Very nice hotel. Good location connected to Robinson mall very convenient to get groceries and places to eat. Cross the bridge and you can get to MRT to go places faster than taxi or grab. A lot of good choices for breakfast and staff are amazing, courteous and respectful. Respond right away when you call for something.

Outdated rooms, walls and carpet along the corridors are looking cheap.

Location wise it is very good. The hotel is near different establishments such as malls, offices, and transportations. The hotel staff are very accommodating and even provided us an upgrade about our room. I also liked the toiletries provided.

The room is so cold even if we have turned off the aircon which makes a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

TV was not working. TV channels were snowy and blurred. According to reviews, this was already a problem 2 months ago and they did not fix it.

It’s easy to work with staff. The location is convenient and easy access to Robinson’s Galleria Mall.

The bed was a tad hard for me. But I managed to sleep nonetheless.

The TV in my room did not work at all, and staff could not fix. The building and rooms are old and grubby. There was a bug in my room. There were not enough towels. Gym was dirty. The pipes smelt bad.

Internet speed was very low in room. Gym was overloaded, it’s in case of not only hotel guests can use it.

Great selections of Breakfast buffet, Staffs are great.

Didn’t refills some of the toiletries, Minibar is not included.

Breakfast was great, the views from the hotel were beautiful. It was great to have access to the shops.

Breakfast was Ok. Many varieties of food choices. It is connected to Robinson Galleria, you can shop instantly. Gym is quite big.

Room is kinda bit old. We saw small cockroach on the wall. Next room of us partying at the middle of the night. I called the reception and said that they will send security but the noise didnt stopped.

The smell of the Room Air which seems to be a scent of a Pest Control Chemical. My husband can tolerate it; I was a bit annoyed during sleep because I am really very sensitive to “abnoxious” smell; including from cleaning chemicals which trigger my natural defense mechanism characterized by abnormal (sticky) salivation, slight cough, and/or unpleasant breathing experience.

Location is convenient. Food is good. Restaurant staff very helpful and accommodating especially Zack. Eddie and Angel. Security n concierge is good.

Housekeeping can be improved. Hotel smells a bit musty at the lobby. In the room n at the tunnel going to the mall

The location - it was near where we needed to be.

Our stay in Holiday Inn was the WORST among all of our bookings. The rooms smelled like damps and the carpet is still wet. Not enough bathroom amenities and the tub was yellowish already. The bed, oh my gosh, it eas very uncomfortable to lie on and the pillows are useless. They have a QR code where you can request stuff and other things but IT DOESN'T WORK. I booked for a massage and had to call the spa TWICE just to let us know that they did not receive our booking. The in-room dining food was blah, the ice smelled like molds and had to call three times each time we need to bus out. They were nice though to lend us utensils.
