Spectacular lake home with dock and fire pit- room for all - good pets ok-
Assolutamente sorprendente stile moderno con cinque camere da letto, quattro bagni a casa. Seduto su un viale alberato privato su quasi un acro di terra. Il lotto è quasi a livello e presenta oltre 200 piedi di facciata d'acqua e un molo coperto a due piani. Situato nel punto perfetto sul lago. C'è una spiaggia per prendere il sole e nuotare di fronte alla casa. Forniamo un kayak e una barca a remi e paddleboard per il vostro divertimento. C'è sempre acqua qui. Situato su un grande bacino, con area naturale sul lago. Perfetto per tubing e sci proprio di fronte alla casa, ma abbastanza lontano dal lago principale per evitare tonnellate di traffico in barca. Ci sono tre letti king size, un letto queen size, due letti a castello nella camera dei bambini e due divani reclinabili. C'è un portico schermato per cenare all'aperto e un ponte aperto sul retro della casa dove è possibile grigliare e guardare il divertimento che sta accadendo nel lago. Ci sono due master suite, una al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore. Al piano inferiore c'è anche una seconda mini cucina con frigorifero e forno a microonde. Ci sono due zone giorno complete, una al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore. Entrambi hanno caminetti e viste spettacolari sul lago. La cucina è ben fornita e ci sono molti articoli di alta qualità. In cucina c'è abbastanza per cucinare un pasto festivo e avere tutto il necessario. C'è un tavolo da fattoria personalizzato che può ospitare almeno 10. Nella camera familiare al piano di sotto, c'è una Playstation per i bambini e molti videogiochi, oltre a giochi da tavolo, dvd e libri nel caso abbiate una giornata piovosa. La casa è fornita come se vivessimo lì, belle lenzuola, tonnellate di asciugamani ecc. Abbiamo davvero cercato di pensare a tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno per rendere questa la vacanza dei tuoi sogni! Gli ospiti ritornano anno dopo anno. TV da 60 pollici nella camera familiare al piano superiore e divani in pelle reclinabili anche nuove 2 nuove TV nelle camere degli ospiti. Affittiamo da sabato a sabato in estate. Si accettano noleggi a breve termine, ma non fino a quando non si avvicina l'estate. Amiamo così tanto la zona che abbiamo comprato un'altra casa. Si trova sullo stesso lago, sul lato GA, appena fuori dalla I 85, quasi nella stessa casa! - Dai un'occhiata a vrbo 1200172 se questa casa è prenotata.

Property was absolutely great. Really enjoyed kayaks and paddle boards. Dock was excellent to use as we rented a boat for most of our stay. Everything worked. House was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. 2 refrigerators was a plus. A great home!

Beautiful home with an open layout. 2 family rooms were a plus. We loved the table for 10 in the kitchen, lots of supplies for cooking, and new gas grill on deck. Views views views from every room in house. Plenty of bathrooms and 2 master bedrooms were very nice. Even though it was cold in the morning and in the evening, we enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the sunset. Wonderful home.

This was our second stay at this house and it was perfect again. You can’t go wrong when you have a large group and come with multiple boats. It’s an ideal set up and the house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We plan to return again next year!

Incredible house. Very clean. Nice lake front and deck. Family had a great time. Beds were comfortable and all amenities were top rate . Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

It was perfect for us. The location was great too if you want seclusion. Very warm and the fireplace was fantastic. We absolutely appreciate the drawers and cabinets being labeled. Everything was there that would be needed for anything. It was perfect for us! Thank you and we hope to stay again!!!

Great property on beautiful Lake Hartwell, gorgeous sunrise and lake views. Very spacious and comfortable family rooms and bedrooms, well stocked kitchen for hosting family dinners. Dock and firepit available but it was too cold for us to use either. We would definitely rent here again for any Clemson football weekends

The house had everything we needed. Toys for the kids, a row boat, life jackets, fully stocked kitchen, you name it.
This was the perfect house for our family to enjoy fall break and celebrate a birthday. The weather was amazing and we spent each day on the dock fishing or beach area playing. We built a fire in the pit each night and enjoyed marshmallows and roasting hotdogs. It was the perfect Fall get away.

We really enjoyed our stay! House was beautiful and very accommodating for our family. Kitchen was open and was a great space to entertain, the amount of bathrooms made it very easy for our group to get ready and out the door, beds were extremely comfortable. I can’t say anything negative about our stay would look to stay at this house again!

We had a large group and a lot of water toys - 4 boats and a jetski. The dock was perfect, the walk to the dock is one of the better options on Hartwell, and the driveway was nice and large and very accommodating for our multiple trucks and boat trailers without the added difficulty of being steep. The house is perfect for a large group and very well equipped and we had plenty of room for all of our friends and young kids. The kitchen is large with a nice flow, and they did a good job labeling where things go to help you find everything. This house definitely tops our list of rentals and we plan to be back.

We stayed here for our annual Lake Vacay. My brother’s family (6 adults & a 3-yr old) & my family (5 adults & a 16-mo-old). Spacious & complete with everything you need. The best-stocked kitchen ever! Lake views from every room! Quiet, private location. Excellent owner communication. Highly recommend!

This was our second summer on lake Hartwell. 6 adults 5 kids. Very well stocked home and had plenty of space for everyone and lots to do.
We rented a pontoon boat from Clemson Marina for the week and towed the kids around right in front of the house. Be sure to check out Oasis Ranch while there, so awesome!

We had the great pleasure to rent this lovely home for a week. It is located on Lake Hartwell in the deep water with a shoreline that offers plenty of play space for the littles. We are a family of eight adults and two children. This home offers great views of the lake, space for everyone to watch a movie after a long day of play, and a kitchen that brings whole family together. All the furniture is comfortable and clean. This property is complete with two master bedrooms with primary baths, one master on each level. The kitchen is large enough for several hands to prepare meals and appliance selection is amazing. Lake Hartwell water is clean and weed free; there are plenty of coves for kayaking and paddle board tours. The property owner/manager is great with communication and follow up. This was an excellent vacation experience.

Enjoyed our family vacation
The house was perfect for our family. The lake, and the dock is where we spent most of our daytime. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest enjoyed the paddle boards. Children had fun fishing for and catching bluegill from the bridge to the dock. We did some night time fishing too. My son caught a 35 lb. blue catfish off the dock.. We rented a boat for one day and brought it back to the dock. The area in front of the house was perfect for tubing and skiing with very little boat traffic.

The house is very spacious and the hosts have provided more convenience items than I could have ever imagined. We cooked and baked daily and had everything we needed. The dock is nice and there was almost no boat traffic other than during the 7-4 holiday weekend. The kitchen wasn't the only thing well stocked. There were games, life jackets, water toys, outdoor items -- you name it. The furnishings are nice and were very comfortable for our group of 11. Wish we could live there full-time.

The deep water dock was in the perfect location and exceeded all our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer host and more Pleasent stay. We will definitely be planning out next trip soon!!!
