The staff was very polite and knowledgeable about local amenities. The location is very convenient.

The bathroom was filthy. The tub looked like it had NEVER BEEN CLEANED! The ice machine was running but did not dispense ice. It would be the top place to lodge for the price if it was just clean. Just get a better cleaning staff or just get a cleaning staff.

Best location in Oak Ridge and very cheap

Towels were very dirty. It showed yellow or black discoloration. The blancket or bed sheet smelled bad and the blanket showed black blot.

Cockroaches crawling all over the room. Had a hard time to get shampoo or towels since there was only 1 set in bathroom from the front desk they acted like it was a problem to get me some. Couldn't get any ice. The room was cold and couldn't get the heat on. Could see daylight all the way around the door in the room.

Never stayed, they don’t allow locals… is the money different from outsiders than locals?? The person I was with was an outsider and since I’d be in the room they still wouldn’t allow it! We went to another hotel with a pool! Much nicer, cleaner, and staff were AMAZING!!

My room smelled like cigarette smoke horribly. I couldn’t sleep in the room. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and they were booked so we was unable to get another room.

While booking the room there was a spot asking me if I have any special instructions and all I asked for was another set of towels for two grown men. That request was ignored ! I asked what was included in the continental breakfast and the representative at the front desk gave me a small totally unappetizing list and when I went to the office in the morning there was 1 bagel and the hired help grabbed it and started eating it. I was going to get some coffee and there were no cups. Three days into the stay ... There were still no cups. I'm just totally disappointed. I didn't expect anything luxurious but I was expecting much much better. Positive Note: TV programming was good enough, Microwave worked good and, The small refrigerator worked well too. Lighting around the stairs was no good, the coke machine took my money.

The sink wouldn't drain properly. So by the time you finish washing your hands the sink is filled with dirty soapy water and when the water finally drains out, I had to wipe down the sink because it was too dirty to leave it for my friend to use after me.

The carpet was dirty the toilet ran all night they had dirty towels the Wi-Fi was out the whole trip and I normally use the Wi-Fi for my business I will not stay here again. And they need to take that picture of the website knowing they don't have a pool

The staff

No working charger sockets in room, room stunk of smoke even though it was a no smoking room, breakfast bagel/muffin was stale. Pictures on this site showed a pool, this didn't exist
