L'Islander Beach Resort si trova sulle splendide spiagge dell'isola di Okaloosa. Con 2 miglia di sabbia bianca come la neve perfetta e acque blu smeraldo; non c'è da meravigliarsi che l'isola di Okaloosa sia stata votata tra le "spiagge più belle". Siediti e guarda i delfini giocare da questa spettacolare vista al 3 ° piano.
La grande camera da letto principale si apre su un balcone di grandi dimensioni direttamente sul Golfo del Messico. La cucina completamente attrezzata si apre nel soggiorno e offre splendide viste sulle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia.

Parchi acquatici come Big Kahunas per un po 'di divertimento al sole e il Gulfarium per dare un'occhiata in prima persona ad alcune delle nostre specie locali. Insieme al centro commerciale Silver Sands e al Destin Commons per tutte le esigenze di shopping; ha tutto! Per non parlare di alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di pesce in circolazione.

We had a really nice time here. Plenty of room and places for everyone to have their own space and privacy. Very clean. Great location. Easy to get to and from the beach. Easy to get to nice places for dinner with ease. Our only suggestion would be to provide a larger coffee pot. We enjoy having multiple cups in the morning and we found ourselves brewing multiple pots in the 5 cup pot that was available. Not a huge inconvenience, but a 12 cup pot for such a large condo would have been perfect!

The property was just as listed. Roomy for my family of 5. Room located right at stairwell so was easy to get in and out. Didn’t hear people around us. Beach wasn’t overly crowded. Nice stay

We absolutely loved this place! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, when we cooked. The whole condo was so clean, probably the cleanest one I’ve been to. Even the shower and corners in the floor were clean. I always look at those things. Lol. Perfect location if you don’t want an huge crowd, and the pool was a good size. And not only did they have a complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs for the beach, there were extra chairs and umbrella in the closet. We will definitely stay there again.

Great condo and great location! Dislikes…extreme noise from ongoing construction downstairs made it difficult to enjoy being inside during the day. Also did not like having to stand outside the unit waiting for the door code to work. We arrived 15 minutes early with 2 small children so it was really frustrating that they didn’t give even a few minutes leeway for early arrival.

The condo was perfectly placed. A full, inhibited view of the ocean from the balcony, and a quiet family-friendly atmosphere on the beach was relaxing. It never felt crowded. Ian, the a young man who set up chairs and umbrellas was always there to help on the beach. The condo is literally just feet away from the beautiful white beach and clear waters.
The condo itself had plenty of space for our family of 5. It is very well kept and CLEAN. The few items that they get you started with (some toiletries and kitchen necessities) is appreciated. The condo is also easily accessible, with stairs and an elevator very close by.
I highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back someday.

My family and I had the best, most relaxing stay at this beautiful resort. Literally steps from the sand. The view of the gulf and her tranquil waters were 2nd to none. The best way to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday.

We came down to visit family and had 3 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space without being on top of each other, and very easy beach access. I especially liked the large closet with beach chairs, toys and the extra linens. I highly recommended the Islander resort but especially 3011.

Enjoyed our stay overall. Condo is spacious and in great shape. Only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable.

Great Condo but TERRIBLE PERSON WHO PUTS THE CHAIRS ON THE BEACH. He was so rude. I came with my wife, my mother in law and my father in law. I asked him could he put all of our 4 beach Chairs together. He said, that will be $50.00 per chair. I said why so much and he started laughing and said because I can. He said most people pay my $100.00 per chair and that $50.00 Im charging you will go up in an hour. Wow ! This is no way to run a business. He is running a scam there and it leaves a nasty taste in vacationers mouth. I wont be back to this condo just to avoid him. I asked another person who was staying at the condo did they charge him extra to move chairs together. They said he charged them $75.00 per chair. It so sad, me and my wife had to sit away from her parents the whole time because he wouldn't move two chairs close to us because we wasn't willing to pay him an additional 100.00. He said your lucky I put out a chair at all. He said look, I don't have to. I said yes you do. He said I don't work for you. He said I work for a seperate company.

We really enjoyed the location & the layout of the property. The facility was pretty clean & well maintained. A ramp to the beach would have been nice for my disabled daughter, but we managed. It was a very relaxing week!

Condo was clean and was as advertised. It was perfect for our group! Great view of the ocean and very easy access. We enjoy staying in Fort Walton vs Destin simply to avoid the crowds - only a 10 min drive to Destin!

This condo is spacious, well-kept and clean. It is a direct beachfront unit with a balcony. Two elevators provided easy floor access. Cooking and eating utensils are plentiful. Our only complaint is the strong statement about not calling to see if condo is available to check in earlier than 4. Other places we stay provide this courtesy. If the condo is ready, why not offer this?

Pros: The unit was very spacious for 4 adults. The view, the porch, and ease of access to the beach were 5star! The unit was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen, which we used for most meal preps. Excellent location and grounds. The large balcony with comfy chairs was where we spent most of our time. Cons: While the furniture looks good in the pictures, the dining room chairs, the couch, the side chairs, and the twin beds were the most uncomfortable. We could never get comfortable in the unit, and it being winter, we spent a lot of time inside. We had to go buy cushioning to help. The noise from the above and beside units was also very annoying. It sounded like people were moving/dragging furniture for hours in the night and early morning...not sure what caused the noise. This lead to no one getting good rest on our vacation.

Clean and comfortable
The condo was very clean and had comfortable mattresses. The balcony was really nice, we were able to sit and watch the waves. My only complaint is the dishwasher and stove are pretty old and probably need to be replaced. The bathroom mirrors were delaminated on the edges and need replacement too. I felt safe and very comfortable in this condo. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great place for our beach vacation.

This condo was amazing! Very clean & had everything as described! It is very spacious and had everything that we needed!! The view from the balcony was amazing! We sat out there a lot just talking and taking in the ocean view! Very convenient for my best friends wedding as she was staying in the same building! We will definitely be back to this condo!!!
