I nuovi proprietari hanno sostituito moquette con piastrelle, ridipinto in splendidi colori tropicali e aggiornato arredi di stile un 'Tommy Bahama'. Nota: Un mese minimo per le regole condominiali. Have rented this unit for the past four years with complete satisfaction. The condo itself is a great unit and we have enjoyed our annual visits. Construction of the new building next door detracted somewhat from the experience this year, but fortunately the view was only partially blocked. My car, however, is splattered with what appears to be masonry particles, and they are not easily removed. Other concern at the moment is the steep price increase for next year. Almost enough to cause us to cancel for 2016, especially with the devalued Canadian dollar.

The condo was appointed quite nicely but the pool wasn't heated as advertised and one of the spas was like ice water - no heat at all. The pool capacity is 20 and with 40 condos there aren't enough chairs so you had to go early but then the condo itself shadowed the pool until about noon. The tenants above us had a child that was constantly running around and you could hear his footsteps and scraping of chairs all the time. It also advertised a fitness room but you had to have a key and none was provided so we couldn't get in. The beach was excellent though and that's where we had to spend most of our time - bring your own beach chairs. Too much money for the issues we encountered.

Although we were there with tropical storm Debbie, we had a great time. Unit 703 is beautiful. Well decorated and furnished with all amenities. Very spacious and well lit, the veranda gives a beautiful view of the shore with breathtaking sunsets!!! Recommanded 5 stars!!!

We left it quite late to book a place in the area but Linda at Waterfront was most helpful in getting us into 703 La Vistana. This spacious condo is newly refurnished and in superb condition with great views of the beach. Absolutely top-notch and a great location! Expect to be back next year.
