Palmetto Breeze - Walk to Beach in Surfside Beach
La Carolina del Sud è conosciuta come la Palmetto State, e senza dubbio ti godrai la brezza dal portico di Palmetto Breeze! Questo piccolo gioiello di una casa è a soli 150 metri dalla sabbia, e con 5 camere da letto e 5. 5 bagni, 14 può comodamente godersi una settimana perfetta in spiaggia. Naturalmente, ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato, nonché un televisore e un lettore DVD. L'adorabile zona giorno dispone di un televisore a grande schermo e porte che si aprono sulla veranda. Una bella e spaziosa area piscina, oltre ad un ampio parcheggio, ne fanno un luogo di soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è aggiornata e ha molti posti a sedere per tutti. Meglio ancora, puoi anche portare il tuo cucciolo di pelo, dato che la casa è dog friendly. (Si prega di consultare prima le norme sui cani, poiché è richiesta una tassa per gli animali domestici). We were disappointed that the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, however, it was quickly taken care of when we visited the office to let them know. Now understand that it may have been overlooked following the hurricane, which is understandable. The rest of our stay was wonderful. Very relaxing, and time well spent with family.

We enjoyed all the bedrooms with each having their own bathroom in addition to a half bath on the first floor. The kids loved the pool!

Great home by the beach
With 2 families ages from 50-4 everyone had something to do, with their own space. This home had a refreshing pool and the beach was just steps away. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great Vacation
We had a great time at a great location. House is a short distance from the beach, and plenty of space.
Only complaints were the AC was not cooling the best but the management responded quickly, and the couch seemed broken and uncomfortable to sit in very long.

Can’t wait to come back!
My family and I truly enjoyed the Palmetto Breeze! It was in a beautiful little area, very close to the beach and area attractions, but also nice and quiet. The house was beautiful on the inside and nicely furnished. We brought our furbaby with us, and I loved that I felt safe while walking him, even at night. We had issues with the air conditioner, but they quickly came out the same day I called and had it fixed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great place few complaints
Great house. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom. Great kitchen and the keurig was a plus. The pools were extremely close together but it was still fine for us. Easy walk to the beach, very close even for the 2 yr old.. The dryer doesn't work well and takes about 4 to 5 hrs to get clothes dry. Besides the dryer the only complaint was the rental company never let us know check out cleaning process....so we were still there when girls arrived to clean and I had to then get the sheets and towels and put them in the bins. The property is great just need better communication with dunes.

This house is a true gem and a block from the beach! We truly enjoyed our change of scenery during virtual learning. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice Property
Located one block from the beach which made it easy. A nice pool in a fenced yard. Plenty of parking for friends. Only criticism would be on cleanliness. Floors were dirty, ceiling fans caked with dust. But I understand that the cleaning service have limited time, and it has been my experience that must of them are not great. That being said, I would return to this property.

Aug 2020 vacation
House was clean and just as we hoped and expected from the photos. Quick walk to the beach which was wonderful and the pool was a fantastic addition to help with the enjoyment of the trip. The only thing missing was a gas grill. There was a charcoal grill but not quite the same although this was surely not a big deal at all and we made due. The neighborhood was nice and of course close enough to everything from supermarkets to restaurants. We were lucky with our weather as well so overall a great trip. Dunes made check in simple and everything was ready upon arrival just needed our groceries and we were all set. Would rent this property again without hesitation.
