Thoughtfully appointed apartment, with everything you would need for a comfortable city stay. Very close to most major sites. The hosts were very helpful and communicative throughout. Highly recommend!

The property is in a GREAT location with easy access to shopping, transportation, and the sites. What was more impressive is how incredible the service of the hosts. Any issues they resolved quickly but also gave us recommendations and helped us with transportation and anything we could think of. Like having your own travel agent!

Our overall stay at this property was fantastic, location was perfect as we could easily walk to nearby restaurants, Acropolis museum and beautiful night time view of Parthenon. I was very impressed with the interior decoration. All the rooms were very clean and had enough storage area, bathrooms were modern and had bath gel, shampoo, conditioner etc. The kitchen is small but met our need which was equipped with microwave, dishwasher, all the needed kitchen utensils, coffee pods as well as greek coffee. The manager even showed us how to make greek coffee the right way. For security, the building's main entry had a key so only staff and guests can come in and out. I will highly recommend this to any family with kids. The property manager responded to our queries very promptly. Thank you, Bill and John!!

Staying at this apartment was a fantastic experience. The management team was so good at communication and were kind enough to honor our request for an earlier check in time and a bit later check out. The location is perfect - very close to the Acropolis and a wonderful shopping area with very good restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious and the apartment was very clean and very quiet. We were 3 adult couples and all were very impressed and said they would stay here again. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is in the perfect location for getting around Athens on foot. The staff are all very friendly. We were only there for one night and managed to lock ourselves out and they very graciously came to let us in at 11:30 at night. If they would have us, we would certainly stay again

This is the perfect apartment for a family or 4 couples. All the rooms were approximately the same size with 3 bathrooms, each with a shower.
Location was perfect - close to Acropolis and surrounding areas. Lots of restaurants as well.
My mixed review is because we had horrible communication issues with the property management. They offer to book tours and transfers for you but I repeatedly had issues with them. I won’t list them all here but my advice is to stay at this great apartment but don’t rely on them for anything else.

It was the perfect place for seven of us to have as our home base for ten days. Location is ideal for visiting all the sights. Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated. Comfortable for all to dine in (when we did), and the views are wonderful. The Independence Day parade was on the avenue below us so our ringside views of it were thrilling. The hosts’ whole staff was terrific, instantly responding to questions or needs. We thank them all and would return to any of their properties.

This is the perfect place to stay in Athens. Conveniently located in the heart of the city. The place was exactly as described on the website. Whenever we had any questions about booking, amenities, etc they were extremely prompt with the replies. They offered pick up from our cruise ship and delivered us to the airport timely when it was time to leave. Everyone could not have been nicer. We had a wonderful time and created long lasting memories. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

We absolutely loved the property and location. We were very impressed with the communication , answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and arranged all our transportation needs. The driver was amazing, on time, courteous . They arranged guides and tours which were also fantastic. Excellent hosts.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Acropolis Grand Residence and it only got better. Bill and Johns staff is friendly and willing to help in just about any way possible. The place is clean and comfortable with an amazing location for sightseeing, shopping, or restaurants. If you want an easy wonderful trip to Athens stay at this residence.

From the communication with the management team to the check in process to the apartment itself nothing could have been any better. The hosts go out of the way to help you in every facet from airport transfer to restaurants and tours. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well located, and comfortable. Everything worked and we had no issues at all. They even helped prestock the fridge for us for a small fee. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Athens.

Beds are very comfortable. Modern and convenient to the Acropolis! The team organized fantastic meals and specialized guided tours for our family of 7 ages 26 to 80. They also organized our airport transportation. The views are lovely. I would highly recommend this property for your Athens stay!

This property is in the heart of everything. We could walk to all major sites and attractions. We were surrounded by historical sites, entertainment, dining and shopping opportunities. While the building is old, the interior has clearly been redone and is very nicely appointed and spacious. We would stay here again (actually, we have a second booking next month at this place)

We loved this apartment! The host had arranged for transportation to and from the airport, and our driver was friendly (and a great driver). A manager met us at the apartment to check us in and answer any questions we might have. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is superb - within walking distance of most major sites, and close to wonderful shopping and restaurants. We left to go island hopping for a week, and will return to the apartment when we are finished - we are looking forward to it!

My family loved this apartment. Everyone had their own space but also comfortable living room for all to gather. Location is perfect. We walked everywhere, no need to use a taxi. Host was the best. Responded immediately to questions. BOOK THIS!

First of all, Bill and John properties were extremely responsive and helpful in the planning stages of our trip. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Usually within hours but never more than 1 business day.
Their property is a very clean, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath apartment within easy walking distance of any of Athens ancient sites. The Plaka district is steps away. Metro access is also 100 meters away. They met us on check in day, and explained everything. We would not hesitate to rent from them again. I am not sure I would even look anywhere else. They would be my first choice.
The icing on the cake were the private day trip excursions that Bill and John arranged for us. They provided a car, driver and guide that picked the 3 of us up at the apartment door and returned us there at the end of the day. Constantinos (driver) and Dionysios (guide) worked well together and honestly it felt like 5 friends were seeing Greece together at our own pace and not a rigid, boring "box" tour. Their enthusiasm made the trips that much more enjoyable. Both of them are very skilled at what they do. Constantinos driving skill was demonstrated on the narrow unpaved roads. Dionysios was extremely knowledgeable and added sites we didn't know existed but fit perfectly to our interest. Outstanding service!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was close walking for almost everything we wanted to see. Our hosts coordinated many trips and travel for our group of six. I felt they cared personally that our experience was the best possible. Helping with transportation was a great help. We are a family of 6 adults and a 1-year old baby. Although we were only in Athens for a short time, we managed to get a great flavour of the city. The team at Bill & John developments were exceptional. They made the logistics of everything seamless. From picking us up at the airport to stocking our fridge with wine and beer for arrival they were great. They arranged for our tour guide of the city and then took us to our cruise ship. Everything was turnkey. The apartment was exactly as describe, beds were comfortable, and the linens were great. Highly recommend the apartment - great location.

Just competed a short stay with this property in Athens as we transitioned from Naxos back to the mainland before heading home. My Wife and I, our two adults children and my two adult sisters-in-law shared this modern flat. Property was lovely and very centrally located in Athens. All of the key sites (acropolis, syntagma square, plaka, monastiraki were a short walk away. Property management was very easy to deal with and arranged transportation to and from the airport easily and smoothly (thank you to Costas for driving our group both ways!!). Four bedroom, 3 bath apartment with a nice living room area served us well.......

We had a really lovely stay in Athens. The location of the property was fabulous for easy walkable touring. The apartment is very nice. It was perfect for three couples. Our hosts were really accommodating and quick to respond to our queries. They had arranged airport transport for us. Our taxi was there promptly. We were met at the apartment. It was all very easy and stress free.

Comfort and location
This is a well appointed and located apartment. Within a few hundred metres there are the start of a long string of restaurants and the edge of the plaka. The Acropolis museum is nearby as is one of the entrances to the Acropolis. A taxi stand is about 100 m from the front door.
The apartment is spacious and with all conveniences. There is a pleasant view to the temple of Zeus across the (busy) road. Highly recommended.

Awesome location, beautiful accommodations, and incredibly responsive hosts!
We spent three days here, it was perfect for our grown family of five, upscale and modern condo and the hosts were over the top with helping with anything we needed.
