very friendly personnel Quiet location spacious room

not easy to access breakfast was everyday the same wifi is very weak to non-existant

Breakfast was ok, I was traveling north from lisbon the sat nav too me ten kilometres north then back down the A1 likewise in the morning I had to go south doing 36 klm round trip to get back to where I started putting 20 mins on my journey time and with fuel priced as it is a waste. There is a road from north lane over to hotel this could be made two way as currently it only one way this would save time and money for customers

the manager Suzanna made this place great so helpful and friendly we needed a new tyre for one of our motorcycles and she called around and found us one locally something we would have struggled with and spent a lot of time finding

it’s situated on the paiage which we were unaware of so you are stuck with the poor food at the services if you don’t go out for meals

very clean and helpful staff, lovely large ground floor room overlooking the swimming pool. Exceptionally quiet with good facilities.

I had to beg for a room with a double bed, per my booking, as she said they only had twin beds left. She finally found one (#3), but then I could never get the air conditioning to cool off the room.

The property would of been great if it was clean.

there was worms , the floor was dirty, and I think rat poop. We went in the first room , then went to speak to reception for another room and the second was still the same we gave up we stayed there but it was not a good experience. The doors from the room to outside are old so literally everything crawls inside the room hut the fact that the rooms wasn’t even checked before. Big no no for me! Oh and the biggest one cockroaches in the toilet.
