Love the balconyBut construction should have been disclosed. Not only disclosed but units should not be rented during this time. We received credit for weekdays with noise but should not have had to deal with situation. Too loud to stay in unit during days with construction

We traveled with our two year old and 4 month old granddaughters and this condo was equipped with a lot of extras for small children. The location is great for days on the beach and the pool has a shallow area for little ones. Our only surprise was construction on the property , but understand that is the compromise for traveling in the off season. Once we were on the beach we did not hear any construction noise. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was spotless, comfortable, and right on the beach. We loved the balcony for coffee in the mornings, the new soaker tub was great after a day of adventures, and the large pantry and fridge were ideal for our family of four. Each bedroom has a large closet and private bathroom. The view was as great as the pictures. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here!

Condo was very nice. I think you need to stress to cleaning service they are your eyes. They should have a check list and report to you when lights over the dining room table are out, etc. A little more attention to detail needed - hair on the bathroom walls should have been removed when cleaning. Missing stoppers in the drains to collect hair, we had to clean 2 out in order to not be standing in water when washing. Glass needed attention.

Our family has been coming to the Isle of Palms for several years. We’ve stayed in many different places there but none compares to Ocean Club 1410. The condo was wonderful, the view was incredible, the property was well maintained. Everything was awesome. We had plenty of room for our four granddaughters. Look forward to returning next year. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

We had a good first time visit to Wild Dunes. Island Realty made the checkin experience stress free. Ocean Club is a nice location with a great pool area and beach front. We would have liked access to a workout facility but my husband found the recreation center outside of Wild Dunes to fill that need. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we would have liked but no one is in control of this for vacationers. Our Wi-Fi kept going in and out and the router had to be reset each time but technical support was reached and was helpful. I texted twice looking for a T-shirt shop with no response but we found one on our own. Overall, Ocean Club at Wild Dunes served us well and we hope to return in the years to come. His is a great family-friendly location!!!

The condo is very nice, spacious, and beautifully decorated as described. We did find the master bathroom lighting to be very dim, makes shaving and makeup more difficult. We only received I set of towels per person for our stay and when we needed an extra set for an additional child there was a charge. The complex doesn't have adequate parking for the number of units. Several times we were forced to the overflow lot which was a bummer in the rain. However, there was a cargo trailer parked in the main lot for our entire stay. I was also concerned to find that the door code that we used for entry was posted in the unit which indicates that it isn't changed between stays. We left valuables in the room while on the beach and wouldn't have had I known. The unit itself is very nice, with a few issues addressed it would be a 5 star rating.

Everything was great as it was last year. The only suggestion I would have would be better lighting in the bedrooms and guest bathrooms. Lighting in back bathroom was very dim and was hard to put on makeup or to shave. A little brighter lights would be great. Other than that, wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at the rental. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the beach area and very close to the pool (which was a hit with our kids). Very nice condo with upgraded appliances.Nice view of the ocean. Master bedroom is nice but the 2 smaller bedrooms are small and the bathrooms are small too. Brighter lighting is needed in bedrooms. Whole condo could use major cleaning.

Ocean Club is by far our favorite location in Wild Dunes. Close to everything but also not right on top of everything. Terrific and secluded beach location with a great pool as well. We've stayed in multiple properties from multiple companies in Ocean Club and will continue to return. This was our first time in this unit and with Island Properties and they were professional, quick and easy to deal with. Overall the unit was clean, spacious and nice. However, it's time to replace the carpets, the kitchen cabinets and refresh, replenish some of the cooking items that were either missing or past their useful life.

we had a great time. this is our 2nd year at the iop. we hope to come back again next year. we do wish that the pool area was open longer. 9pm is early to close that area. we had baseball games almost every day and could not use the pool in the evenings more than a few minutes and were asked to leave because it was time to close. we were not making noise just asked to leave. our master shower was broken also the water came on but we couldnt adjust the temp. but over all we had a great time.The condo was spacious and had a great view and a very short walk to the beach. parking was good. i would suggest to bring your own ice no place to get any in wild dunes that we found. the burgers we a bit expensive for a lunch menu as well. traffic on the island is not bad but if you go into Charleston best to go after or before 8am and a couple of hours past 5pm it is a nightmare. the iop and sullivans island we both laid back and enjoyable place to be. we ate at cowboys, reds ice house, acme all were very good.

The condo was excellent. Perfect for up to three couples with each bedroom having a king sized bed and private bathroom. Location to beach was within easy walking distance. The unit was well appointed with ample room in the common areas. I will plan to stay in this specific unit again in the future.

Liked my prior setup with 2 bedrooms oceanfront and deck on one and porch access on other and kids room/twin beds in the back.Needs updating. Ask for maintenance to clean a small section of carpet/did not show&no followup from main office so had to clean chairs at pool was very inconvenient as I feel I paid for the xtra disinfecing involved or pool chairs should have been in condo unit to use. Would recommend property but not this particular condo....Umbrellas&chairs should be supplied for price.Very well stocked!
