All was great

Beautiful lobby, awesome pool

A lot of hotels are elimintating ice, water glasses, and coffee makers. I was happy to see the Omni has not. Also the room size was nice.

Whomever designed the bathroom has the shower door turned around, making it difficult to get in and out without tripping over the toilet. The same issue with the mini frig. Could they not find left hinged doors so you can acutally access the frig without having to pull it out of the cabinet. I'm in the design industry so I tend to notice these things. The made knocked on our door at 9:00am to clean the room while I was in the shower. I know there's a sign I can use, but I didn't think they would be there that early. We ate breakfast at Capital A. Our waitress (Juliette) took our order and disappeared. She never brought us our coffee or juice. Meanwhile the table next to us requested a specific waiter that brought them everything we had asked for. Another waiter brought us our food and we had to ask him for our beverages. The restaurant was not that busy and I could see our waitress just standing around. The parking fees are so expensive that it was cheaper for us to Uber everywhere. However, it limited us to staying around the city. As a guest of the hotel, it would be nice if they were not as high and higher than the parking garages in the area.

The people are always so friendly and welcoming! I always leave feeling so much better than I did when I arrived. And they always seem genuinely happy to see us, too!

I love every room and everything. I probably won’t stay in a balcony room though because every noise outside echoes off of the buildings around us and keeps me awake.

after a week still no reaction to my complaint of getting a detailed bill. Never got a taxi when promised and no solution offered by the personnel. A bit unpersonal and poolbar only open on weekends

The staff was very friendly. It's located in the perfect area in the middle of all the action and the food was really good.

The beds are a little hard. They're really firm and for someone that has Arthritis kind of was uncomfortable at points, I wish they had a soft option on their beds other than that. It was okay.

We hosted a women event for our company & stayed at the hotel. Everything was perfect! Very accommodating. Definitely a 100 stars if I could.
