Apartment location is close to many other important places in paris .. and the apartment is spacious enough for big family.
The air conditioning is poor need to be fixed specially on bedrooms its not working . there are many parts of the apartment furniture that is broken.. Broken chairs.. Broken windows..Iron was not used because it’s damaged probably .. The apartment is nice but need a lot of maintenance.. They are taking alot of money they need to take care of the basics at least.

Horrible muy mala experiência,al llegar en El salon la ventana grande esta rota . Y los vecinos se quedan mirando no se puede cerrar y verás que esta lleno de oficinas y gente trabajando mirando . Comunique a lá persona responsable y con Booking . Solo me dijo si esta rota! Sin dar ni una solucion. Mas Sillas y El sofá da asco de sentarse. Lá cocina no oferece nada ! Nada es nada ni lo básico . Soy una gran viajante y todos lós pisos ofrecen un café o un thé y Azucar este Nada . Comunique a lá persona y ni me respondio . Si buscas estar en un lugar limpio, con intimidad , y con El mínimo de servicio. , sal corriendo de este anúncio. Lá zona es buena y siempre alquilo pisos por esta zona pero este piso es de mis peores experiências.

location was excellent. we felt very safe and can take a shirt walk to Eiffel Tower
the AC was not working. got lucky that the weather was super hot.

The location is great. Livingroom was also nice.
The apartment needs renovation. The bathrooms need regrouting.
AC was broken and replaced by a small and loud mobile unit that can definitely not cool down the whole apartment. The dishwasher was also broken.
The main bedroom did not have a window to the outside, only a small one that connected it to the other bedroom.

Just the location
There was no hot water, not cleaned, not comfortable, AC is portable not as it’s mentioned, the two rooms share a window!
When I asked about the hot water they ignored me till last day. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Air conditioning… we had to set it up ourselves and did not reach the bedrooms. Not sufficient and we were really hot at night.

Location was good. Near two metro stops. Security was good. Kitchen adequate.
advertised as 2 bathrooms. one with shower and sink. the other had toilet. To me that equals one bathroom. advertised with 3 beds. We only could find two.
Furniture very run down. Rug in living room was a safety hazard.
We were texted the door codes and oriented by the cleaning person. Didn’t find out that the A/C was broken and portable unit was temporary until manager showed up to collect payment several days into stay. Wouldn’t be fixed until day before we left.

We enjoyed the amount of space, the location and how quiet the property is both despite being in the city and having neighbors. We enjoyed the large dining table. We enjoyed the shower. We also like how easy it is to reach bus/subway or walk to major Paris landmarks and museums.
The air conditioner did not work for half of our stay (during a heatwave in which Paris reached 38 degrees) It was extremely hot for two nights and it was hard to rest. Ultimately the host team brought in a temporary unit which helped tremendously. In the mean time, there was a lot of back and forth with the host team which disrupted our time and created stress. The kitchen was poorly equipped and it was challenging to prepare meals. Kitchen items and been put away dirty and had to be cleaned before use. The bed arrangement was not as described but we did adapt to this. Would recommend booking site be updated.

The meeting on arrival was acceptable, as was the location.
The property advertised three beds in photos on Booking.com. There were not three beds, all there was was a tiny trundle bed mattress that pulled out of a drawer. The third party slept on the living room couch instead. There was no where on that bedroom to walk around the bed if the drawer was pulled out. Property should be honest, at least.

The treatment from the host was rude, he haven’t responded our texts, and didn’t answer our questions.
It’s says on the website that they have 2 bathroom, and they have only one.
Also, on the website says that they have air conditioner, and they don’t have .
