Three couples enjoyed a wonderful weekend at number 10. It's a fabulous house, three lovely bedrooms, fully appointed kitchen open plan living room, huge laundry, music room, outdoor area, you couldn't ask for better. But best of all, it was cost and warm! Thank you Alan for making our stay so comfortable and easy. Well be back!

Great house, so well equipped, clean and within walking distance or a short drive to all that you need whilst enjoying Ballarat. Great host also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Impeccable property, very well equipped.
Location to main town area is so convenient.
Typical old world charm of Ballarat heritage style property. Loved it.
Only comment would be off street parking is available only for very small car and on street parking is free but timed to 2hr through day hours. Wasn't a major issue, but parking outside the property could have been better explained.
Otherwise would highly recommend this property.

The house is pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped. It's centrally located - you can walk to anything in the city - but also very quiet.

We were attending the U15 National Lacrosse championship and found the house to be fantastic. Beautiful home, close to lots of food options and not far from the Soccer Arena where the comp was held.
While we were only there at night the home offered a wonderful sanctuary to come home to each night after all the action.

Loved the house, everything you would ever need. Pantry well stock and plenty of crockery and utensils. Enjoyed a BBQ outside. Will return.

Great house for hosting over Christmas. We came from interstate to be with family and friends. The house is super comfortable & felt like a home away from home as opposed to a rental. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented house in the centre of Ballarat
Beautiful old house done up stylish. We were there in freezing conditions, but the house was warm with its central heating. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was so convenient. It is a beautiful, well maintained house with plenty of room. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved our stay.

We were impressed with every aspect of this home. Location, character, convenience, charm, amenities and attention to detail. We couldn't fault the property and will be re-booking. We usually stay in a 5 star property, but this was every bit as comfortable, with more privacy. We would purchase this home if it was for sale. Many thanks.

An absolute delight
Our 3 generation family stayed a wonderful 2 nights. The house is beautiful with ample room for us all. The attention to detail in the furnishings and kitchen fit out is one not often found, and we’ve tried out a few. Location is spot on, around the corner from the main street, supermarkets nearby, and less than 10 minutes to Sovereign Hill. A very quiet street, despite its proximity to everything. So comfortable and relaxing - our kids rated it their favourite place on our road trip. Thank you Alan!

We had a very comfortable stay; albeit too short. Allan was very accommodating. The house is immaculate. We would definitely stay again. And thank you Allan for ensuring my sons teddys got back to us safely !!!!

Beautiful House
Our family of 5 loved this house. Even our 3 boys, age 17, 14 & 10 said Wow! Immaculately clean, spacious with fabulous amenities. And it's in a perfect location, walking distance to central Ballarat. We've already recommended this house to our friends. Overall, a perfect getaway in a perfect location.

Had a wonderful weekend away! The house is beautiful,spacious and functional. High end amenities, comfortable and welcoming living spaces and centrally located. The owner was friendly, helpful and accomodating so we will definitely be back! Many thanks for a restful and relaxing weekend!
