Really pleasant and fairly spacious accommodation. The outside space is perfect for outdoor dining. There is a a fridge in the room and extra cutlery etc in the kitchen

Very clean property in a perfect location. Greeted on arrival, with a professional attitude and nothing too much trouble if needing anything. The room was exceptionally clean with all the facilities you would require. Very comfy bed, making it a perfect nights sleep. The breakfast was amazing with a really good option. Overall 5 star accommodation in a perfect setting. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again

Darren was charming, advised us where to go in the evening (pubs restaurants etc). Breakfast was lovely,so much choice. It set us up for the day.

The property is beautifully presented and of a very high standard. We appreciated the warm welcome and the ease of access (convenient parking, easy to find, clear instructions). The breakfast system works very well and the selection of food was great. All in all a very comfortable place to stay and we expect to be back at some point!

The location was lovely - very quiet. With the beautiful hot weather, we were able to breakfast outside our rooms in the sunshine, which was very pleasant! The kitchen was very well equipped with a good array of continental breakfast options. They responded to my request for oat milk for breakfast and even offered it to me to take away afterwards. Darrell was very responsive to my questions ahead of arrival. We unfortunately had to book a very late arrival, which was then affected by a road closure earlier in our journey. We eventually arrived @ 2am!! Having previously discussed our arrival with Darrell, he had arranged straightforward access to our rooms. He also left out a trolley to help with luggage, which was appreciated. I loved the dim motion sensor lights in the bathroom! As someone with arthritis, I appreciated the easy to use taps and shower controls and especially the good height toilet! :-) Directions to the property were clear and were further illustrated by two photos, which was helpful. Due to our very late arrival, once we'd vacated one of the rooms for cleaning the next morning, Debra very kindly let us stay on sitting outside, without having to rush off after check out. We were grateful for the use of the room fridge to keep drinks cold, (see above) before departing. Debra and Darrell (and their lovely cleaner) were very friendly and efficient. We felt very welcome.

It was difficult to avoid sugar at breakfast. I chose a 'Rice Krispie' cereal, because it has less sugar, but unfortunately it was wrongly packaged (by the factory)and contained some sugary shapes inside! However, the staff were not responsible for that. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit options as pictured on the website.

lt was quiet clean comfortable. and very tastefuly furnished , l would say everything had been provided to make our stay one that will be remembered as one of the good ones!Continental breakfast had plenty of choices.My favourite thing was that there were 2 comfortable tub chairs so l didn’t have to sit on the bed! Would recommend

How peaceful the location was and the owners Darrell and Debra were amazing helpful friendly hosts would definitely go back and the room was beautiful along with the views on the trip.

everything from start to finish, the welcome we received from Deb and Darrell was brilliant. the rooms are big and clean with everything you need. the courtyard area is lovely to sit out in and it was only 5mins away from the venue we were attending. thank you for a fantastic stay

Room was spacious, clean and luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic. Debra and Darrell were perfect hosts. Great location for wedding at River Barn. It was honestly fanatic from start to finish one of the best B&Bsnive stayed in.

The room was beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The en suite was spacious and spotless with fluffy towels and free shampoo etc. The fridge contained free water and there was plenty of coffee and tea bags to make tea. The little kitchen had everything that was needed and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Our host greeted us and was on hand if we needed anything.

WiFi and telephone reception is bad and keeps dropping out, but to be fair that is something our host probably has no control over.

Excellent choice for breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again
