Big rooms.
No reception staff. Took ages to find someone. Bathroom not clean. Staff tried to let another family into our room several hours after we'd checked in. Overall impression of Hotel was lacking in cleanliness.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and I want to say that the room is very big and the bed is fantastically comfortable with some additional options to move the matras, the interior is a little bit old-facioned but nice.
I liked the place.

Very convenient location for my purposes. Quiet area, but near the old town. Hotel restaurant seemed popular with locals.
Breakfast would have been OK if it included fruit salad. Had to sleep in a single bed.

The hotel is a good value for the cost, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent.
The wi-fi in the biergarten was spotty, but worked well elsewhere.

Clean rooms, access to a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, close to main attractions and city center of Graz, friendly staff.
Cost/performance ratio rather on the expensive side for small and old-fashioned rooms. Very little choice of breakfast assortment. Noisy guests.

I had a luggage delivered to the hotel the day after my arrival, and on the evening coming back after work I found it just left on the floor in front of the door of my room

Lovely large room, very quiet, overlooking the pretty garden

The room was clean and accessible from a lovely garden. Calm and peaceful.
It is at 5 minutes walk from the city centre and there is a nice greek bistro on the other corner of the street.
Staff was great, very friendly.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected.
