We went on a girls trip. Beautiful place to stay. The condo was beautifully renovated. The balconies we so wonderful overlooking to Gulf of Mexico. We couls hear the ways. So much fun. Some great places to eat and visit on the island!

Check in was very easy, done at the gate with wristbands for all members of our party. We stayed in 380, 2 of 3 bedrooms had direct beach views, and all three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom which was fantastic for extended family and older kids. Master bedroom is up the spiral staircase and there are three balcony areas. Beautiful abd clean, check out was just as easy, just leave the keys with staff at the gate. The condo was well maintained and very comfortable. The property has very nice green spaces and the pool space was open and comfortable; easy super quick access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay! Of note, only stairs, no elevators.

We had a great stay at this condo. The view was amazing! The place was clean and had modern appointments. The balcony was a great place to have a morning coffee and evening cocktails. The pool was great as well. We will revisit one day.

The condo and view of the ocean were spectacular. Weather could have been a tad nicer but overall great. The pool was nice and beach access great. However, there were not enough chairs at the pool and the hot tub was always completely full of people that stayed in it for hours at a time. Overall a fantastic week.

We were very pleased with our stay! The location is perfect, and view is spectacular. The house was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. If we needed anything it was provided for us quickly. The only wish list item we would have liked was more dishes/ containers for food and leftovers.

Beautiful condo, very clean, and the views were spectacular. Only suggestions would be to possibly keep foil and plastic wrap on hand in the kitchen, it would have been helpful to be able to cover leftovers or take a sandwich to the beach. Also, google maps has the turn into the property in a weird spot. It actually sends to past the turn and you don't realize it until it's too late and you have to make a U-turn. Other than that would definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous location, amazing views.
Only complaint was with checkin. After traveling for many hours, they did not have a key for us! Which I know can happen, it’s how it was handled that was not acceptable. No apologies given, left us hanging.
One thing with the condo-not a complaint just would be nice to have extra blankets. The bed only had sheet and thin comforter.

We stayed for winter break and the weather was a force to be reckoned with, but after a couple days of bitter cold and vicious winds the sun came out. The condo was nice, some food crumbs on the furniture and stains on the couch. The heater took two days to get up to temp so we were pretty cold. On the last day while making dinner the water went out for a couple hours. And then the dryer gave out, I wanted to each all the towels but I couldn’t, Overall it was a nice stay,

The villas here are in dire need of upgrades and rehabilitation. They’re old and have seen lots of wear & tear over the years. They need to be gutted and redone or torn down to start over.
We stayed in the Solare tower in July and it is much more up to date, clean and usable.

Spring break 2022
First time in South Padre Island and it didn’t disappoint nor did this property. Perfect location, clean and had everything you needed. We were concerned there were no elevators with the property being on the 3rd floor but was not a problem. Super close to the beach and the pool. It was awesome to hear the waves crashing from your balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views
We are a family of 7. Being a blended family sharing our first holiday together, it was important for me to get everything right. This condo was amazing! There were a few hiccups. After arriving, we found out that we were the first guests to stay after renovations to the place. There were some electrical issues, hot water issues and such but it only took 1 call to make it right. We loved the balcony views!
As far as the location itself, we wish the hot tubs were heated and the pools would have been warm but the staff were as friendly as anyone could hope for! We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone here was amazing! We had an issue with our smoke alarm and they fixed it right away. The place was amazing with a perfect location.

Enjoyable experience
The location was great. The condo was close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The one issue we experienced was the washing machine in the unit did not work from Wednesday (when we checked in) until Saturday morning, the day before we checked out. I had to call/text repeatedly to get the repair completed.

Average Property
We have stayed in SPI several times....This time we decided to try a different location ....
The property access was easy...Our plane was late and the guard at the gate checked us in.....after midnight....
The bedrooms were spacious and we had 7 people in our party. The three bathrooms also worked out great....
There were three boogie boards in the closet and that helped...
The down side was the kitchen and appliances...there was only enough room in the kitchen for one person. The pots, pans and dishes have seen better days--but we did the best we could with what was there.
The clothes washing machine was difficult to operate and would not drain and rinse completely.
We also ran out of dish washing soap and toilet paper.....
We could have also used some disinfectant and glass cleaner.....
The security thoroughly checked for our parking pass EVERYTIME we went into the complex.....That was reassuring and appreciated.
Overall it was a little pricey for the quality of the amenities....

Issues with the condo
Overall listing is what it was posted to be true the condo clean and nice the only issues were reported to the condo no washing machine that was lit working couldn’t drain are spin so for one night it smell like sewage inside condo the kitchen wasn’t completely stock with utensils had to buy more the two other restrooms water pressure in the shower was a bare minimum also report but with that being said the condo is in a prefect location family friendly neighbors were quiet so overall Pleasant stay would have been better if certain issues didn’t happen

It was OK
We were in condo #380. It was comfortable, but it is great need of remodeling and refurbishing. There is also a weird/old house smell throughout the entire condo. We had to go to the grocery store to buy Febreeze and cleaning supplies to make it more pleasant, but the smell never went away. The bathrooms are outdated. We ran out of hot water at the end of the day each day we were there. The circle window in one of the rooms was also cracked. The manager has to know about it because there is a picture hung over it. Also, the washer needs replacement. The cycles are slow. It took nearly 3 hours per load to wash and dry. Then, it would have been nice to know in advance that the beach area outside the location was closed. We had to walk about a quarter mile for beach access.
Otherwise, the staff was very nice and pools were clean. Overall, I would not recommend staying in #380. Choose a new/remodeled condo.

Weekend Getaway
We really enjoyed our long weekend. Check in area seemed short staffed and we felt bad for the lone person working and a bit of a wait- but the process was pretty simple and otherwise went well. The condo was great. Plenty of room for our family. Shows some minor wear and tear in a few places but everything worked well and was clean. We had a great view of the ocean and also fireworks at Clayton's from the condo. If you want to jump in the pool or hot tub, I would go early since they seem to fill up quickly. The property was well kept and had convenient beach access. We would definitely rent again.

Pros: right on beach. Small decks but multiple of them. Plenty of beach towels and shower towels. Size good for 5 adults and 5 kids. 3 bathrooms a plus. Cons: Bed in first guest room was sagged. Upstairs mattress not great woke up with sore back each day. Ants in cupboards got into our food we just purchased. Showers didn’t work great. Drained poorly. Beach hot tub broke most of time. (Worked on and off but never worked for full day) upstairs bathroom had dirty hairs all over the floor. Very dirty for amount of money for cleaning fees. Only 2 small kitchen towels and a small square sponge for 7 days not even a dish cloth. Tiniest bottle of dish soap I’ve ever seen almost guarantees you have to buy more.

South Padre Perfection
We walked in an the first thing we saw was the ocean! The condo was exactly as pictured but even closer to the beach than we expected. Beautiful pool and hot tub as well. Comfortable beds. Loved that there was security at the beach area to keep only guests allowed. A few small things were worn, old, broken but just small cosmetic things. It was honestly the perfect place for our vacation and we are so grateful for this beautiful condo to make memories in!!!

Baha Mar Review
Exactly as the pictures show. The condo was nice and spacious. The only draw back was having to carry everything up to our 3rd floor condo. It would be nice to have staff that could assist if needed.

It was a good location for a great price. They were renovating all the other units in the building so it was noisy, but they offered to move us to another building. I did not want to lug 9 bags up and down flights of stairs. So I am not holding it against them. I would have liked to have not been placed there from the beginning, on the weekend. When you don't know until demolition starts at 0900. However, the pool and beach were great. We loved the island and had a good time. The apartment was well decorated and had nice views. They were fast when we contacted with questions and concerns. I would use them again. Would be a 5 if not for demolition.

Yearly SPI vacation
Original beachfront condo we rented was still under renovation. The 3 bedroom unit we were moved to was great. Overlooked the pool. Large and spacious. Had a plumbing issue but was contained immediately. The Cable in the living area worked day one, but requested an upgrade after that. Reported to Management, but did not get fixed during our stage. Loved the 2 pools and closeness to the beach. Lovely condos!

Pay for view only
The view was awesome but the condo itself was very dirty. During this time with Covid we did not feel it was clean to the sanitized code. There were dead bugs in the pantry, kitchen drawers and utensil holder by the stove. The backsplash in the kitchen had roach droppings. And one of the kitchen drawers had coffee stains I wiped that up with just soap and water. I did inform Laura about the bugs and other issues she did call me back ASAP and had someone come and spray. But that still doesn’t explain why it was so dirty. There are a total of 3 patios. The one off the 1st floor bedroom is the largest but you couldn’t use it as the door would not open I did see it in the reviews as being broken in Jan and June but here we are in August you would assume it would of been fixed already. We have stay in several condos in SPI before but I can guarantee I will not be recommending this property. If I hadn’t already paid for this condo we would of stayed somewhere else. I work in hotels and understand the details of cleaning and presentation.
