Great condo, but slow response to issues since it is not part of the Discovery Point complex.

We had a great stay. The location was great. The beach and pool are right there. You can see the beach/ocean from the pool. There’s a grocery store a few mins up the road.

This condo is right on SMB with a view of the water from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The unit is well decorated and stocked. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed easy access to the beach, the tennis courts and basketball net.

Great accommodations, has everything you could ever need. Awesome views to wake up to. Could hear the relaxing sound of the waves from anywhere in the condo. We will be coming back.

This property is fantastic. We were traveling with 7 other people who stayed at a different condo at Discovery Point. While their condo was really nice, unit 42 was a step above. The decor and cleanliness was top notch. Every was there for you. Brand new washer and dryer was a big plus. We would certainly look to come back again.

Great location in a quieter area. We did not want to be close to where the cruise ships come in, and this was perfect. A little slice of paradise. Condo was very nice, well equipped, and steps from the beach. The view from the living room and lanai incredible. Beach is a bit rocky in front, but great for snorkeling. We rented a Jeep for sightseeing and going into the busier area for dinner and groceries. Loved it!

My wife and I stayed 5 nights and wished it was at least 5 more. This unit is very clean, well-maintained and well -equipped. The master suite bed was comfortable as was the rest of the unit, but we spent most of our time on the beach - quiet and plenty of space. The overall property was very clean and well maintained and the staff very friendly. We rented a car so everything was accessible. A local Foster's grocery store was a few minutes away and a new really amazing Foster's was a 10 minute drive. Great restaurant options are within minutes. We look forward to coming back but for for a longer visit

Well equipped, well located condo with balcony overlooking the beach. Would recommend renting a car.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is well furnished with a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. Amazing sunset views and great location. We would def. stay here again. Loved it!!

The condo is beautifully updated, in a great location and has everything you would need! We were very impressed. It was a great place to spend Christmas.

Perfect beach condo. Equipped with everything a condo should have. Wonderful snorkeling right off the beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The property is modern, clean, tasteful and in a tremendous location. Beach was never crowded and as first-time visitors we were amazed at the sheer abundance of marine life right off the beach, including sea turtles! Big ones! Snorkeling never got old and the beach itself was incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough.

If you’re traveling to GC renting a condo is the way to go! Unit 42 was perfect! Amazing views, updated decor, everything we needed to cook at the condo & great location. The beach was beautiful, well kept grounds & plenty of chairs/cabanas. We will be back!

This is a perfect location for a wonderful vacation. The unit has everything you could ask for: excellent views, updated accommodations, extremely clean, and even comes with beach floats, toys and games. The location can’t be beat, on the north end of 7 mile beach, quiet, yet pristine. Rarely, the unit manager was extremely kind and helpful. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to come back.

My daughter and I took a trip to Grand Cayman for her graduation celebration. This was THE PERFECT location and the condo was great! Very quiet area of the island. Some decent snorkeling right in front of our building, and some GRRAT snorkeling just a five minute drive away. We enjoyed the pristine beach, pool and hot tub. I couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful this area was! The other parts of the island were experiencing heavy influx of seaweed, but Seven Mile Beach is just as clean and clear as all the photos portray! Paradise!!! The condo was well equipped. Kim was a gracious host and maintained great communication throughout the process. I hope to bring the whole family back to this condo next year!

We loved staying here! The place is well maintained by the owners. It has everything you need for a beach vacation - beach towels, snorkel gear, boards, pails, a groomed beach and even bug spray for the evening mosquitos! We also didn't have to worry about buying coffee, detergents or paper products since they were provided. All we needed to do was buy food. Sitting on the enclosed porch with a morning coffee was a favorite. Great view! Thank you Kim for sharing your place!

This was our third trip to GrandCayman and we've stayed at several different locations including the East Side and Villas of the Galleon but this location and property were by far the best. Discovery Point Club Unit 42 is located at the northern quieter side of seven-mile beach. You are within 1/2 mile of a grocery store, liquor store, and the excellent boggy sands restaurant. When dropped off from one of our tours our captain remarked that we were staying in his preferred location of the island by far. Take a trip to the Westin and you'll understand why the Discovery Point location is prime. The Discovery Point Club complex has everything our family needed. BBQ, tennis/basketball court, large beach with plenty of chairs, pool/hot tub. We didn't find this complex lacking anything. While the complex was fully booked during this spring break week we didn't feel overcrowded. When discussing accommodations with other families during tours we quickly understood that we made the right choice vs Westin, Marriott and other seven mile south end properties. Unit #42 is very well appointed. In comparison to other units, it's clear that 42 has been updated recently. Everything within the unit is in top condition. The kitchen has everything you would need from pots/pans, blenders, etc. Huge TV's, consistent wireless internet, etc. The outdoor patio is screened in and hosted most of our activities and meals. The unit is on the 3rd floor/top floor which gives you a fantastic view of the water and reduces any possible day to day noise on the beach below. Any questions or concerns are quickly answered by phone or email by the local guest services or the owner. Our family stays at VRBO's around the world regularly and this combination of owner, local guest services, location, and property sets the high bar.

If you would like a no hassle, just bring your swim suit vacation, stay here.This unit had anything and everything you need down to the air pump for the flotation devices.Newly renovated from bathrooms to kitchen, beach and pool towels, snorkel gear, garbage bags dishwasher soap , laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner and body wash and lotion!! Grocery bags, beach bag , cooler, literally everything!!!Very pleased! right on the beach, wonderful pool, umbrellas, beach chairs. One of our best vacations.

The condo was updated and clean. The owner provided everything we needed. The complex was quiet - no loud parties at night or at the pool area - which was nice. It’s not s huge complex so it was always easy to find a lounge chair on the beach or at the pool. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Being directly on a world-class beach was superb! The outdoor balcony looking over the ocean was tranquil. Loved that we were away from all the hustle and bustle. The club is very quiet and our unit literally had no noise from adjoining units. The unit included a lot of amenities that were appreciated (fruit on arrival, coffee pods, beach towels, lotion, snorkeling gear, floats, etc.). I would stay here again!
