The staff, how clean was it, the location and the quality of the buffet. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’d like to thank specially to the intern Juliana, who explained everything about the preparation of the food and guided me through the options and posible combinations of food.

Nice business-style hotel right next to a shopping mall. Clean and functional. We didnt use the facilities but I would expext them to be as anticipated.

Great location and decent breakfast

The room seems small and lacking several items like microwave. Only had 2 pillows and we have to ask for more. The towels looked old and not the good type. I got charged extra for early check in. It should be free if available. The cable channels were very limited.

The room was clean and spacious. Excellent location being within the mall you have hundreds of choices of restaurants. We also get an amazing view of the city. The staff were all professional and polite and easy to deal with.

Pillows were too thin. Not enough tea and refreshments provided. No Smart TV.

Customer service was the best. They handled their guests properly and accommodated requests smoothly. Only downside is that bathroom is a little dilapidated already but overall stay is excellent. Close to mall and cities nearby.

Spacious Room and Good Amenities for the price: Booked a Deluxe Room for 2 nights (2 single beds). There was ample space for an extra bed, which we initially planned to get because of a 3rd guest that was supposed to stay with us. We were surprised at how BIG the room is. Single bed was spacious for one person. There was a big office desk and comfortable office chair. No sofa; in its place was a low lounge chair. Block out curtains. Luggage rack/bench. Small, utilitarian fridge. Safe. Good number of wooden clothing hangers. Bathroom shower is isolated with glass partition to keep the water in. It has a removable shower head with adjustable pressure and flow rate. Great at targeting aching muscles after a tiring day. It also has a rain shower head with constant pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, hand lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, and toilet paper already provided for. Other amenities like shower cap, cotton buds, extra bottled water (on top of the 2 that's already provided and automatically refilled everyday) need to be requested. Good alternative hotel for those attending events in the Cubao area (like New Frontier Theater, Araneta, etc.): Although you will have to book a car via GRAB app or hail a cab to get from the hotel to the venues, it won't cost too much. Buffet Breakfast: Got the buffet breakfast as an add-on via their personalization link a day before my check-in. I got a discount so I only paid 700PHP per person per night. The food selection and variety are much smaller compared to other breakfast buffets I've seen, BUT the quality was good. Look forward to their Beef Rendang, Beef Tapa, and Pork Adobo. The white rice and fried rice are done right. They also have a fish, chicken, and vegetable dish available for more selective palates and dietary needs. The Chicken Fricassee was good.

Bed: Not really a complaint but their beds are bit firmer/harder, which means it doesn't have much give. Some may prefer it that way, but in case you want it a bit softer/less firm, take this as a slight warning. Answering Phone: It probably depends on the time you call but there was this one time where it took a long time for someone to answer me that I had to end it so I can try again at a later time. It's not a big deal since during the other times we called, we got an answer immediately, and our requests were answered/delivered. Buffet Breakfast: Sometimes, the viands/dishes were not refilled immediately. For example, the sautéed vegetable dish on our 2nd day and the bacon on our first day. The person manning the egg station on our 2nd day forgot our order of 2 sunny side up eggs overeasy. We didn't bother asking for it again as we were almost finished eating anyway. I hope they would provide bigger cheese selection also. As a side note, maybe you guys can take note of the dishes that people really like and include them in your daily breakfast staples on top of Bacon, eggs, fried rice, cereals, etc. (like your Beef Rendang and Beef Tapa).

The staff was exceptional. From the front desk, restaurant to the housekeeping team all of them makes you feel like home. This is our second stay and it keeps getting better. Shoutout to Ms. Maribel for doing a great job in the buffet area, she is so kind and jolly, the company should treasure someone like her.

The location and convenience going to the mall is a plus. We were able to sleep good. Only thing is there was no “Don’t disturb” door tag available. Amenities like the pool is another plus factor. My daughter enjoyed it as she had the pool to herself. All the staff including the guards are very nice and accommodating, very helpful to our needs. Kudos to them!

Food served for breakfast. It could have been better if there’s more variety to it and more delectable. Some food trays and drinks were not replenished on time considering it’s buffet service. Some of the food served are not even warm (like the puto was hard, coffee not hot, fried chicken was hard too, etc.) No salt & paper on the table to add taste to the food.

Everything! The bed, room, toilet/shower but especially the staff, buffet breakfast and the tv with my name in the welcome screen :) All the staffs are smiling and greeting us when we pass by, the food are all delicious and there are lots of choices which made our tummy happy and full- there is even a Nescafe vendo that has mocha and hot chocolate! The swimming pool is warm in day and night so our child enjoyed it a lot.

Parking - there is no parking slot in front or near the hotel. The only designated parking area is the 3rd-5th floor inside SM North Towers where you compete with mall shoppers. We all know it is a very busy and crowded mall, so please know how difficult it is to find an available slot. They should provide an area solely for checked-in guests for more convenience.

The location is really great because it was super near the mall so we didn't have a hard time going back and forth. The staffs were very nice and accommodating. Also from the lobby (which smelled lovely) to our rooms it was spacious, comfortable and clean. One night is not enough since we enjoyed our stay, so we'll definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

The towels could be a bit cleaner, but it's not a deal breaker for me and my family.

The hotel room was clean, no bugs and spacious. There was more than enough storage and an iron/ironing board to press your clothes. Security Guards at the Front Desk and other areas of the hotel where courteous and helpful. Our room attendant was excellent.

1. The receptionist asked if we would like to add daily breakfast and we said NO. My husband asked if there were other options and she said "None" and we would have to wait till 11 am by waiting for the Mall to open. When we went to our room, right beside the elevator was a cafe with a huge list of options we could have other than paying $25 per head for breakfast. In addition there was Starbucks in the ground floor level of the hotel. The front desk staff should not pressure guests to have breakfast at the hotel by making it appear there was no choice. 2. The room was too cold at 19.5C the thermostat was not working and an engineer was called to fix it but he couldn't resolve the problem. 3. The traffic to get to the hotel was terrible, especially since it is christmas season. A 10-15 drive before rush hour turned to about an hour at rush hour on a Saturday. Because of the traffic, from our experience Uber drivers would not agree to pick us up or take us to the hotel. Instead we had Nueva Ecija St Ext to avail of Uber.

The breakfast was a nice and simple spread, a good mix of international and local dishes. Location was perfect, attached to a huge mall with many more malls around the area within a short walk. Transportation via Grab was efficient and simple, do account for Manila traffic though. Staff were also always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The toiletries provided are very basic so please do bring your own for a better experience, loved the strong water pressure.
