Circa 4800 metri quadrati sotto l'aria. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici inossidabili, le superfici in granito, i pavimenti in legno, tutti i nuovi sistemi Hvac e la piscina in gabbia a terra. Grande piano piano aperto. Nuovo televisore a schermo piatto attraverso la casa. La camera familiare dispone di 58 "Samsung Smart TV con lettore DVD Blue Ray. Bagni splendidamente rinnovati. Bagno principale ha doccia oversize piastrelle, vasca idromassaggio e doppie vanità. Ampia passeggiata in armadio / spogliatoio. Cucina completamente attrezzata e grill a gas esterno. Perfetto per vacanze e riunioni familiari. Grande camera da letto / bagno separazione con camera familiare multipla / grande camera / Dens. Non sarete delusi h

House was great had plenty of room and all amenities. We lost power for a little bit due to the tropical storm and the owner found us a generator to help keep our food fresh. Kids had fun waking up and going swimming everyday.

Overall it was a great weekend. The house is located in a good area close to everything. I would like to point out that the house was not very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they wanted or come together for family meals. There were lots of things available for the kids so we didn't have to go out and purchase things for the babies. The pool is amazing. The house was clean. The location was great; far enough from the busy parts of town yet close to everything so if you need to run out to grab something, it's a quick trip. The only negative thing that I would have to say is that the thermostat downstairs is locked at 73 and during the day in the middle/hottest part of the day, it gets extremely hot inside and takes a while to cool down at night. The thermostat should at least be allowed to go to 70 for those really hot days. Other than that, we have nothing negative to share. We will come back again.

We were with a family of nine. The house is clean, very nice pool and living. Nearby Anna Maria Island and Cortez. We had a blast.
The communication was very good with the owners.

Gordon was very responsive.
Unfortunately we had a variety of different issues. 1st issue was the home was very dirty. Gordon did send cleaners, but they were only able to do so much in the limited time that they were there.
2nd issue, after a long day of traveling we were very upset to find that the master bed had NOT been washed. It was gross.
3rd Issue, I believe there are fleas or bugs of some kind. My son was bitten all over his first night of sleep. The house has a very nice setup, but serious deferred maintenance.
Gordon was quick to respond when I told him about arriving to a dirty house.

We had a great 3 weeks at the house and the pool! Gordon and Christine were very helpful with any questions we may have had. The area was great for taking a walk

This property was a great house with a fantastic pool! We just had a few things we didn't like which have been stated in past reviews. They should at least give each registered guest 2 towels. We each had 1 and were washing towels every day, and no kitchen towels. I looked on past reviews and they stated they were in the laundry room, but they were not. Overall, my biggest issue was with the bedroom on the 2nd floor in the back had a VERY bad musty smell. Not sure if it is because the temperature cannot go below 74 degrees but something really needs to be done about that.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle, which we loved. The pool and outside are great. Other than those few issues everything else was great!!!

The house is nice. LOTS of room and the pool area was very much loved by all of our kids! (Especially since it was unusually cool for FL and we had it heated). One evening we had an issue with the pool and the owner was EXTREMELY responsive! We greatly appreciated it. The kitchen could use some restocking kid cooking utensils and such but we made do with what was provided and were able to cook a few meals for our larger family. Our only downfall was travel time to basically everywhere, however, this was of no fault of the homeowners and mostly due to a high travel season and crazy traffic. While it is “close” to many things, prepare accordingly for travel.

There was so much space we could get lost in the house! Hide a seek was a blast. Everything was clean, quiet neighborhood and a wonderful experience.

Bed and bathrooms were clean. Very disappointed with messy/unclean drawers in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets/walls/fans were very dirty. Would not stay in the house again.

Very Special Memories!
This was a wonderful property for our family. Beautiful home, wonderful accommodations, great pool - everything was precisely as advertised on the web - actually, it even looked better! The owner was VERY responsive to several questions that I had prior to arriving. This was a wonderful place for our family to spend out vacation - we made many special memories! Thanks!

Unbelievable!!!
The house and property was everything we imagined and then some. Everything was as described and our stay was with 8 people. We had plenty of room with room to spare! House was spotless when we arrived and ready to go! We definitely will be back next year, already looking at dates.

A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. My husband doesn't get around real well and can't do the steps so the master suite on the ground floor was wonderful for us. Plus the walk in shower was a real plus too. Our whole family enjoyed our stay in this home.

Florida family vacation
Every thing was good other then didn’t know we had to pay extra for heated pool till a day before we left home, an then it only worked half the time . Beds were ok not the most comfortable.

House was beautiful very spacious. Cleaners broke coffee pot said they would return with one and didn’t. Contacted the owner and promptly delivered a new coffee pot —excellent service!! Was notified by maintenance that the dishwasher was not working properly I needed a part that would not be there until after our departure would run but did not clean very well wound up washing most dishes by hand. Great stay overall

One of the best rental experiences we’ve had to date with over five vacations the past 4 years all utilizing VRBO in 4 different states.
Immaculate property, stunning house, VERY well stocked with everything you need. Pool toys, beach towels, great lanai and pool. Lots of kitchen supplies and only a few minutes away from AMI.
Hope we can enjoy this property again in the future.

Great big house. There were 2 extra beds that I didn't see listed which was great. The pool is beautiful. Plenty of room for the whole family without ever feeling crowded. Lots of pool and beach toys at the house as well.
