We were in Austin for our daughter’s wedding. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The hosts are amazing! We would love to go back and have a vacation in this house. Highly recommend!!!

Seamless experience - we had a family wedding with so many moving parts but this home base was perfect. So many things we didn’t know we needed were available and accessible - the set up was so nice and comfortable - the swim spa was a huge hit and communications were easy.

The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. The property was perfect, lots of beds, giant hot tub, and beautiful kitchen to cook. Great location and a wonderful neighborhood. There is a little Mexican place down the road to eat that was also a great little gem 10/10

9 of us attended our 50th college reunion at St. Edwards University & the house was located just down the street. Beautiful spacious accommodations with lovely outdoor spaces to relax in. Maria & Joe are responsive gracious hosts. High marks all around!

The host was most gracious. The place is so inviting inside and out. Neighborhood was chill and super quiet. Artwork, outside garden area , just the flow was much appreciated. Lots of useful space as well. Will definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful, great Mexican spot right down the road. Walking distance to SoCo and only 10 minute Uber to downtown! Perfect stay for a larger group. And the hot tub!

The hosts were amazing to work with from lead-up to stay and during stay. They are quick to respond and made us feel welcomed even if it was via email/text.
Everything was fully furnished and the personal touches were great. Instructions were also crystal clear! Cannot thank them enough for creating a space where not only we can rest but also work out of. Such a great find!

Maria & Joe were fabulous hosts. They messaged frequently and offered a ton of information about the local area. They were communicative about the check in process and even responded promptly when I asked a question during our stay.
The house is really beautiful and spacious. We had a large group of family in town for a wedding, 11 people, and everyone fit easily and slept comfortably.
The home was located in a residential area, but also very close to everywhere we needed to be. South Congress street is walking distance which had a ton of great shops and restaurants.
Would definitely stay here again!

This stay was absolutely amazing! The property was beautiful and clean, the sauna and hot tub worked great, and the hosts were very responsive if we needed any help. If you’re staying in Austin, this is the place to do it!

Our overall experience was excellent. The house is spacious and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedroom-bath layouts worked great. Porch, pool, and outdoor areas were as advertised, but 105 degree heat limited use. Owners are very responsive. Universal thumbs-up from all my family. Plus location worked very well.

Maria is the best!
We celebrated a bachelorette party in Maria’s home and I cannot express how amazing our trip was! It was the perfect location to downtown and a quick ride to and from the airport. Maria was nice enough to let us drop out bags off early since we landed prior to check in time. The hot tub and sauna were a perfect touch to our relaxation that we all desperately needed. We had plenty of room for all 12 of us girls to sleep comfortably! Thank you for your hospitality Maria, we will definitely be back for another visit!

Awesome in all regards
Spent five days in Austin with family. This is a great place to stay while visiting Austin. All accommodations were perfect and Grandkids loved the ping pong table and hot tub. Owners were very responsive and great to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group!!

The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating for our large group of florida girls celebrating a bachelorette. The house was spotless and perfect for large groups celebrating life events. An amazing first time Austin experience
What a beautiful and amazing home! We booked this home last minute, after having a horrible experience with a certain BnB, we had to leave. The check-in process went amazingly smooth, the home was spotless and the owners are wonderful people. This home is in a perfect location! From here we visited Austin, Fredericksburg, Bryant, San Antonio and a several other smaller cities that were in close proximity. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful house. Located close by to many restaurants as well as places to go. Toured the capital, bouticantical gardens, nature preserve and other cool things. The house has a great hot tub which was very relaxing after a full day of exploring. You will enjoy!

Fun time in Austin Despite COVID
Great property in a perfect location. Communication with the owner was very helpful and I received quick responses when needed. Some of the rules of the house were quirky (hot tub curfew b/c of neighbors, countertop rules, no sleeping on the futon in the living room?) but didn’t affect the stay at all and probably all have good reasons for them. Very clean and a nice cozy home in Austin. I would personally highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house, great location
Our family met for Christmas in Austin and with four couples and two children, this house was just perfect for time together. We loved the hot tub and also the walk in the nature preserve. For more entertainment we were close to everything in Austin. The owner was wonderful, immediately helping with a couple of minor issues. Many thanks.

Perfect place for a group
We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The house is spacious with plenty of room for a group to gather in the kitchen & living area. Maria is thoughtful, making sure you have all the info you need, and the house is very well appointed with the 'small stuff' people tend to forget, which was very convenient. Great Austin getaway
The property was exactly as pictured online and offered all the amenities needed. Great location, only a short 7-10 min Uber ride to all the main austin bars and restaurants. Owners were easy to communicate with and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Would recommend this property for large groups looking to stay in the Austin area

Great location, Cozy home
I recently got the opportunity to stay at this house and it more than suited the needs of our group. It's conveniently located close to downtown, but with the feel of the suburbs. The hosts were extremely hospitable and offered lots of information about the area. This stay made me want to make my way back to Austin in the near future!
