It was perfect. We stayed for 31 days!! Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe, unit was very clean and well stocked.10 minute walk to downtown restaurants and puyallup. Easy and nice area of town. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time during our visit- property was fantastic, in a quiet little neighborhood and just perfect for our stay in Washington. Property was clean and accessible, and we had everything we needed (and more!). I highly recommend staying here if you're in there area!

What a lovely spot, even better than I expected! The cottage was impeccably clean. Rob and his wife (and dog!) are so nice, such great hosts. It was private and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a full kitchen and plenty of things to cook with (pots, pans, air fryer, etc). There is also a laundry area and an air conditioner for the hot days. I stayed a week while I was training in the area. It was a great little spot to come back to in the evenings. I would stay here again.

Found this gem for my parents visiting from Arizona, needed a place with no stairs. The neighborhood is in the best part of Puyallup with walkable streets. The VRBO was clean and they had everything they could ever need here. The host was very detailed before arrival and even assisted during their stay. Hope this place is available every time they visit!

The property manager was very helpful and polite. The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed and more. Lovely experience overall. We will be staying there again when in the area. Highly recommend this VRBO.

As a stopover for medical appointments and remodel shopping for Alaskans returning from a trip to Hawaii this was a comfortable accommodation. Having already been on the road for weeks, the washer/dryer was a godsend. Property description is honest. I will mention the drawbacks: the stove top takes getting used to; the dining table & stools or counter are not comfy; clothing storage options not optimal. But overall very functional.

The property was easy to get to. It was within 15 minutes of shopping and eateries. Quiet at night. Host was very friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

Studio cottage is nice, perfect amount of space for the time I stayed. Property is clean & kept up nicely. Beautiful inside as well, they had everything needed as if I was living there. Highly recommend & I’ll be back to future visits.

This VRBO property was quiet and clean, with an amazingly well-equipped kitchen. The location is just a short drive to downtown Puyallup and the fairgrounds; and off-street parking is literally at the entry door. Easily understood instructions were emailed prior to arrival. We arrived after dark on a chilly night. It would have been nice if the space was warm and if the instant water heater switch had been on.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this was one of the best places I've ever stayed at on a vacation.
Bob and Karen have an absolutely perfect little cottage apartment, and the amenities were spot on.

The place is equipped with everything one can think of and then some!! The kitchen has more than the normal kitchen (except a dryer), the bathroom lacks nothing, and we as a couple had enough room and our needs met! Just don’t bring a lot of stuff because almost every nook abs cranny is full!

A Place to Rest
We were first-time Pacific NW visitors and we are country mice to be sure. This little bungalow gave us an opportunity to look forward to going "home" at the end of our busy jet-setting day! We feel like we toured the state, and even Canada, but we got "home" after all our travels and felt safe and comfortable! The owners took great care to make sure it had everything you needed. Puyallap offered plenty to do without needing to go to the big city! We enjoyed just exploring this lovely city during one of our days. Clean, modern, efficient little place to hang our hats for four days! Would definitely book again!

Cozy studio with everything we needed
Great rental centrally located. The front door is a bit sticky and the shower took some getting used to, but after the first time everything worked great!

Conveniently located in Puyallup. This unit has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Rob is an accommodating and friendly host. I will stay here again.

Nice studio apartment clean and comfortable
We stayed for 2 weeks visiting family in the area. The studio apartment was very nicely equipped and clean and the location is very close to anything you would need...groceries, shopping, etc. The owners were extremely accommodating and very pleasant to work with making sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this place!
