he said and he got impatient. I am sure he had a long day and I can definitely look past this. I really have nothing as negative as I have read. Clean, quiet, great A/C, all I need for a good night's sleep.

Gives vouchers to homeless people. There were a few at this place. And one was kicked out. If you're staying in denver, make sure that the hotel does not take vouchers for homeless people.

Super clean and so calm

This is NOT a vacation spot. People live here month to month and they rent empty rooms in between monthly renters. I didn’t even have toilet paper!

Our room was bare. No sheets or towels or shower curtain. No soap to wash our hands. The beds were in the middle of the room not attached to the walls. The staff complained that she had worked several days with no days off and no managers can be found and several housekeeping staff had quit. We went tour room. Turned around and left. I’m still waiting for Travelocity to give me my promised refund.

Extremely nice and helpful employees. Room was clean and great entry exit options - It is however and extended stay so there are some questionable folk around but overall very nice people. Great for the price - and again- clean and helpful employees.

Some of the staff seem to be trying very hard but others not so much. Four nights, I never received a blanket, trash not emptied. Too pet friendly, smelled dog merde on several occasions.

I got my hotel off Hotels.com, but when I got there, they told me my reservation was cancelled by Expedia. The person at Expedia showed me that that was NOT the case, indicating to me that the hotel itself cancelled my reservation without letting me know. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested in helping me look into why this might be, and frankly, because I showed up with my partner (we are queer), and they gave us disgusted looks and disinterest in helping us, our experience felt discriminatory and demeaning. Don't book, save yourself the time.

My recent stays at four different WoodSprings locations were generally positive until I encountered significant issues at the south Denver/Littleton branch. Upon arrival, I faced rude and unhelpful service from Holly, who demanded an extra $200 for a room that I had already reserved through Expedia, with a date mix-up due to payment processing timing. Despite returning the next day for my reservation, I was given a room that reeked of rotting meat. Discovering a bag of decomposing food in the room, I reported the issue to another staff member, who uncovered multiple unallocated rooms, suggesting Holly was mismanaging bookings. Although I eventually received a cleaner room, it too had cleanliness issues, prompting me to request fresh linen. Despite management's unresponsiveness, the front desk staff accommodated my request. Holly's incompetence and questionable practices have marred my experience, leading me to vow never to return and to consider sharing my ordeal online. I hope for the intervention of higher management to address these issues promptly.

Very Nice overall.. Very professional staff, clean rooms, Great Breakfast, Very helpful Front desk. Great value Clear across the board!! Beds were a little soft, But Would Still highly recommend to friends and family.

Staff was mostly fine to me, but was rude to my two friends staying in the room who were persons of color. They were also generally stingy. They argued about giving us more than 2 towels, they originally only gave us 1 key (until I, the white guy, went and asked for them), etc. We were given one tiny shampoo and 1 tiny soap. We actually had to go buy body wash from the drug store. Also, the entire hallway smelled like fish 2 of the 3 days we were there. Thankfully it didn't waft into our room. It was also very loud. We could hear footsteps on our ceiling non-stop. Also, the toilet paper holder was missing, so the roll had to just sit on the bathroom counter. Overall it was a negative experience. It wasn't terrible in any specific way, so I would stay here again if I had no other options, but I'd definitely prefer to stay somewhere else.

Cheap and convenient.

Lots of Highway noise , cheap pillows Sandpaper towels. Bed was so so soft. Front desk personnel was very nice. You have to throw your own Garbage away In The dumpster! That’s a new one on me. Or Woodspring charges you 50 bucks For taking your garbage out. Very weird , felt like I had to vacuum and make the bed LOL

Had to book last minute due to inclement weather and being unable to drive back to springs, the front desk associate was very friendly and respectful. Room was very clean and comfortable, no homeless people in the area and parking lot was nice, and the area seemed pretty safe.

Room had dirty floors and bed linen with lots of long hairs. TV remote didn't work. Kitchen Faucet broken. Microwave plate missing ring. A/C noisy and grill broken. Bathroom exhaust fan not working. No toiletries. Filthy room and everywhere outside including garbage bags. No coffee maker, water bottles, hair dryer. Receptionist didn't acknowledge reservation made thru Expedia. Whole experience was stressing and embarrassing. I was hard to process places like this exist in Denver.

The room was ok they didn't stock it, Just towels soap only had coffee no other like hot chocolate only at 6 am price was reasonable

Amazing staff, treated very well, wasn't noisy, the room was clean and had a full fridge, stove and microwave. Great place to stay and at an amazing price. No complainants

We DO NOT recommend staying at this location. It is almost fully long-term stay with kids and animals running around & paper-thin walls. The worst part was the staff which were completely useless in resolving an issue where we were charged $50 instead of the listed $25 pet fee. The front desk worker got immediately defensive and quickly escalated into yelling at us in front of their other customers. Extremely unprofessional, I’ve never experienced anything like it.

It was very hard to get a good nights sleep dogs barking people slamming doors it was 1:30 am before it finally got quiet. But on the up side was very clean and the people at the desk were very friendly

Rooms are clean, tidy, and everything is laid out in an orderly manner. The fridge, microwave, bathroom, etc are clearly well maintained. The only thing I have to critique is the lack of proximity to transit, but that is in no fault of the hotel/staff. All around good stay.

The poor woman working at the front was overworked. It was just her and she was trying to check in a steady line of people, plus people needed help. She was doing great, but they obviously needed two staff. The rooms don’t have anything—no hair dryers, no cups, no forks. Not like an extended stay where they provide some basics. They cleaned two rooms above us at 9:45/10:00 at night. I had a kid that couldn’t sleep—dragging furniture, vacuuming—the building is very poorly insulated. The people checked in at midnight—woke us both us. More dragging of furniture. The people next to us got up at 5:00, again—the noise was like they are in our room.

I'm moving to Denver and had arrived here after a 22 hour road trip. To say I had a trying few days getting here is an understatement. Once I got here, though, my mind was at ease! The people have all been amazing, truly. The building is very clean, and the room was in excellent condition. I've stayed in dozens of hotels all around the country and in Canada; this is one of my favorites. It's not in the city center, which is (honestly) great. You can get to downtown Littleton in about 10 minutes and downtown Denver in 20. 'Definitely a property I would recommend and return to myself.
