Spaziosa casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi con aria centrale in un fantastico quartiere familiare, ideale per lunghe passeggiate o in bicicletta per bambini. Downtown Newport è a pochi minuti. Cortile privato completamente recintato con PISCINA interrata, due set da patio / sedie a sdraio, amaca e griglia Weber, perfetti per barbecue sul cortile e intrattenimento informale. BlueHaven ha una posizione molto desiderabile, a pochi passi dal quartiere di 1st / Easton's Beach, una grande spiaggia per famiglie con numerosi servizi. Facile giro in bici per 2nd / Sachuest Beach o Third Beach. Per i bambini, c'è una meravigliosa area di gioco e un campo da gioco in diagonale dall'altra parte della strada e attraverso le siepi. Molti ristoranti locali e altri servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi: biglietti Sports Bar, Aquidneck Pizza, Flo's Clamshack, The Atlantic Grill, bar specializzato, surf-bike, un minimarket, un negozio di liquori e altro ancora. Had a great stay here in early August. Home was perfect for our needs, and the pool was a great feature. Communication with the hosts was seamless and easy. Only recommendation would be for a few extra yellow trashbags to be left for future guests (Middletown trash bagging policy).

Had a wonderful time , location is great . Beach close and a short drive to new port. One complaint . Entertainment , tv reception was not good to put it mildly. After a long day it would of been nice to watch more of selection of tv shows as well as better reception.

The house is deceiving from the front. Very large and spacious inside. The pool was great and the large yard was great for our two dogs. House was located very close to many different attractions too. Overall, my family and I had a great week in Newport.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this great house for our family get away. The house is located close to the beach and quick drive into town. It’s always super clean and the accommodations for our family of 5 and 2 dogs can’t be beat. And the pool is an added perk! Sara and Lance are fantastic hosts!

We celebrated our annual Girls Weekend in Newport this year. BlueHaven was a perfect location (travelers from CT, NH, & MA) for the 6 of us to spend quality time together! Daily walks to 1st Beach and the Cliff Walk each AM, $8 Uber rides to Downtown Newport for dinner, a simple 8 minute drive to Newport Vineyards...just to name a few activities. The house was updated, clean and spacious with an excellent backyard for grilling, chatting on a lounge chair in the sun and taking a dip in the pool.
A big thank you to our hosts who respected our privacy and also were easily available if we needed them. We hope to be back next year!

This house offers a fantastic Newport experience. My family and I were in town for a weekend and the house offered other family members a central location to check in with each other and figure out plans. Sara and Lance were very easy to communicate with and were responsive whenever questions arose!
Apparently, Sara and Lance recently renovated the kitchen. It was gorgeous and very spacious open concept into the dining area.
We would happily return some day!

Enjoyed this property as a group of 6 adults and 1 infant - plenty of space for all! Some baby equipment provided. The location can’t be beat, walkable to many restaurants, beaches and the Cliff walk. Short drive to a grocery store and to downtown Newport. Interior and exterior were very clean, we loved having the privacy of a completely fenced in backyard and pool!! Kitchen was recently updated and is beautiful. Owner is very friendly, stopped by to welcome us, provided us with all details we would need for our stay. Would highly recommend booking house for your Rhode Island vacation. I look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful week at Blue Haven! The location was perfect! We appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the beaches with a toddler. We enjoyed the private backyard and pool. Sara and Lance were great hosts!

My college age kids and my husband and I hadn't spent family time together in almost a year and so this was time overdue. The location, with walking distance to the beach and with the pool in the backyard, made for lots of down time together. A short drive to Newport made for easy dinners out and fun shopping. Loved it!

The air conditioning in the basement was very loud and the downstairs bathroom needs to be updated. It is dark and hard to see. The pool was a great addition and helped to cool everyone from the walk back from the beach.

Excellent home away from home!
This is a wonderful rental and Sara and Lance are excellent and gracious hosts. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. The downstairs is a great family hang out area. The pool is fantastic and the house comes with a lot of pool and beach equipment and toys. All in all, we loved our stay and highly endorse Sara and Lance!

Beautiful home with great pool
Just stayed here for a few days with my family (adult kids, 83 yr old mom, husband and dogs). The house was very clean, updated and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The best part was having the beautiful pool in the back yard. We were just a few minutes drive from downtown for dinner, and in walking distance to the beach. Sara was fantastic to work with and we would definitely consider staying here again!

This house was perfect for a weekend away with 7 women. There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was also very clear communication and instructions throughout the whole process.

Large, clean, beautifully decorated home. Several dining place options! We had breakfasts in the large kitchen, dining area.
The pool kept the kids busy after breakfast while some of us made lunches and packed cars for the beach
We utilized the BBQ with large outdoor table for dinners.
We walked to First Beach to see the after effects of Hurricane Henri and drove about 5 minutes to second beach for 3 days of sun and fun.
Everything needed for all these events was provided by Sara and Lance. Kitchen equipment, toys, board games, beach equipment, coolers.... just bring beach towels, clothes, and buy groceries and you will be all set!! Enjoy

Fantastic!
My family had a wonderful stay at this house. It was in a great location, just a quick ride to all the places we wanted to visit. The set up of the house worked well for my family and my parents. Having the pool made this vacation especially fun for everyone. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We are already planning our trip to come back!

Nice time in Newport
The rental is in close proximity to Newport and a short drive to the local beaches.
Our family (six adults and one child) shared four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The upper deck (with BBQ) and in-ground pool were wonderful. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and games for the children. Everything in the house (switches, central air, granite counter care, emergency numbers, utensils, etc.) are clearly labeled.
The kitchen has all the things you need to prepare meals for a group- and the kitchen table seats eight comfortably.
The owner took the time to stop by during dinner hour on the first day to answer questions and make sure that we had everything we needed.

Great stay at this beautiful rental! The owners have thought of everything - kitchen is well stocked, linens and bath towels are provided. With all if the amenities. Including central air, a gorgeous inground pool with a fenced yard and our dog was welcome, it was a perfect family rental! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful house for a wonderful vacation!
We had the best time at BLVN!! The house was spotless and cozy and had everything we needed and more! Going away with a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old is tricky and exhausting, but this house made the kids and us feel right at home! The pool and toys were an amazing added bonus! Sara was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again:)

Killer Location and property
We spent the last twenty years in the area. This is not a review through rose colored glasses. If you want a house near Newport and beaches but away from the crazy traffic and annoyances, this is your house. Totally clean with everything you need for a great stay. Great place for our family to stay.
We stayed at Blue Haven for a week during a move to Newport. This is a perfect vacation home - very well thought out, spaceous, completely updated, furnished, and decorated. First beach was close enough to walk, but the street is still very quiet without much through traffic. Would stay here again!

Wedding Stay
It was a very busy 4 days for us as my son was getting married. The accommodations were wonderful. Unfortunately, a little chilly to actually go in the pool but great to sit by. Sara and Lance have everything labeled and a very informative book that leaves little to worry about. Sara was kind enough to stop by on arrival to see if we needed anything. Just an all around great experience!

We had a great time at the property and everything was as stated. The property owner was super helpful and available for any questions. The house itself is in a great area and close to so many different spots. The house interior as well was great as well as the pool. We were very happy with our stay and had zero complaints.

We had a wonderful week at BlueHaven. The property was so clean and organized. My children had an amazing time swimming in the pool and laying in the hammock. Perfect spot for family vacation
Blue Haven was perfectly well appointed and the pool made our trip excellent for our family get together. Lots of space indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was fabulous and had everything we needed. I was even able to bake a cake for my son’s birthday! Beach was a short drive away (or longish walk) and going early we got in easily. The area has a few great restaurants and Newport is very close by. Sara was great to communicate with and everything was as expected. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. We all had a fabulous time!

A group of eight women stayed at the house and all were happy. The house more than accommodated us and it was very clean. Plus, it's a short drive from the start of Cliff Walk, a beach and downtown Newport.

This property was absolutely amazing! It was exactly what was listed on the website! The owner was very nice and easy to work with. This house was great for a weekend getaway and we all had fun sitting by the pool. The best part was that it was only a short Uber ride to downtown Newport! I hope I can come back here again!

This place is hard to leave!
Roomy, pleasant, immaculate and well-stocked, this is a great place to both relax and enjoy all that Newport has to offer. We found it hard to leave the pool and actually never went to the beach! Spent two weeks here and would highly recommend it.
