Everything was perfect! great location, beautiful apartment! Parking was so easy in front of the building- from 13:30- to 07:30 the next day cost only 16:00 euros.

It was just perfect!

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water/pressure for shower. Great kitchen facilities. Excellent hosts and straightforward communication.

The property is on the top floor so lots of stairs, which we didn't mind at all but may prove difficult for some people. The staircase is absolutely stunning however!

Perfect location, nice and cozy apartment. Everything is clean, comfortable bad.

A little dusty

Great location. Well organised space, plenty of stuff, very quiet given location, good communication with Christine @ Dominique.

The little sink is perhaps annoying! But nothing material.

The apartment was located in a very convenient and charming location, everything was clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts were responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy, and it was great having a washer and dryer in-unit.

The apartment is really beautiful with a fantastic view on one of the main church of Rouen. It is 5 min from the cathedral and there are a lot of caffee and bar near it. The parking is underground and is at 5 meter from the door (only negative thing is the price of it). I strongly suggest this loft for a stay in Rouen

Due to the fact that the building is ancient there is not an elevator so this could be a problem if you have heavy luggage

There is no shampo nor soap for the shower.

Had a lovely stay the hosts were very helpful the apartment was well provisioned, very clean and in a great location

This little apartment was just delightful. Perfect location and many thoughtful details to make the stay enjoyable. Lovely linen , comfortable bed and sofa and well equipped kitchenette .Dominic was very welcoming recommending a local restaurant L’Espigget where we enjoyed a delicious meal . Rouen itself is a lovely city .. plenty to see ..our trip was in Winter but still the city was full of life with many things to do , good shopping and busy restaurants. We will certainly return!

Nothing really ...a minor detail from ladies perspective a full length mirror would be appreciated.. but not SO important !

Not le Fiquet de Normanville! The host had to change our booking for another apartment which was excellent in every way. It was in fact nearer to the area of the puces St Marc where we were meeting a business contact. It was very comfortable and quiet, warm and cosy with every facility we needed. I was very impressed with the pure linen sheets and the extreme comfort of the bed. We had problems with the TV which would not work but Dominique personally came swiftly to fix the problem.

A tiny concern. My husband is a fire fighter, the apartment we stayed in is an ancient timber framed loft yet there were many candles ready to light throughout the property. Some tourists could be not as careful as they should be which could be a serious problem.
